Huddersfield nearly craft an attack from a throw-in high up on the left, but the final ball is astray, and it's hacked clear.
90'
There's a delay as a pitch invader forces proceedings to be held up.
88'
The closing stages have been a bit flat so far. Neither side is playing with enough intensity to force a winner at the moment.
86'
S. Mounié enters the game and replaces A. Pritchard.
Huddersfield goalscorer Pritchard also comes off with Mounie coming on to partner Grant in attack.
84'
J. Sims enters the game and replaces Oriol Romeu.
J. Hogg gets yellow.
Hogg goes in clumsily on Targett and picks up the first yellow card of the day.
Romeu is replaced by Sims in midfield as Hasenhuttl looks to add fresh legs for a final push.
81'
SAVE! Valery heads Redmond's cross at goal but it's too central and Coleman claims high in the centre of his goal.
77'
WIDE! Pritchard does well to hold onto the ball and drifts inside his man before hitting a low strike that swerves the wrong side of the post!
76'
C. Austin enters the game and replaces D. Ings.
Hasenhuttl makes a change up front as the hard-working Ings is replaced by Austin.
72'
Huddersfield have taken heart from the hosts' dip in intensity and are pushing forward, looking for a winner.
Minute
Description
70'
Southampton are huffing and puffing but just can't break Huddersfield down. Since the equaliser they've not played with the same confidence as they had before.
66'
M. Daly enters the game and replaces J. Bacuna.
Bacuna is replaced by teenage midfielder Daly, making his second senior appearance of the season.
61'
Southampton's passing in the final third has started to become sloppy and they are giving the ball away cheaply when trying to push forward.
59'
Pritchard has an ambitious pop from oustide the box that is comfortably blocked away. Poor decision from the midfielder.
57'
Hojbjerg works some space just inside the Huddersfield half as Southampton look to hit back, but his pass is poor and gets cut out.
55'
A. Pritchard has scored a goal for Huddersfield Town!
GOAL!! Huddersfield are level in bizarre circumstances! Gunn plays the ball short and receives it back in his six-yard box. He's far too casual in possession as Pritchard chases him down and nicks the ball before slotting into an empty net! It's 1-1!
53'
Huddersfield get a chance to throw men up the pitch as Hojbjerg gives away a foul in midfield. It's a woeful delivery from Pritchard though, and it's straight out of play.
49'
Targett has gone out to the left wing, with Ings moving more centrally and Redmond switching to the right.
46'
M. Targett enters the game and replaces S. Long.
We're back underway for the second half!
Striker Long comes off for left-back Targett at half-time. The striker must have picked up a knock in the first half.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: SOUTHAMPTON 1-0 HUDDERSFIELD
45' +2
Stankovic is back on the pitch but Long is next to be dumped to the turf. Southampton try to craft another attack but they have to go backwards and the momentum is lost.
43'
Southampton look buoyed by their goal and are now swarming forward with confidence. They look good value for a second.
41'
N. Redmond has scored a goal for Southampton! Assist by D. Ings.
Ings worked hard to drop deep and drive through midfield before finding Redmond on the left. The winger had plenty to do before finding the net, though.
GOAL!! What a strike from Redmond! Southampton lead 1-0! Ings fed Redmond on the left and he cut inside before rifling a sweet, dipping strike over Coleman and under the crossbar! He's been the dangerman for the hosts and he's finally delivered!
38'
Huddersfield hurl the ball into the box from a wide area but it's repelled once again. The visitors are lacking variation and creativity in their attacking patterns.
36'
OVER! The ball is worked from left to centre and Bacuna lines one up from well outside the box that he fires over the top of the bar.
34'
SAVE! Gunn holds on well as Grant cuts in from the left and thumps a low strike at goal. It's a comfortable one for the keeper.
33'
Mooy tries to slide the ball through for Grant but the striker had strayed offside and is flagged up.
31'
Redmond dances his way into the box but takes one too many touches and the ball is nicked from him. He's been a threat so far for the hosts but hasn't found an end product yet.
29'
Mooy produces a lovely turn in midfield to get away from his man and drive up the pitch. His pass out to the wing is underhit, however, and the move breaks down.
27'
A couple of fouls disrupt the momentum of the game as a scrappy couple of minutes ensues.
25'
Romeu shifts the ball quickly in midfield and slides the ball forward towards the run of Ings, but it's just a little too heavy and it runs through for Coleman to gather.
23'
CHANCE! Redmond plays a clever reverse pass to Ward-Prowse in space in the box, but the midfielder's pull-back is behind Ings! He had space to shoot instead of passing, which may have been a better option.
20'
Redmond tries to jink inside from the left but is faced with a wall of defenders and has no choice but to turn back and recycle possession. The Terriers have plenty back off the ball.
18'
OVER! A deep Huddersfield corner finds the head of Kongolo in the box, but he can't direct his header and it sails harmlessly over the bar.
15'
Huddersfield have been peppering the Southampton box with crosses whenever they've managed to get forward -particularly down the left - but so far the hosts have been able to repel the danger with relative ease.
11'
BLOCK! Kongolo whips a cross in from the left and Grant attacks it in the middle, but Huddersfield head half-clear to Smith, whose shot is blocked away. There are appeals for handball, but there's nothing doing there.
8'
Grant has a pop from a tight angle outside the box and it's comfortably saved by Gunn in the centre of his goal.
5'
Southampton pile on the early pressure as they win two corners in quick succession, but Huddersfield manage to repel the danger and clear the ball away.

Southampton will be looking to end the season on a high after securing their Premier League status at the end of last month in a 3-3 draw against Bournemouth against relegated Huddersfield, who ended their eight-game losing run in their last match by holding United to a draw.
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League final-day fixture between Southampton and Huddersfield Town at St. Mary's Stadium.
Huddersfield have got forward at times but have looked short of ideas in attack. Aside from the occasional flash from Mooy, the visitors have been limited to crosses into the box which Southampton have defended comfortably enough thus far. They need to vary things up more if they are to cause the Saints more problems.
Southampton XI (4-2-3-1): Angus Gunn; Yan Valery, Jan Bednarek, Jack Stephens, Ryan Bertrand; Oriol Romeu, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg; Danny Ings, James Ward-Prowse, Nathan Redmond; Shane Long
Huddersfield XI (4-3-3): Joel Coleman; Tommy Smith, Christopher Schindler, Jon Gorenc Stankovic, Terence Kongolo; Aaron Mooy, Juninho Bacuna, Jonathan Hogg; Alex Pritchard, Karlan Grant, Isaac Mbenza
That's all from us, we hope you enjoyed the game. Thank you for joining us, until next time, goodbye!
