Willian fires off target. There is another stoppage in play as Zouma landed awkwardly following an aerial challenge, but the physio is not required.
90' +4
NEARLY! Barkley almost catches out Krul. The midfielder's shot skims across the surface and the Norwich keeper does well to get down to his right to get a fingertip to the ball. That all came as a result of some good hold-up play from substitute Giroud.
90' +3
Five minutes have been added on at the end of the match. We have played the first three of those with little incident. Norwich, frustratingly, cannot find any sort of rhythm.
90' +1
Marcos Alonso enters the game and replaces M. Mount.
Mount is unable to continue after pulling up with an injury. Alonso is on in his place, meaning a slight tweak in formation for the closing stages.
88'
Norwich are struggling to keep hold of the ball, much to the frustration of their supporters. Farke will perhaps be a little disappointed to have come away from this match with no points. That said, there are still around five minutes to go.
86'
Word is that the referee Martin Atkinson was happy to let that Zouma goal stand a little earlier, but VAR overruled him. There have been a few strange decisions today, which will no doubt be analysed in detail after the match.
84'
Willian enters the game and replaces C. Pulišić.
Willian, who will perhaps feel aggrieved not to have started the match following Pedro's withdrawal, is on for Pulisic out wide.
83'
POOR CHALLENGE! Godfrey catches Mount on the ankle with a late challenge and is fortunate to avoid a red card. VAR seemingly looked at it and decided it was not worthy of a dismissal.
82'
Norwich win a free-kick 40 yards out and Buendia swings it towards Godfrey, but puts too much pace on the pass and it goes straight through. The home side are desperate for one final opportunity to snatch a point.
Minute
Description
81'
M. Vrančić enters the game and replaces T. Trybull.
K. McLean enters the game and replaces M. Leitner.
D. Srbeny enters the game and replaces M. Stiepermann.
Farke makes a triple change. McLean is on for Leitner in the first of the three subs.
Vrancic will take over from Trybull for the final 10 minutes or so as Farke freshens things up.
Stiepermann, heavily involved for Norwich today, is replaced by Srbeny.
80'
Kovacic goes on a driving run and slots in Pulisic down the right, but the cross into the middle is blocked. That was a promising opportunity for Chelsea to kill off the match.
77'
Mount lets the ball run through for Barkley and the midfielder has plenty of time to pick his spot, but the shot is blocked by Godfrey before it can reach the bottom corner. Krul was stranded.
75'
O. Giroud enters the game and replaces T. Abraham.
Abraham can be happy with the shift he has put in today, his two goals possibly being enough to give Chelsea their first competitive win of the Lampard era. Giroud is on in his place.
74'
Norwich have equalised twice already today and, having already hit the crossbar since Chelsea's third goal, you would not bet against them nicking a point from this thrilling match. Incredibly, neither manager has yet to make a change.
68'
T. Abraham has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by M. Kovačić.
GOOOAAALLL!!! NORWICH 2-3 CHELSEA! Kepa keeps out a shot from Pukki at one end and, less than 30 seconds later, Abraham edges Chelsea 3-2 in front at the other end of the field. The Englishman brings the ball inside Hanley and catches out Krul with an earlier-than-expected shot to double his career goals tally for the Blues.
Kovacic played a pass from deep that Abraham took inside Norwich's centre-backs with a smart first touch. His finish was equally as impressive.
66'
STRAIGHTFORWARD SAVE! Barkley shifts the ball inside on his right and curls a shot on target from 25 yards. It is easily dealt with by Krul in the Norwich goal.
65'
Stiepermann did make contact with Azpilicueta so the question has to be asked - why didn't VAR intervene? Chelsea are still bossing the ball but they need to start making chances.
64'
Azpilicueta went to ground under a challenge from Stiepermann in that previous Chelsea attack, but nothing was given and VAR seemingly did not intervene. With 64 minutes played at Carrow Road, neither manager has yet turned to their bench.
62'
SAVE! Krul punches the corner clear but Chelsea come forward again. Emerson is played into space down the left and gets a powerful shot on target, which is aimed straight at Krul at his near post.
60'
Barkley dances past a few players on the edge of the area and lays the ball off for Azpilicueta, who is the latest to have a shot blocked. It is turning out to be a frustrating day for Lampard and his players.
59'
Chelsea have had 65 per cent of the ball in the second half and have had five shots, but none of those have been on target. Norwich boss Farke will probably take another half an hour of this, with his side doing just about enough to keep hold of their point.
57'
The final ball is lacking for Chelsea at the minute. They are probing away down both flanks but are struggling to create any clear-cut opportunities. It may well be time for Batshuayi or Giroud to enter the fray.
55'
Stiepermann is back to his feet but Norwich may still make a substitution in the next few minutes as there is some activity down on the bench. There has been no change to the flow of the game - Chelsea are still the side in control of possession.
53'
Godfrey produces yet another impressive block, this time to thwart Kovacic. Chelsea have dominated the match since the players came out for the second half, but it counts for nothing unless they score.
51'
Azpilicueta gets on the end of the corner but cannot direct his header on target at the near post.
50'
Stiepermann fails to properly clear Mount's cross and Jorginho is the latest to get a shot away. The ball deflects behind for another Chelsea corner. It is one-way traffic at Carrow Road.
48'
Norwich have not got going at all in this second half. Lewis is caught out of position and Pulisic has plenty of space to use down the right. He takes the ball a little too wide and shoots into the side-netting with the angle against him.
47'
Chelsea turn over possession and the ball is worked to Mount. He opts to have a go from 25 yards on his favoured right foot, but the shot is dragged wide.
46'
KICK-OFF! Norwich, who will be on four points from three matches as things stand, get us back under way at Carrow Road!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: NORWICH 2-2 CHELSEA
45' +1
POOR EFFORT! Pulisic controls a cross inside the box and tees up Barkley for a shot around 25 yards out. The Englishman gets far too much on the attempt, though, sending it high into the stands.
45'
Azpilicueta drives a cross towards the front post and Krul bundles it behind for a corner, which comes to little. Norwich look to counter but the attack breaks down.
44'
Pulisic gets in behind and shows great balance to set himself for the shot, which is blocked by Lewis. Norwich's defenders have put their bodies on the line in this first half.
43'
M. Stiepermann gets yellow.
Stiepermann slides in on Jorginho and appears to win the ball. Not in the view of experienced referee Martin Atkinson, though, who reaches into his pocket for the second time today.
41'
The ball falls to Mount around 35 yards from goal but he is unable to do anything with it. The match has flowed nicely throughout the first half, but we only have four more minutes to play before the interval. Still time for another goal or two, then!
39'
Possession has been split 50-50 down the middle in the first half. Chelsea will argue they have been the better side, but the bottom line is that they have twice let Norwich in behind and the hosts have twice found the back of the net. Fingers crossed for some more goals!
37'
Zouma is a long way off with his attempt as Chelsea struggle to find any sort of momentum. Lampard's side were well on top at 2-1 but they fell asleep at the back and in-form striker Pukki punished them.
35'
SAVES! Kepa parries Buendia's long-range shot into the path of Hanley, but the centre-back is unable to beat the Chelsea keeper from the follow-up attempt, although he would have been flagged for offside anyway. Norwich are looking the more likely side to score the fifth goal of the game at the moment.
33'
Jorginho gets yellow.
Jorginho lunges in on Buendia and was always going to be shown a yellow card - the first of the match.
32'
Norwich have taken their chances when they have arrived. That Pukki goal came against the run of play, and it again highlights how weak Chelsea look in midfield and defence. The hosts are growing more and more in confidence.
30'
T. Pukki has scored a goal for Norwich City! Assist by E. Buendía.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! NORWICH 2-2 CHELSEA! All he needs is half a chance! Pukki gets in behind the Chelsea defence and fires the ball across Kepa from a tight angle to make it five Premier League goals in three matches. The Chelsea keeper should have done better.
Buendia slotted the ball in behind but Pukki still had a lot to do with the angle against him. There was a suggestion the Premier League's leading scorer was offside, but the goal is allowed to stand after a VAR check.
29'
GOOD CHALLENGE! Godfrey puts his body on the line to thwart Jorginho, who pulls the trigger and likely would have found the bottom corner with his shot from inside the box if not for that block.
28'
The last seven or eight minutes have been dominated by Chelsea. They win another free-kick in a promising position, but Emerson sends his overhit cross straight out of play - Lampard does not look too pleased with that.
25'
Norwich scramble the ball away through Trybull after Abraham's shot was blocked by a Norwich defender. Chelsea are now starting to take control of the match, with Emerson being told to play higher up the pitch down the left.
23'
As we saw against Liverpool on the opening day of the season, Norwich are not afraid to pass the ball out from the back. That backfired at Anfield, though, and they have also been caught out once already today.
21'
Chelsea are struggling to take control of the match. Norwich are bypassing the Blues' midfield far too regularly and there have been more than a few sloppy passes. The hosts are certainly capable of taking at least a point from this game.
19'
Three goals inside the opening 17 minutes, then, and you would not bet on the scoring stopping there. Norwich have already responded once today - can they do it again?
17'
M. Mount has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by C. Pulišić.
Pulisic is credited with the assist for playing in Mount, but this goal was all about the quality shown by the ex-Derby County loanee to keep his composure when through on goal. Superb finish!
GOOOOAAALLL!!! NORWICH 1-2 CHELSEA! Mount makes it two goals in two games - what a player he looks to be! Norwich try to play the ball out from the back, fail to do so and Pulisic slips the ball into the feet of Mount, who brings it inside and fires a shot past Krul.
16'
Mount's corner is aimed towards Abraham but Godfrey gets to it first. Barkley then sends it back into the area but gets too much on his pass and it goes straight behind for a goal-kick.
14'
Stiepermann pulls back on Kovacic and is fortunate to avoid a booking. The free-kick is whipped towards the back post and Stiepermann is there to head the ball behind for a corner.
12'
Mount is looking lively when he gets on the ball. Aarons shows good awareness to come across and cut out what was shaping up to be a dangerous attacking move from the visitors.
8'
Chelsea's players were a little unhappy that Norwich equaliser was allowed to stand. Abraham was barged off the field by Godfrey shortly before Cantwell converted, but VAR did not intervene. We have quite the game on our hands if the opening eight minutes are anything to go by!
6'
T. Cantwell has scored a goal for Norwich City! Assist by T. Pukki.
Pukki has more to his game than just goals! The Norwich striker unselfishly squared the ball for Cantwell to convert from a few yards out.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! NORWICH 1-1 CHELSEA! Talk about a quick response! Less than three minutes after falling behind, Norwich get themselves back on level terms at a rocking Carrow Road. Cantwell shows some good footwork and plays the ball across to Pukki, who lays it on a plate for his team-mate to side-foot through the legs of Kepa from close range.
5'
Abraham celebrated the goal by running straight to Lampard - that early goal will do his confidence the world of good. How will Norwich respond?
3'
T. Abraham has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by César Azpilicueta.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! NORWICH 0-1 CHELSEA! What a start for Lampard's men! Abraham is off the mark with his first goal in Chelsea colours, and what a brilliant finish it is! Pulisic plays in Azpilicueta on the overlap and the full-back picks out Abraham, who sends a first-time finish past Krul from inside the box.
Azpilicueta gave Pulisic an option on the overlap down the right and he did well to pick out Abraham in the middle with his cross from the byline.
2'
It looks as though Barkley, a late addition to the starting line-up following that injury picked up by Pedro, will start on the left of a midfield three. Changing formation so close to kick-off is far from ideal from Lampard's perspective.
1'
KICK-OFF! Chelsea, looking for their first Premier League win of the season at the third attempt, get us up and running at Carrow Road!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Norwich City and Chelsea at Carrow Road.
Chelsea have made a slow start to life under new head coach Frank Lampard, having lost 4-0 at Manchester United and drawn 1-1 with Leicester City in their first two Premier League matches. Lampard has taken positives away from both of those games, as well as the penalty shoot-out defeat to Liverpool in the UEFA Super Cup, but his side are now in desperate need of victory.
NORWICH (4-2-3-1): Tim Krul; Max Aarons, Grant Hanley (c), Ben Godfrey, Jamal Lewis; Moritz Leitner, Tom Trybull; Todd Cantwell, Marco Stiepermann, Emiliano Buendia; Teemu Pukki.
Norwich subs: Timm Klose, Ralf Fahrmann, Kenny McLean, Mario Vrancic, Alexander Tettey, Sam Byram, Dennis Srbeny.
The two teams are now out on the field at Carrow Road and we are moments away from kick-off. Pedro pulled up injured in the warm-up and will be replaced by Barkley in Chelsea's starting line-up - not ideal for Lampard.
CHELSEA (4-2-3-1): Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta (c), Andreas Christensen, Kurt Zouma, Emerson Palmieri; Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic; Ross Barkley, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic; Tammy Abraham.
Norwich are two points better off than Chelsea thanks to last weekend's 3-1 win over Newcastle United here. Teemu Pukki scored a hat-trick to get the recently-promoted side off the mark, adding to the consolation goal he scored in the 4-1 loss to Liverpool on the opening day of the season. City were far too open against Liverpool, but lessons will no doubt have been learned ahead of this latest test against one of the division's established sides.
Krul produced a fine save to keep out Christensen at 2-1 and that could well prove to be a big moment in this match. Kepa also had a couple of stops to make in the final 10 minutes of the half, so Lampard's men cannot exactly argue that they have been hard done by. The visitors only have six subs due to the injury sustained by Pedro pre-match, with Giroud and Batshuayi both contenders to come on.
Chelsea return to action in a week's time with a home match against another promoted club as they welcome Sheffield United to Stamford Bridge. As for Norwich, they travel to West Ham next Saturday after first taking on Crawley Town in the EFL Cup second round.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
