GOAL! CHELSEA 2-0 ATLETICO MADRID (3-0 AGG)! Emerson scores with his first touch off the bench! Chelsea break upfield and have three attackers against one Atletico defender. Pulisic rolls left to Emerson who slams it across Oblak into the bottom right corner.
That was a lightning counter-attack by Chelsea who deserve this convincing scoreline. Pulisic weighted his pass perfectly and Emerson made no mistake. The whole team celebrates the goal. Chelsea look a very unified camp.
Here are those Chelsea changes. Emerson is on for Havertz first.
90' +3
Emerson enters the game and replaces K. Havertz.
Chelsea deal with the corner, blocking Saul's header from the centre of the box. They'll make a few more substitutions to wind down the clock.
90'
There will be five additional minutes at the end of this match, thanks to Zouma's injury and Savic's nonsense.
89'
Dembele gets a chance from a difficult angle in Chelsea's box and fires wide. Chelsea break and Hudson-Odoi swings the ball out wide to Alonso who sends it into the middle. Gimenez is well-positioned to get rid.
88'
Hudson-Odoi gets the chance to put the finishing touches on what looks now like a Chelsea win. The 20-year-old's shot in the box is blocked.
87'
This has been close to a flawless performance by Chelsea. Tuchel has transformed this team since his arrival. No one will want to face them in the next round.
85'

84'
Meanwhile Chelsea make another change. Hudson-Odoi gets a runout, replacing Werner.
83'
C. Hudson-Odoi enters the game and replaces T. Werner.
Savic lost his head there. Sure, he didn't catch Rudiger in the face with that elbow, but it was still brainless by the Atletico defender. Atletico have let their frustration bubble over.
Minute
Description
81'
S. Savić goes off after a red card!
RED CARD FOR ATLETICO! Savic is dismissed for a elbow into Rudiger's chest as Chelsea defend Atletico's latest corner. It looks fairly innocuous and Rudiger makes the most of it but it's still violent conduct and Savic makes the lonely walk down the tunnel. Atletico will have to play the last 10 minutes with 10 men.
80'
Chelsea clear Atletico's corner. The visitors will get another crack at grabbing a late goal.
78'
Kante looks to wriggle through the middle but is held off by Lemar. Atletico need to score soon if they want to make the last 10 minutes nervy for Chelsea.
77'
C. Pulišić enters the game and replaces H. Ziyech.
Chelsea make their first substitution of the game. Their goalscorer Ziyech makes way for Pulisic.
75'
There is absolutely no sign here that Atletico have got it in them to turn this tie around. Chelsea are cruising as Ziyech's cross from the right goes awry. It looks like Pulisic will come on for Chelsea shortly.
73'
Hermoso's clearance is closed down by Havertz, presenting the Chelsea man with a half-chance in the box. Atletico hurriedly tidy up.
72'
Koke gets yellow.
Koke shows his frustration, catching Kovacic with a trailing leg. The Atletico captain joins a few of his teammates in the referee's book.
70'
Hermoso's slightly desperate cross from deep is picked up easily by Mendy. Atletico are looking short of ideas.
69'
T. Lemar enters the game and replaces K. Trippier.
Atletico keep on making changes in an attempt to swing the momentum of this match. Lemar comes on for Trippier.
67'
Zouma is back on his feet and re-enters the pitch after stepping off temporarily. Thankfully it looks like the Frenchman will be fine to continue.
65'
Zouma's down after a clash of heads with Dembele. The referee immediately waves the physios on to treat the Chelsea centre-back.
63'
Atletico have a corner down their left. Werner heads it out. Saul's follow-up cross causes a little concern for Chelsea and Rudiger takes no chances by punting it out.
62'
Azpilicueta nips in well to intercept an Atletico cross at the near post. Chelsea counter and Werner's shot whistles just over the top left corner of the goal.
61'
It's astonishing how quiet Chelsea have kept Atletico here. Let's not forget that Atletico are leading LaLiga and Chelsea were floundering a few months ago.
60'
J. Giménez gets yellow.
Gimenez's poor touch puts him in trouble and the Atletico centre-back slides in wildly to redeem himself, taking Havertz out. A yellow card is his just reward.
59'
Á. Correa enters the game and replaces L. Suárez.
Suarez's miserable game comes to an end. The Uruguayan leaves the pitch, flashing a wry smile. Correa takes his place up top for Atletico.
58'
Atletico see Chelsea's latest corner out. Chelsea haven't let the visitors relax at all. They've been at them all game.
55'
Chelsea get another corner down their left which Ziyech floats to James to the right of the box. James hits it first-time towards goal only for an Atletico body to make the block.
53'
M. Dembélé enters the game and replaces Y. Carrasco.
Simeone makes another change with Atletico clearly being outplayed at the moment. Dembele, the French striker on loan from Lyon and formerly of Chelsea's West London rivals Fulham, comes on.
Havertz's cutback for Werner is intercepted. Ziyech's effort is blocked and Rudiger goes for goal from way out, firing just wide.
51'
Saúl gets yellow.
Saul is the next player to be booked for a coming together with Havertz. Chelsea's midfielders are dominating their counterparts.
49'
Atletico deal with the corner. Chelsea keep the pressure on though as Havertz is dragged down by Hermoso. Chelsea get the free-kick.
47'
Azpilicueta knocks the ball down the line for Werner to chase and the German keeps it in play. Werner returns it to James whose cross is cleared. Up the other end, Suarez loses out in a challenge with Rudiger, winning a free-kick.
46'
Hermoso enters the game and replaces Renan Lodi.
Atletico make a predictable substitution at half-time. Lodi had a torrid time against James in the first half and goes off. Hermoso replaces him. It looks like they'll match Chelsea's three at the back.
Chelsea get the second half going. It'll be interesting to see how Atletico's change of shape affects things here. So far they've been second best.
45'
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 1-0 ATLETICO MADRID (2-0 AGG)
44'
Chelsea construct another decent attack which ends with Kovacic curling wide from outside the box. Atletico need to deal with James' constant threat down their left side.
43'
Rudiger surprisingly finds himself in the box to blaze over near the byline. Tuchel will be very pleased with how this first half has gone for Chelsea.
42'
James is free to fire in a decent ball yet again. Havertz goes down under the challenge of Savic but a corner is all Chelsea will get. Oblak punches it away.
41'
Lodi is dealt with well by Chelsea's captain Azpilicueta. Atletico will still feel a bit sore that VAR didn't even take a look at Azpilicueta's pull on Carrasco earlier.
40'
Alonso and Havertz combine down the left to give Havertz a shooting opportunity at the near post. Oblak gets in the way of it.
36'
Chelsea's goal doesn't change things too much for Atletico who still need two goals to progress on away goals. However, there will be no extra time. The visitors look vulnerable currently though. James sends his best ball so far into Atletico's penalty area but Havertz can't make the most of it.
35'
That was fantastic awareness by Werner who didn't have the right angle to shoot himself. The German's selflessness has paid off for Chelsea who are now in firm control of this tie.
34'
H. Ziyech has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by T. Werner.
GOAL! CHELSEA 1-0 ATLETICO MADRID (2-0 AGG)! Havertz plays Werner in down the left. The German glances up and plays a perfect ball across goal for Ziyech who squeezes it under the keeper and into the net.
33'
Carrasco drifts inside and looks for Trippier but gets taken out as he does so. Atletico take the free-kick and Kante clears Trippier's cross. Chelsea counter and...
31'

Lodi gets booked for diving in on James near the touchline in pursuit of a lost cause. He'll miss the first leg of the quarter-final if Atletico go through.
30'

27'
Trippier's corner is headed away by Havertz. The Atletico right-back tries again and this time sends his cross out for a Chelsea throw-in on the opposite side.
26'
Carrasco goes down in Chelsea's box after what looks like a pull from Azpilicueta. The referee isn't convinced and play continues. Zouma steers Llorente's cross behind for a corner. Azpilicueta has got away with that.
24'
Chelsea and Atletico are cancelling each other out at the moment. Carrasco tries to make progress down the left but can only run the ball out for a goal-kick.
22'
Rudiger muscles Suarez off the ball on the edge of the box. Suarez appeals to the linesman but it's a fair if firm challenge.
21'
Suarez gets a sniff of goal but can't keep the ball in play near the byline. The Uruguayan hasn't really been able to influence proceedings yet. There's plenty of time for him to do so though.
20'
James is seeing plenty of the ball down the Chelsea right so far. Trippier heads away the Englishman's latest delivery. James soon regains possession and thumps an ambitious effort off target.
19'
James gets a cross into the box and Ziyech misses his kick on the swivel. Werner instinctively hits it towards goal under pressure but it's wide of the mark.
18'
Joao Felix wriggles through the middle and is about to test Mendy when Kante sticks a foot in to divert the ball to his goalkeeper. That's a good intervention by the Frenchman.
17'
Atletico look to be playing more of a 4-2-3-1 with Joao Felix dropping deep and Suarez roaming alone up front. They've seen precious little of the ball so far.
16'
Ziyech swings in the corner from the left. Atletico give it short shrift.
15'
Suarez tries and fails to beat Zouma with a nutmeg. Azpilicueta sends a ball into Atletico's box and the visitors don't fully clear. Llorente ends up conceding a corner.
13'
Gimenez heads out James' cross from deep. Chelsea keep the ball on the opposite side, sending Ziyech into the penalty area but Savic is in the right place to clear it away.
12'
Chelsea are starting to find their rhythm after Atletico's promising start. Lodi intercepts James' run and knocks the ball out for a throw-in.
10'
Alonso is set free down the left to burst into the box. Werner is in a great position waiting for the cross but the Spaniard elects to go for goal, rolling wide of the left-hand post.
8'
Atletico are definitely a more open side than they used to be. Kante surges into space in front of Atletico's back four and looks to dink a pass to a teammate but can only put the ball out for an Atletico goal-kick.
7'
Ziyech asks a lot of James bombing down the right. James is unable to prevent Lodi from nipping in and winning a free-kick just outside the box.
5'
Chelsea win the first corner of the game down their right. James will take it. The wing-back floats it to no one in Chelsea blue and Atletico get rid of it.
3'
Atletico come on the attack again as Suarez is caught offside. Seconds later Carrasco dinks the ball inside to Lodi who forces a routine save from Mendy.
2'
Atletico look up for this early on as Trippier gets forward from right-back and flings the ball into the Chelsea box. Llorente has a speculative shot blocked and Carrasco's follow-up cross is cleared. Werner is unable to keep the ball in play up the other end.
1'
The Italian referee Daniele Orsato blows his whistle and Atletico get this second leg underway!
Hello! Welcome to our live text commentary of this UEFA Champions League round of 16 second leg match between Chelsea and Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge.

However, if there's any side that can dig themselves out of a hole it's Diego Simeone's Atletico. The LaLiga leaders have been flagging recently but they have progressed from 50 per cent of the European Cup and Champions League knockout ties in which they've lost the first leg. Who will progress then? We might as well flip a coin, or even better, sit back and find out!
SUBS: Sime Vrsaljko, Geoffrey Kondogbia, Miguel San Roman, Thomas Lemar, Ivo Grbic, Lucas Torreira, Angel Correa, Vitolo, Mario Hermoso, Moussa Dembele, Felipe, Hector Herrera.
Chelsea's 1-0 win at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium three weeks ago has put them in pole position to progress to the Champions League quarter-finals. In their entire history of European competition they've never been eliminated in a two-leg knockout tie after winning the first leg away from home. Thomas Tuchel's team look in no mood to change that record now.
The two sides are out on the Stamford Bridge pitch as the Champions League anthem rings out. It never fails to get you excited.
Chelsea really are purring under Tuchel. The Londoners suddenly look a threat to any team, bright in attack and utterly stingy in defence. Whoever faces them next had better watch out. Atletico, meanwhile, will have to focus on the league. Simeone will have to stop his side from running out of steam as the season reaches its conclusion.
Chelsea become the third English side to make it into the Champions League quarter-finals this season then. They'll find out their next opponents later this week. If Tuchel's team keep playing like this, you wouldn't put it past them going deep in this competition. That's all for now. Goodbye!
