Roberto Firmino enters the game and replaces Diogo Jota.
E. Eze enters the game and replaces J. Schlupp.

And Fabinho comes on in place of Alexander-Arnold, which means Milner will drop back into right-back.
And Schlupp is also making way, with Eze on for him.
For Liverpool, it's a straight swap up top as Firmino comes on to replace Jota.
69'
Olise's free-kick is straight against the wall, and Liverpool look to counter. Jota makes a good run upfield, but Palace quickly get back into position to block his path.
67'
J. Henderson gets yellow.
Olise makes another surging run down the right, and as he cuts inside, Henderson clumsily trips him from behind, giving away a free-kick just outside the box. He's booked for it.
65'
Liverpool just can't get out of their own half at the moment as Palace up the pressure. Olise curls another cross in from the right, and Mateta glances it on, but there's no one at the far post.
63'
Liverpool are caught out again, as Mitchell Schlupp bursts forward down the left this time. He has three players with him in support, but the final ball is poor as it's hit straight at Henderson.

Palace break quickly on the counter once more, with Olise riding a challenge from Milner before switching it out to Ayew on the right. The cross lets him down though as it loops over everyone onto the roof of the net.

Mitchell finds himself in an advanced position down the left and tries to curl a low cross in. Milner misses it and Mateta is hovering in the middle, but Matip gets in front of him.
55'
Robertson whips a free-kick into the far post from the right, and Van Dijk can't bring it under control. There are half-hearted shouts for a penalty for an alleged handball, but the referee shakes his head.

48'
At the other end, it's neatly worked down Palace's right, with Olise knocking it onto Clyne. His cross loops to the far post and Alexander-Arnold just does enough to put Schlupp off, and Alisson holds onto the loose ball.
47'
Liverpool are looking to make a quick start to the second half as Elliott lifts a brilliant cross into the middle of the box. Jota stretches out a leg to try and poke it past Guaita, but it's just out of his reach, and the keeper holds it.

Palace are growing in confidence, and they're keeping Liverpool penned back in their own half at the moment as they patiently work it forward.

There's a nervy moment as Liverpool try to play it out from the back again. This time, Mateta chases down Alisson, who just manages to hook it upfield to Salah, but Palace quickly get it back.

26'
N. Clyne gets yellow.
It bounces off Jota's chest and out of the box, so Clyne decides to go in for the tackle. He goes through the back of the forward and gets the ball, but catches him with the follow-through to go in the book.
23'
N. Keïta gets yellow.
Keita has a couple of attempts at dragging Olise back before the Frenchman goes down, and it earns him the first booking of the match.
20'

17'

Liverpool are still dominating possession here, but it's all in front of Palace. They're patiently trying to pass it upfield, but are struggling to get over the halfway line.
8'
It's better from Liverpool here as they work it down their left. Gakpo is crowded off it, so it's worked back to Robertson. He tries to curl it into the near post, but Andersen makes the block.

Olise gets the game underway for Palace!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Crystal Palace and Liverpool at Selhurst Park!
Liverpool's form looked to be on the up - after winning just one of their first seven games in all competitions in 2023 (D2 L4), they won their next two Premier League outings, both 2-0 against Everton and Newcastle United. However, they come into this game on the back of a hefty defeat, having squandered a 2-0 lead over Real Madrid to eventually lose 5-2 on Tuesday in the Champions League. They face a Palace side still searching for their first win of the calendar year in any competition (D4 L4). They've drawn four of their last five and were denied three points by Brentford's last-gasp equaliser last Saturday.
CRYSTAL PALACE STARTING XI (4-2-3-1): Vicente Guaita; Nathaniel Clyne, Joachim Andersen, Maec Guehi, Tyrick Mitchell; Cheick Oumar Doucoure, Albert Sambi Lokonga; Michael Olise, Jordan Ayew, Jeffrey Schlupp; Jean-Philippe Mateta.
CRYSTAL PALACE SUBS: Joseph Whitworth, Chris Richards, Joel Ward, Odsonne Edouard, Eberechi Eze, Naouirou Ahamada, Luka Milivojevic, James McArthur, Will Hughes.
LIVERPOOL STARTING XI (4-3-3): Alisson; Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Virgil van Dijk, Andy Robertson; Naby Keita, Jordan Henderson, James Milner; Mohamed Salah, Cody Gakpo, Diogo Jota.
LIVERPOOL SUBS: Caoimhin Kelleher, Curtis Jones, Kostas Tsimikas, Rhys Williams, Fabio Carvalho, Harvey Elliott, Roberto Firmino, Stefan Bajcetic, Fabinho.
The teams are out on the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away!
Klopp was quickly down the tunnel at the half-time whistle; his side look shaky at the back and are causing a lot of their own problems, which he'll want to cut out after the break. Vieira will be pleased with his players and how they put pressure on the visitors. They got into some good positions, but need to create better chances for themselves.
Liverpool are now unbeaten in their last three league games, and this point lifts them up to seventh, six points off Tottenham in fourth. Next up for them is Wolves in midweek. Palace's search for a win in 2023 continues, and they stay in 12th. They travel to Aston Villa next time out.
