Lamela almost grabs a goal at the death as play gets back underway but brings it just wide of the top-right corner.
90' +2
There's a stoppage in play now as Zambo Anguissa gets treatment following a clash with Eriksen.
90'
Three added minutes are on the way at Wembley.
89'
H. Winks enters the game and replaces H. Kane.
And having finally scored in August in the top-flight of English football, Kane bows out with Harry Winks on for a late cameo.
88'
A. Schürrle enters the game and replaces A. Kamara.
Andre Schurrle is Fulham's final change too as this game winds down; he replaces Kamara.
85'
C. Christie enters the game and replaces J. Bryan.
Cyrus Christie, who made six appearances for Fulham in the Championship last year, is on for Bryan as the Cottagers make their second change.
84'
Alli nutmegs Fosu-Mensah but his shot goes straight to Fabri. That'll be a moment the Fulham man won't want to relive any time soon.
79'
Lamela looks to make it four - and almost does with another fine break and neat finish, were it not for Fabri leaping off his line to make a save.
77'
H. Kane has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by É. Lamela.
KANE MAKES IT 3-1 FOR SPURS! The England captain gets in on the action and meets a lovely weighted pass from Lamela on the left-edge of the box, before he steps in off his outside foot, round two defenders and calmly slots it into the far-bottom corner before wheeling away in celebration. Tottenham are fully in control now.
Lamela's break and run to set up the assist for that goal was not just some excellent play but also the result of fresh legs; Fulham's pursuit looked tired and short on ideas of how to stop him. The Cottagers' fortunes have turned on a dime.

Description
74'
K. Trippier has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur!
TRIPPIER! A BRILLIANT FREE-KICK! SPURS RETAKE THE LEAD! 2-1! It's a bit of magic once more from the World Cup semi-finalist, who lifts the set-piece over the defensive wall and curls it below Fabri into the bottom-left corner. Sterling stuff from the Tottenham man.
73'
S. Johansen enters the game and replaces T. Cairney.
É. Lamela enters the game and replaces E. Dier.
Spurs win a free-kick around 25 yards out, in the centre-left channel after Zambo Anguissa fouls Dier. It's the last act for the Spurs man too; he is replaced by Erik Lamela.
Fulham make a change of their own too; on comes Stefan Johansen to replace captain Cairney.
72'
Kane! Close from the England captain and talisman of this Spurs team, but he can't add a second from near the goal-line as he volleys a floated ball off the crossbar. Fulham cling on, though they are being hemmed back once more now.
70'
Blistering play from Alli down the left wing sees him and Kane combine to put another fine ball in for Eriksen to blast towards goal; this time, Chambers cuts across though and flips it away. Fabri recovers a moment later, but not before dropping his first attempt perilously close to Dier.
69'
Chambers makes his second awful pass of the game, following that first-half howler as he turns the ball to Kane from just outside his own box. Again, Spurs cannot deliver a result and Cairney is able to smuggle it away from Eriksen after a moment.
67'
Down the other end, Mitrovic finds space with the ball at his feet and brings an attempted shot wide to the left from outside the box.
65'
Fabri concedes a corner and Trippier whips it in for Kane. The England captain can't head it towards goal but does tee up a frantic spell of defence for Fulham as Alli tries to push a follow-up into the net not once but twice, deflecting off the keeper both times.
63'
M. Dembélé enters the game and replaces D. Sánchez.
Indeed, Spurs make that change; Moussa Dembele replaces Sanchez at the back.
62'
Tottenham look like they might be preparing to make a change as a few of their substitutes warm up on the touchline. Bryan breaks through the hosts' midfield, plays a one-two with Cairney, and puls it straight to Vertonghen.
60'
Zambo Anguissa pushes Kamara down the left wing, but the ball runs too deep for the forward to rein in. Goal-kick to Spurs.
58'
The Cottagers are playing with a loose freedom they were unable to work up for the opening half-hour of this game; the following 30 minutes has been excellent, save Lucas Moura's score from their perspective. They dominated Crystal Palace last week though and didn't get the result; can they make it show here this time round?
56'
Cairney lays on a lovely little pass for Bryan to meet and the latter looks to steer it around Lloris; Sanchez intervenes though and blocks the shot.
54'
Fulham have scored just five goals in their last 11 top-flight meetings with Spurs (W1 D2 L8), and never more than once in a match in that run.
52'
A. Mitrović has scored a goal for Fulham! Assist by R. Sessegnon.
The defence rightfully marked Sessegnon, one of the most nakedly talented players in this Fulham attack as he got close - but they switched off whn it came to his fellow forward, for some reason, and recovered too late. A well-worked leveller and Spurs now have to recover their momentum.
MITROVIC WITH THE HEADER! FULHAM EQUALISE! 1-1! It's captain Cairney who starts the move for the visitors, crossing in for Sessegnon who sees his shot skewed under pressure from Vertonghen close to the right post - but neither the defenders nor Lloris can stop the Serbia international from tucking a diving header in at the left post. It's all square at Wembley as the hour approaches.
51'
This is already a far more open game between the two sides, with Fulham as likely to encroach upon opposition territory as their hosts are. Seri releases Sessegnon on the right but he runs into traffic and can't break through.
49'
Alli! Now Tottenham nearly double their lead as a deflected attempted header from Lucas falls back to the England man who launches a brutal volley at Fabri shaking like a jelly after he blocks it.
48'
Mitrovic! The Fulham forward goes close to firing his side back onto level terms but pulls his effort from just outside the box onto the left post. Cairney and Fosu-Mensah both attempt follow-ups to little success. Close but no coconut for the visitors.
46'
We're back underway at Wembley for the second half. Will Fulham rally in search of their first points of the season? Or can Tottenham wrap this up to make it two wins from two?
45' +2
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 1-0 FULHAM
45'
Fulham looked to have weathered the worst early in this half, but Spurs are very much deserving of their lead. Two added minutes on the way.
43'
Lucas Moura has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur!
LUCAS MOURA! A LOVELY FINISH! SPURS LEAD 1-0! Trippier turns it in from the right wing, seeking Kane or Eriksen, but Chambers gets the touch instead. The ball rolls free, back to the right edge of the penalty area - and before Fulham can clear, the Brazil international pounces to sweep in an excellent shot, beating Fabri and pinging in off the left post. Tottenham finally get their lead, as half-time approaches.
42'
Le Marchand concedes a throw-in deep in his own half as Trippier pressures him but the Tottenham man elects to throw it back to halfway as Fulham's defence rapidly firms up around their goal.
40'
A messy spell of defence from Fulham invites five Spurs players into their penalty area but none can find the killer shot, as a series of deflections deny them an opening goal. Eriksen is the only man to find clean air - and he puts it wide and above the crossbar from the edge of the box.
37'
Sessegnon is the man gifted a lovely floater of a pass in to the right of the Spurs box as Fulham cut through the middle via Cairney; Lloris is off his line at such speed though the youngster botches his finish and puts his half-volley tamely to the keeper.
34'
Now Kamara concedes a dangerously-placed free-kick however as he trips Dier. The set-piece is good from Eriksen; Fabri stops the dipping ball from sneaking in at the right post with a fine save.
32'
Kamara coasts on a run down the left for Fulham, who appear to have found a burst of attacking intent, and it takes the intervention of Alderweireld to force it wide for a throw-in, one subsequently picked off easily by the Spurs defender.
28'
Save from Lloris! Against the run of play, Fulham break again through Cairney and following a one-two with Seri on his left, the Cottagers captain curls a 20-yard effort on the fly towards goal, with the France keeper forced to stretch wide to his right to halt the shot.
26'
Eriksen is further off the mark this time with his next effort; attempting to cross in from the right edge of the box, he instead volleys it off the outside of his boot and watches glumly as it loops back out towards the corner flag.
24'
Trippier floats a fantastic cross in to the edge of the Fulham box that Alli heads back into open play for Eriksen - who hits it with the momentum of a high-speed frieght train and blasts it wide to the right.
22'
Better from the visitors; they break through Cairney and Sessegnon earns a corner on his right-flank following a tangle with Vertonghen. He plays it short though and Eriksen wastes no time in cutting off any chances by pinching possession.
20'
Fulham have barely got into their hosts' half so far; they look relatively cowed going forward, though their back-line is working overtime to stem the constant parade of chances for Spurs. Dier lofts a cross out seeking Trippier, but Le Marchand is there to clear again.
17'
It's another Tottenham corner, with Le Marchand the man to concede this time. Trippier looks to find Eriksen, but Cairney gets himself in between the pass and the player to intercept.
15'
Kane thinks he has a shout for a penalty as Fosu-Mensah brings him down in the Fulham box, attempting to force the England captain wide; none is forthcoming from referee Anthony Taylor though and play continues.
11'
Kane wins Tottenham another corner now as he forces Chambers to cut across him close to the goal-line in the Fulham box. This one only bounces off the first man though - Fosu-Mensah, who belts it to halfway as the Cottagers look to ease the pressure on their penalty area.
9'
This is all one-way traffic for Spurs so far, and they win a corner through a fast attack on the right. Trippier whips it in; he only finds Fabri though, who plucks it out of the air as his defence scrambles to mark Kane and Alli.
7'
What a horror-pass from Chambers! The Fulham defender looks to square it back to Fosu-Mensah and fails to clock Lucas who intercepts and races away towards goal. Fabri tears out to meet him and gets injured in the process; Kane clips the loose ball into an empty net but the whistle was already blown for a foul on the keeper.
6'
Lucas Moura! A sustained spell of pressure through Alli, Trippier and Kane stretches the Fulham defence in the box and the latter clips it back to his fellow striker whose reactionary shot pushes it wide at the right post from eight yards out. That should have been 1-0 to the hosts.
4'
Sanchez and Alderweireld combine on halfway to release Trippier down the right wing; the latter's square ball seeking Eriksen only goes to Le Marchand though and the visitors come away with the ball.
2'
Alli is almost released into the right-edge of the Fulham box, but can't keep the ball under control and sees it elude him as Bryan clears.

We are underway in this Premier League clash!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League as Tottenham host Fulham at their temporary home of Wembley Stadium. The pair found differing fortunes in their opening games of the season – but who will walk away with the spoils in the first of two London derbies this weekend?
Spurs kicked off with a win in the north-east against Newcastle last week but Mauricio Pochettino’s side were made to work for their 2-1 victory. Goals for Jan Vertonghen and Dele Alli gave them the three points; can they double their tally against the newly-promoted Cottagers?
Fulham will have been disappointed with their start to life in the top flight once more a week ago though; they lost 2-0 at home to Crystal Palace despite holding two-thirds of possession throughout the encounter. Will Slavisa Jokanovic turn it around for the visitors at the national stadium today?
Team news now and Spurs make two changes; England star Kieran Trippier makes his first start of the season following the World Cup and Toby Alderweireld comes into the side following an off-season of speculation linking him to Manchester United. Moussa Sissoko and Serge Aurier miss out.
As for Fulham, they make a trio of swaps and hand debuts to a new pair too; Timothy Fosu-Mensah and Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa pull on the shirt for the club for the first time, alongside a start for Aboubakar Kamara. Andre Schurrle, Cyrus Christie and Kevin McDonald all make way.
Subs: Erik Lamela, Mousa Dembele, Danny Rose, Serge Aurier,, Moussa Sissoko, Michel Vorm, Harry Winks.
TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR (3-5-2): Hugo Lloris; Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez, Jan Vertonghen; Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Kieran Trippier, Ben Davies; Harry Kane, Lucas Moura.
FULHAM (4-3-3): Fabri; Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Calum Chambers, Joe Bryan, Maxime Le Marchand; Tom Cairney, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Jean Michael Seri; Ryan Sessegnon, Aboubakar Kamara, Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Subs: Luciano Vietto, Sergio Rico, Kevin McDonald, Neeskens Kebano, Cyrus Christie, Andre Schurrle, Stefan Johansen.
The teams are out at Wembley Stadium and there will be a minute's applause for the late Alan Gilzean, the Tottenham great who passed away aged 79 last month.
Lucas Moura's 43rd minute strike - and what a strike - is the difference at the break in London, as Tottenham lead newly-promoted Fulham by a single goal. Spurs looked likely to grab a lead throughout the opening 45, imperious but unable to find a breakthrough until the Brazil forward curled in a peach - and now the Cottagers wil need two goals if they are to find their first win of the season. Half-time at Wembley, it's Tottenham 1-0 Fulham.
Mauricio Pochettino will have little in the way of complaints with his side's first-half showing; though he may wonder why they have only managed to find the back of the net once, given Fulham's early problems in dealing with their attack. As for Slavisa Jokanovic, his team found their groove after half-an-hour and will be frustrated to have conceded late on - but his captain Tom Cairney and forward Ryan Sessegnon are both showing enough promise to produce results before the game is up.
Second-half strikes from the England duo of Kieran Trippier and Harry Kane gave Tottenham a second win in as many games to keep their perfect Premier League start alive, after Spurs overcame an equaliser from Aleksandar Mitrovic early in the second half. The visitors will have to wait once more for their first points of the season; their hosts have six from six. Full-time at Wembley, it finishes Tottenham 3-1 Fulham.
It's a day to forget in their 1000th top-flight game for Fulham and they will return to Craven Cottage still seeking their first points of the season, when they face off against Burnley. As for Spurs, they will take on their toughest test of the campaign so far when they travel to Old Trafford to meet Manchester United. Until then, thank you for joining us and have a good weekend!
