The crowd are screaming for the final whistle. There can't be much longer now.
FULL TIME: WEST HAM 3-2 CHELSEA
THAT'S IT!!! The final whistle goes and West Ham have done it!
90' +4
A. Christensen gets yellow.
The ball is sent downfield and Christensen fouls Antonio as he was getting to the ball first. It's a silly challenge, as West Ham can now run down the final minute of the game. The Chelsea man is shown a yellow.
90' +3
Wave after wave of pressure from Chelsea! Can West Ham hold on?
90' +2
R. James gets yellow.
Yellow Card Reece James
90' +1
V. Coufal gets yellow.
Coufal is shown a yellow as he cynically breaks up an attack. Chelsea play on straight away.
There will be four minutes of additional time. Can Chelsea find an equaliser!
90'
Antonio has the ball in the corner as he looks to see out the game. He wants a foul but the ref says the ball had already gone out of play.
89'
West Ham in again! Antonio finds Bowen in space and he fires it over the bar as he is one-on-one with Mendy from a tight angle. It most likely would have been brought back for offside had that gone in though.
87'
A. Masuaku has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by M. Antonio.
Antonio bought the goalscorer a few extra seconds, with a dummy run out wide.
GOOOAAALLLL!!! There will! West Ham take a quick throw in on the left and Masuaku hesitates in possession, searching for a cross. He eventually fires the ball into the top-corner at Mendy's near-post! It didn't look like he meant it, but they all count!
86'
The home crowd are in fine voice as we approach the final five minutes of normal time. Will there be a winner?
85'
S. Benrahma enters the game and replaces M. Lanzini.
Coufal finds himself in space on the right, and there are numbers in the box for West Ham, but he can't find the right cross and Chelsea escape. West Ham are still going for this!
The goalscorer Lanzini is off, Benrahma comes on in his place.
Minute
Description
84'
Bowen breaks clear in a rare surge forward for the hosts, but his attempted cross goes behind for a goal-kick too.
83'
Loftus-Cheek slots the ball into the feet of Mount, who creates enough space for a shot in the area, but the ball rebounds of Masuaku and then off the Chelsea man for a goal-kick.
82'
Chelsea come forward with another attack. Bowen does well to win back possession, but he is stopped in his tracks trying to break clear by Rudiger.
80'
The hosts are really penned in now. Coufal tries to shield the ball out of play, but Mount nicks in to get there ahead of him. Both players claim a foul, but the referee isn't interested.
79'
Chelsea restart quickly and get it wide to Hudson-Odoi. His cross is headed out by the Hammers, but they can't get out, and Chelsea recycle possession.
78'
The corner is whipped in from the right, and West Ham just about scramble the ball clear as their goal was in danger. Coufal is down injured, and there is a little break in play.
77'
Concerted pressure from Chelsea. The ball is pulled back to Pulisic, but his shot is deflected behind for a corner.
73'
Pulisic is on for Alonso. It's an attacking change for Chelsea too. Neither side is too happy with just a point it looks like.
72'
C. Pulišić enters the game and replaces Marcos Alonso.
Bowen lunges in wildly on Hudson-Odoi near the corner flag, and it's a free-kick to Chelsea.
West Ham break away neatly from the free-kick, and they have numbers streaming forward, but the ball is cut out by Chelsea on halfway.
71'
Pablo Fornals enters the game and replaces K. Zouma.
Fornals is on for the injured Zouma, which signals a change of formation from Moyes. It looks like the hosts will change to a back four here.
69'
West Ham play on with ten men here, and Alonso is tripped as he tries to escape down the left wing.
68'
Zouma has just limped off the pitch, behind the goal. It looks like he's injured his hamstring here, and will probably have to come off.
65'
Loftus-Cheek skips past two challenges in midfield and finds Lukaku in space! He flicks it onto the path of Mount whose cross is slightly too deep and nothing comes of it. That was very pleasing on the eye from Chelsea however.
64'
C. Hudson-Odoi enters the game and replaces H. Ziyech.
Hudson-Odoi is coming on for Ziyech. The former Ajax man will be disappointed with the chances he has squandered today.
63'
The free-kick is a really poor one from James however, and West Ham have a chance to regroup.
62'
This game is relentless! Chelsea attack again and Antonio clumsily barges into the back of Loftus-Cheek just outside the area on the right-hand side. You sense there are plenty more goals in this one.
61'
James slips it wide to Mount on the right and he whips in a great cross into the six-yard box. Zouma thumps it behind for a corner to Chelsea.
60'
The free-kick is delivered deep and Mendy makes a hash of collecting it as Zouma piles into him. The keeper regathers on the second attempt and Chelsea escape danger.
59'
Silva clatters through the back of Bowen in the centre of the pitch and the Hammers have a free-kick.
58'
Panic in the West Ham box! James fizzes a cross in and Lukaku nearly latches onto it as West Ham can't get the ball clear. Fabianksi does well to pounce on the loose ball.
56'
J. Bowen has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by V. Coufal.
Great finish! West Ham are level! Antonio challenges for a header on the edge of the box and it falls to Bowen on the right-hand side. He powers onto his left foot and rifles it into the bottom corner, going through Christensen's legs on the way. Game on!
It was Coufal's long ball forward that started off the attack.
54'
Chance! Rudiger carries the ball out of defence on the counter-attack. The defenders simply back off, so he arrives into the box, finds Ziyech on his left, but his shot is sliced over the crossbar.
53'
West Ham have started this half in a very positive fashion. It'll encourage them that Antonio was able to find that sort of space early on.
51'
Great play! Antonio out-muscles his opposite man, drives forward but Bowen has made his run too early when he otherwise would have been in on goal! The ball is slipped through but Bowen is offside and Chelsea get away with one.
50'
Ziyech whips in an inviting corner but it's easily cleared by the West Ham defence.
49'
Chelsea shift the ball out left, and Ziyech's cross is well blocked by Dawson. It's a corner to Chelsea.
48'
Lanzini is hacked down by Loftus-Cheek in midfield, and West Ham restart play with a free-kick quickly.
47'
Antonio receives the ball into feet and slips a great pass into Soucek to run on to. Unfortunately for the hosts, the midfielder was just offside.
46'
R. Lukaku enters the game and replaces K. Havertz.
Lukaku is on for the second half, in place of Havertz, who presumably must've injured himself.
And we're underway for the second half!
45' +3
HALF TIME: WEST HAM 1-2 CHELSEA
45' +2
A. Masuaku enters the game and replaces B. Johnson.
Amogst the excitement, Masuaku has come on for Johnson.
Chelsea run away with it down the right-hand side and Havertz has time and space to shoot or cross! The West Ham defence just about gets back in time to crowd him out though. Havertz looks in a spot of bother as he clattered into the side-netting as a result.
45'
Antonio has tried a shot straight off kick-off!! It sails harmlessly wide however.
44'
M. Mount has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by H. Ziyech.
It was an absolutely delicious pass from Ziyech to set Mount up. It draws memories of Rooney to Van Persie in 2013.
WHAT A GOAL!!!!! West Ham give the ball away, after working the ball left to right on the edge of the Chelsea box and Tuchel's men counter-attack. Ziyech finds Mount with a long-raking ball from deep, and he hits the volley first-time into the near corner.
42'
Jorginho, who was the man that sold his team-mate short with the backpass, isn't looking too pleased with himself.
40'
Penalty goal scored by M. Lanzini for West Ham United!
Lanzini calmly dispatches the spot-kick away into the left corner. Mendy fails to make amends as he is sent the wrong way.
38'
Penalty West Ham!! What on earth were Chelsea doing there in defence! Mendy is sold short with a backpass and is immediately set upon by Bowen. The Chelsea man fails to clear the ball and scythes Bowen down in the area as he tries to pinch the ball away.
36'
West Ham are just sitting off their opponents a little too much, which is affording the Blues plenty of time and space in and around the area. Mount this time tries his luck from range but it doesn't trouble Fabianski.
34'
A long ball forward finds Havertz in behind, but Zouma does well to track him and force the ball out for a throw-in.
33'
Alonso races down the left and fizzes a great ball across the face of goal. West Ham scramble it behind for a corner. They're starting to feel the pressure now.
28'
Thiago Silva has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by M. Mount.
Assist Mason Mount
GOAL CHELSEA! The corner is swung in from the right by Mount and Silva rises highest to head the ball into the ground, and it bounces up just past Fabianski's reach into the top-right corner of the net.
27'
Chelsea counter at pace and Havertz runs down the right flank, but can't get a cross away as it's blocked. The ball goes out for another Chelsea corner.
25'
After a period of concerted Chelsea possession, James has time to whip in a great cross from the right. It falls to Ziyech with a free header but his effort is a tame one, straight at the goalkeeper.
23'
Jorginho gets yellow.
Jorginho goes in the book for his efforts to halt the West Ham counter.
The corner is a poor one however, and Jorginho squanders possession on the edge of the box as he's being hassled by two West Ham midfielders.
22'
Mount injects a bit of pace into proceedings and hares away down the left. He finds Alonso, who can't get his cross away and it's put behind for a Chelsea corner.
20'
The corner comes in from the left and falls to Dawson on the edge of the six-yard box! He can't control it however and it rolls safely to Mendy. Perhaps not the man you'd want that ball to fall to there.
19'
Rice delivers a tempting cross and Loftus-Cheek does well to head it behind for a corner.
18'
Rice is having his shirt pulled as he tries to drive forward with possession in the Chelsea half. Free-kick to West Ham wide from the right-hand flank.
16'
It's now the host's turn to enjoy possession of the ball for a while. Antonio feels he was impeded as he tries to receive the ball into feet, but the referee disagrees.
15'
A long passing move from Chelsea comes to an end as Mount loses the ball near the right-hand touchline, and fouls his opposite man trying to retrieve possession.
13'
West Ham, as expected, are very happy to sit deep and soak up pressure as Chelsea knock the ball around in their half.
10'
Mount finds James on the edge of the area and he cracks off a low shot towards the near post. Fabianski gets down to make a fairly routine stop.
9'
Antonio picks the ball up on the left and clips a good cross into the box. Soucek is running on to meet it, but he scuffs his header and it trickles wide.
8'
Silva gives the ball straight to Bowen sloppily and the West Ham attacker drives into the Chelsea penalty box with purpose. His shot isn't the best and Mendy watches it sail wide. It's something to liven up the home support though.
6'
Loftus-Cheek finds James out wide, who has time to pick out a cross. He delivers an inviting ball into the area, but Ziyech can't quite get a clean connection on the strike before West Ham scramble the ball away unconvincingly.
5'
Lanzini looks to hook a loose ball through to Antonio, but it's a late challenge and he gives away a foul in the middle of the park.
4'
West Ham have yet to get a foothold on the game as it's all Chelsea. Ziyech wins the ball high up the pitch after some intense pressing, but he can't pick out a pass and West Ham come clear with possession.
2'
Chelsea start the game on the front foot, spraying the ball around midfield confidently. James is clattered by Diop about 35 yards out and it's a free-kick to Chelsea.
1'
Chelsea, playing in yellow today, get us underway. West Ham are in their traditional claret and blue.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of this Premier League fixture between West Ham and Chelsea.
West Ham’s early-season momentum seems to have shuddered to a halt after the international break, and they have not won any of their three league games since. They looked on course to see out the win against Brighton last time out, but were denied by Neil Maupay’s last-minute equaliser. Chelsea start the day at the top of the table, and will be looking to extend the gap in this game. Despite winning 2-1 against Watford last match, they were poor by their own manager’s admission. He will be hoping for a reaction in their performance today.
WEST HAM (3-4-3): Lukasz Fabianski; Issa Diop, Kurt Zouma, Craig Dawson; Vladimir Coufal, Tomas Soucek, Declan Rice, Ben Johnson; Jarrod Bowen, Manuel Lanzini, Michail Antonio.
SUBS: Nikola Vlasic, Pablo Fornals, Said Benrahma, Mark Noble, Alex Kral, Andriy Yarmolenko, Alphonse Areola, Arthur Masuaku, Harrison Ashby.
CHELSEA (3-4-3): Edouard Mendy; Thiago Silva, Andreas Christensen, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, Jorginho, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Marcos Alonso; Kai Havertz, Mason Mount, Hakim Ziyech.
SUBS: Malang Sarr, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Timo Werner, Saul Niguez, Cesar Azpilicueta, Christian Pulisic, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Ross Barkley, Romelu Lukaku.
The teams are walking out onto the pitch here at the London Stadium, and it's nearly time for kick-off!
Mason Mount's quality has been the difference between the two side so far. It was his corner that set up Silva's opener, and it was a breathtaking effort to put Chelsea back ahead. West Ham will hope to get Antonio into the game more. He can trouble any defence on his day, but has been on something of a goal drought recently.
That's all for now though, good-bye!
Chelsea stay top of the table for now then, but will rue a chance missed to extend their lead. West Ham put a halt to their mini-slump in form recently and consolidate their position in the Champions League places. What a season they're having so far! Chelsea and Liverpool have come to the London Stadium so far this season, and left with nothing.
