Fazio goes into the book for a foul on Muratore in the closing stages.
Still Juve search for an unlikely route back into the match. Their free-kick on the left is taken deep to the far post, where a Roma head concedes a corner. The visitors defend the next set-piece well, too, though.
90' +3
There are roars of both encouragement and frustration after a frantic passage of play! A stunning Demiral tackle on halfway halts a four-man break, before Olivieri races into the area and goes down in a tussle with Smalling. Juve get only a corner, which comes to nothing.
90' +1
There will be a minimum of five minutes added on.
89'
There are a few hefty challenges on halfway, but Demiral does well to come through with the ball and build another Juve attack.
88'
What a run! Magnificent from Zappacosta! He seizes possession on the edge of his own area and runs the length of the field before finding Kluivert on the left. A return pass so nearly reaches Zappacosta, before Under steps in and shoots into a crowd of bodies.
82'
Scramble! Juve win a corner on the left, which Ramsey delivers. Fuzato comes for the cross, which lands inside his six-yard box, but gets nowhere near it, instead clattering Smalling. The Roma goalkeeper wants a foul, which isn't given, but Juve cannot profit.
79'
G. Vrioni enters the game and replaces G. Higuaín.
The shot wide is Higuain's last involvement of the league campaign. On comes Vrioni.
75'
Juve are set to finish just a single point clear of Inter at the top of the table, although there was ultimately little by way of a title race. The champions have slumped in the final weeks but done just enough to seal the Scudetto, while Inter recovered their form but left a run too late.
73'
J. Kluivert enters the game and replaces D. Perotti.
There will be no Perotti hat-trick, as Kluivert is introduced in his place.
The game gets back under way following the pause and substitutions.
Minute
Description
72'
C. Pinsoglio enters the game and replaces W. Szczęsny.
M. Olivieri enters the game and replaces F. Bernardeschi.
The teams use the cooling break to make some changes. Olivieri is on for Bernardeschi.
Juve also make a change in goal. Szczesny is replaced by Pinsoglio.
71'
The referee signals for the cooling break. Juve have plenty to do.
70'
Bernardeschi's latest set-piece is really poor, failing to beat the first man. Juve are really lacking inspiration in the absence of Dybala and Ronaldo.
69'
Almost! Under takes the corner short and then seemingly attempts to catch Szczesny unaware with an in-swinging delivery that hits the target. The goalkeeper gathers at the second attempt.
Back come Juve. Danilo cuts inside and shoots, his low effort picking up a deflection and bobbling wide for a corner.
67'
Sarri watched the first half from the stands but now resembles an anxious figure on the touchline. This is not how he imagined Juve's title celebrations going.
65'
Now Roma are attacking again. A wonderful cross from Under on the right passes through the area and Matuidi is required to step in to prevent a shooting opportunity on the left.
62'
Juve are pushing hard but struggling even to get the ball off Roma in the visitors' own third. They need a goal soon to turn this one around.
60'
Bruno Peres enters the game and replaces R. Calafiori.
Calafiori has grown into this game and enjoyed himself after a tough start, but he appears to pull up with cramp. Bruno Peres is introduced.
58'
There have been numerous changes, but the pattern of the game has not changed at all. Juve are enjoying possession in promising areas, yet Roma continue to threaten on the break.
56'
Juan Jesus enters the game and replaces Ibañez.
D. Santon enters the game and replaces B. Cristante.
C. Ünder enters the game and replaces N. Zaniolo.
There are three Roma changes, starting with Juan Jesus, who comes on for Ibanez.
Zaniolo, rather concerningly, appeared to gesture to the bench a moment earllier and now bows out for Under.
Juve manage to get Roma's latest corner clear on the far side, with Smalling seeing the ball out for a throw, allowing his coach to make some changes.
Cristante also steps out just after his booking. Santon is on.
55'
Zaniolo is running the show. He cuts inside from the right and goes for goal but sees a shot deflected wide.
54'
B. Cristante gets yellow.
Cristante is the latest player booked as he chops down Matuidi from behind.
52'
D. Perotti has scored a goal for Roma! Assist by N. Zaniolo.
GOOAAALLLL!!! PEROTTI! It's three for Roma and two for the captain! This goal owes everything to the pace and power of Zaniolo, though. He darts straight up the centre of the pitch and slides a pass through for his skipper to finish with the aid of a deflection.
Zaniolo has grown into this game brilliantly. Juve will need to attack and surely therefore leave more space for the attacker to exploit. This is a marvellous assist, although the strike may yet go down as an own goal.
51'
M. Demiral enters the game and replaces L. Bonucci.
A. Ramsey enters the game and replaces A. Rabiot.
Juve are acting quickly after failing to hit back in this second half. A double-change includes Rabiot's departure for Ramsey.
Captain Bonucci is the second Juve man to make way. Demiral is on.
A very awlward moment for Fuzato! Frabotta's low cross from the left reaches Ibanez, who controls on his knee. Fuzato should be able to pick the ball up but panics and instead lashes clear under pressure from Bernardeschi.
50'
Juve struggled from set-pieces in the first half, but Szczesny claims the latest corner.
46'
KICK-OFF: Roma get the action back under way.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: Juventus 1-2 Roma
45' +2
Wasteful! Bernardeschi steps up to take the free-kick conceded by Perotti and goes for goal, yet a powerful effort comfortably clears the crossbar.
45' +1
D. Perotti gets yellow.
There will be a minimum of two minutes' added time at the end of this first half.
Poor from Perotti! He struggles to halt a Juve attack down the right and trips Danilo just outside the box, earning a yellow card.
44'
Penalty goal scored by D. Perotti for Roma!
GOOAAALLLL!!! PEROTTI! Roma have turned it around! 2-1! Szczesny is really unfortunate, diving the right way but just unable to get his fingertips to a low, placed spot-kick.
42'
Juve stay patient as they build their latest attack, but Higuain then turns and carries the ball forward, only to overhit the pass in behind to Bernardeschi. Roma regroup.
40'
C. Smalling gets yellow.
Smalling is the first Roma man into the book following a foul.
39'
Disappointment for Roma. Perotti gets into a good position down the left and has men forward in support but sends a cross behind for a goal-kick.
35'
Ibanez is slightly fortunate to avoid a booking for a fairly needless lunge on Bernardeschi, but that intervention at least halts Juve's momentum. Roma win the ball back following the free-kick and go on the attack.
32'
Juve are moving the ball with greater fluency in recent minutes, but Fuzato has had nothing to do besides pick the ball out of his own net for the early opener.
29'
Ibanez slips when attempting to clear and gets Roma into a spot of bother. Juve win the ball back by the corner flag on the right, although they are then forced to go backwards.
23'
N. Kalinić has scored a goal for Roma! Assist by D. Perotti.
GOOAAALLLL!!! KALINIC! We're all square at 1-1! This is a superb header. A corner from the left finds the striker in the centre of goal, but he has to twist to get his head to the ball and does so wonderfully, picking out the top-right corner.
Perotti is the man who supplies the cross for Kalinic, the second set-piece goal of the match.
22'
This is a much better break from Roma! Kalinic controls on halfway and has both Zaniolo and Zappacosta up in support. The former is in a better position but the ball finds the latter, who cuts inside and sees a shot deflected wide.
21'
D. Rugani gets yellow.
Rugani is the first man into the book. He attempts to get in front of Kalinic to win the ball but gets the man first.
20'
Zaniolo is still struggling to find that final ball. He lifts a pass over the top for Kalinic, but Rugani gets across to play the ball off the striker and behind.
17'
Disappointing from Zaniolo! The Roma man, a wonderful runner, drives forward and has the Juve defence back-pedalling, but his pass to Kalinic is poor and he commits a foul attempting to win the ball back.
16'
This is better from Roma. Zappacosta continues to get forward well against a rookie opponent, but his latest foray results in a wayward cross.
15'
Zappacosta does well to keep the ball for Roma as he marauds down the right, then cutting inside for Zaniolo to shoot. Juve block.
13'
The hosts are pressing hard. Roma win the ball back and briefly look to have an opportunity to counter, yet they are instead forced back the other way by the black and white shirts.
11'
Juve are attempting to turn the screw. A wonderful passing move sees the ball ping around the Roma half before Rabiot creates space for Danilo to cross from the right, but he cannot find a team-mate.
9'
Roma have had plenty of the ball - 68 per cent - but have done precious little with it so far. A long ball towards Zaniolo is grasped by former Giallorossi man Szczesny.
8'
There are young left-backs on either side. Calafiori has already endured a tough time and now Frabotta lunges in late. He is warned.
5'
G. Higuaín has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by A. Rabiot.
GOOAAALLLL!!! HIGUAIN! It's 1-0 Juve! The striker is all alone in front of goal following Bernardeschi's corner and swivels to find the net. Simple stuff.
Bernardeschi takes the corner, but the assist belongs to Rabiot. It is a lovely flick from the midfielder at the near post that tees up Higuain behind him.
Corner to Juve. Bernardeschi delivers a wonderful set-piece, but a Roma defender gets up highest to flick the ball behind.
4'
Now Calafiori comes out second best going back the other way with a rash shove on Bernardeschi. Juve get a free-kick in a dangerous position on the right.
2'
Against a makeshift Juve side, it is Roma who are taking control of the possession in the opening stages.
Danilo makes a well-timed tackle on Calafiori after a poor Perotti pass, with the ball bouncing behind off the teenage wing-back.

KICK-OFF: Juve get us up and running!
Both teams are turning out in their new 2020-21 kits, with Juve returning to stripes for the coming campaign.
Hello and welcome to our live text commentary of Juventus versus Roma on the final day of the Serie A season!
Juve have not been wholly convincing since the season resumed amid the coronavirus pandemic, but Maurizio Sarri's side have done enough to claim a ninth straight Scudetto. Like opponents Roma - confirmed to finish fifth - the Bianconeri have nothing riding on this fixture.
Sarri will be keen to ensure Juve get back on track following a midweek defeat to Cagliari, however. After today's match, the Italian champions have just six days before they host Lyon in their Champions League last-16 second leg. Juve trail 1-0 at the midway stage in that tie.
Subs: Carlo Pinsoglio, Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Sandro, Juan Cuadrado, Merih Demiral, Rodrigo Bentancur, Marco Olivieri, Wesley, Daouda Peeters, Giacomi Vrioni.
Subs: Pau Lopez, Juan Jesus, Edin Dzeko, Aleksandar Kolarov, Yildirim Mert Cetin, Cengiz Under, Davide Santon, Carles Perez, Bruno Peres, Amadou Diawara, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Justin Kluivert.

That's all from another Serie A season! Thanks for joining us and, until next time, goodbye!
Both sides' rested stars will return next week as the focus turns to Europe. Juve have that big clash with Lyon, while Roma face Sevilla in the Europa League.
