Goal ruled out! Otamendi has the ball in the back of the net, with an acrobatic volley, but Sterling was flagged offside in the build-up to the goal so it's ruled out.
59'
The visitors are playing a very high backline, so it's making it difficult for Shakhtar to create anything as there is so little space in front of them. Just a long ball over the top is available if they can time it correctly.
57'
City look very comfortable right now, still pushing forward in search of another goal, but they look like they could score every time they attack as Shakhtar don't look assured at the back.
55'
Shakhtar are knocking the ball about well, but it's all in their own half and there isn't much pace or urgency to their play, so the visitors are quite happy for them to keep it.

GOOOAAALLL! City double their lead, it's 2-0! Gundogan with the second goal of the game. The midfielder races into the box unmarked and Mahrez finds him perfectly after cutting inside from the right wing, with Gundogan then toe-poking the ball past Pyatov and into the back of the net. Lovely move and goal.
The first touch from Mahrez is superb, it takes Ismaily out of the game as he cuts inside and then plays a lovely ball in behind the Shakhtar defence for Gundogan to run onto and finish.

18'
Walker appears to have picked up a knock here, he was forced into making a challenge on Ismaily a few minutes ago and Cancelo is now getting warmed up on the sidelines.
16'
Shakhtar are doing a good job of keeping Sterling and Mahrez quiet down the wings so far tonight, they've not seen much of the ball, with Jesus also well marked in the centre of the pitch.
14'
It's a very even game so far, both teams are going for it, but just lacking quality in the final third at the moment.
12'
Good play by Shakhtar! Ismaily does well down the left, he beats Walker and then whips a cross into the box, which is headed half clear by Zinchenko, but the ball falls straight to Marlos, who has his first effort blocked, but he gets another go at it. However, this strike flies well wide of the City goal.
