Torreira follows through on Rose, catching his opponent on the shin, to earn hismelf a late red card. We have now had just about everything in this second half.
90' +4
Five minutes were added on, four of which have been played. Sanchez produces a last-gasp clearance to prevent Ozil from getting on the end of Aubameyang's cross.
90' +2
This game has lost all structure now following that dramatic late penalty miss. Arsenal are the side attacking but Spurs are standing firm. Incredibly, the home side are not happy to settle for a point and they are also looking to get bodies forward. Fantastic drama at Wembley!
90' +1
Penalty saved by H. Lloris!
Lloris gussed the right way, going to his left, and he had a pretty comfortable save to make. That is the second pen he has kept out here this term, having also denied Leicester City's Jamie Vardy.
Having won the contentious penalty - it is difficult to work out if any contact was made by Sanchez - Aubameyang steps up and is thwarted by Lloris. It is a poor penalty, in truth, hit at the pefrect height for Lloris to push to safety. Iwobi plays the rebound back into the middle but Vertonghen blocks Aubameyang's shot from three yards.
88'
Vertonghen is given space to charge into down the left flank, where he is now permanently positioned, but his cross is cleared away. Koscielny and Sokratis have been very good today - Mustafi less so after giving away the penalty. Two minutes of normal time to play at Wembley!
86'
It has been a perfect case of the two sides cancelling each other out since Kane converted from the penalty spot to level things up. No real shots or chances at either end of the field over the last 12 minutes.
84'
Fernando Llorente gets yellow.
A little harsh on Llorente, who is cautioned for leading with his arm in an aerial duel with Koscielny.
83'
And breathe! Arsenal win a free-kick, which they take a bit of time over. The visitors are starting to look a little tired after putting so much effort into retaining their lead. Tottenham do not do draws, though, so expect a late twist in the remaining seven minutes.
82'
It's Arsenal's turn to attack now in what has been a gripping second half. A cross from the right eventually comes in but it is well defended by Tottenham. Neither team seems happy to settle for a point - a perfect scenario for the neutral.
Minute
Description
80'
Alderweireld goes long towards Llorente, who knocks the ball down to an offside Trippier. Arsenal look a little stunned after conceding to a penalty that perhaps should never have been awarded.
79'
Fernando Llorente enters the game and replaces Son Heung-Min.
Llorente comes on for Son to give Kane a different type of option alongside him. Tottenham are desperate for a second goal.
77'
Tottenham look as though they will gamble and go for all three points after dragging themselves back on level terms. Llorente is being stripped down and is about to be brought on, possibly for Son.
75'
Replays show that Kane WAS offside for that penalty decision. Arsenal have every right to feel hard done by.
74'
G. Xhaka gets yellow.
Penalty goal scored by H. Kane for Tottenham Hotspur!
Mustafi is cautioned for his challenge on Kane. Further punishment may well follow as Kane is about to step up to take the penalty.
GOOOOOAAALLL!!! TOTTENHAM 1-1 ARSENAL! Kane sends the ball the opposite way to Leno and Tottenham are back on level terms. We are all set for a truly massive final 15 minutes at Wembley!
72'
M. Özil enters the game and replaces A. Ramsey.
Ramsey, whose goal 16 minutes in remains the difference between the two sides, makes way for Ozil with 18 minutes to go.
71'
Frustration is starting to creep in for the home side now. Mkhitaryan plays a sublime ball around the back for Aubameyang to chase down, but Sissoko still has the energy to make up the ground and get to the ball first.
69'
D. Rose gets yellow.
Rose caught Leno when trying to get on the end of the ball he miscontrolled, leading to another booking. The Arsenal goalkeeper may be in need of some treatment.
68'
Arsenal are starting to look a little nervous now, with a few passes going astray. They have defended superbly on the whole today, but momentum is very much on Tottenham's side. Lamela floats a cross towards the back post, Rose chests it but it gets away from him and he is unable to shoot.
65'
SHOT FROM RANGE! Tottenham have seen 67 per cent of the ball so far, but they trail by a goal and are struggling to create clear-cut opportunities. Lamela takes matters into his own hands by bending a shot towards goal from 35 yards, though Leno has it covered and watches it drift wide.
63'
É. Lamela gets yellow.
Lamela is the latest player to be shown a yellow card by the referee for his crunching tackle on Xhaka, who rolls around on the floor just to make clear that he was caught.
62'
Aubameyang is played into space down the right by Xhaka, but his shot is blocked by Sanchez. There are gaps starting to open up for the visitors now - the question is whether they can make the most of it?
61'
Sokratis gets his head to a searching pass over the top. The final ball is lacking from Tottenham's perspective at the moment, but they are steadily building some momentum. We are all set for a gripping final half an hour here!
59'
É. Lamela enters the game and replaces V. Wanyama.
Pochettino turns to his bench for the first time today by bringing on Lamela for Wanyama. On his first start since November, and just his second league start all term, the midfielder was always likely to make way on the hour mark.
58'
H. Mkhitaryan gets yellow.
Kane tries to get away from Mkhitaryan and is scythed down by his opponent to halt the counter. The Armenia international rightly enters the referee's book.
56'
P. Aubameyang enters the game and replaces A. Lacazette.
Lacazette, who has missed a good chance in both halves, is replaced by Aubameyang in Arsenal's second change of the match.
55'
SIDE-NETTING! Mustafi inadvertently flicks Eriksen's free-kick towards Alderweireld at the far post, but the centre-back belts the angled volley into the side-netting. This game has come to life all of a sudden!
52'
Emery will be happy for the game to continue at this tempo for the remaining 38 minutes. Lacazette is picked out in the box but he cannot quite set himself for the shot.
51'
Kane keeps hold of the ball 25 yards from the Arsenal goal and spreads it out wide to Trippier. Rather than pulling it back for Eriksen, unmarked about 10 yards out, the full-back hammers a cross through the box. Terrible!
49'
Sissoko takes the ball from Ramsey's feet and covers some distance down the right, before laying it inside to Eriksen. The Danish playmaker has one thing in his mind at that point, but his attempted ball over the top to Kane is headed clear.
47'
It has been a very scrappy start to the second half. Sissoko and Lacazette collide, leaving the latter in a little pain.
46'
L. Torreira enters the game and replaces M. Guendouzi.
Tottenham, heading for a third league defeat in the space of a week, get us back underway at Wembley.
Arsenal make a substitution for the start of the second half, bringing on Torreira for Guendouzi. A smart change from Emery - the departing player struggled at times in the first half.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 0-1 ARSENAL
45'
Son's attempt is well off target and Pochettino heads for the tunnel - he has seen enough. Half-time is just seconds away...
43'
That Iwobi curler may have taken a touch off Trippier on its way through, so that was a decent save from Lloris, albeit one he was still expected to make. Tottenham have a couple of minutes of normal time to score a first-half equaliser.
42'
SAVE! Son flicks the ball into the path of Kane but Guendouzi does well to poke the ball away from the Tottenham striker's feet. Arsenal win the ball back and, in a matter of seconds, Iwobi is cutting inside and directing a shot on target for Lloris to palm away.
40'
POOR ATTEMPT! Guendouzi has been guilty of plenty of sloppy moments in this first half. The holding midfielder gives possession away on the edge of his own box and Vertonghen decides to shoot, sending a shot wide of the target from 20 yards.
38'
Tottenham are looking pretty poor in a defensive sense. They fall asleep at the back once again, like they did for Arsenal's goal, as Mustafi peels away at the back post and heads a deep delivery into the middle. Sanchez manages to get his head to the ball first, though.
36'
Trippier's free-kick once again causes a bit of panic at the back for Arsenal. Vertonghen gets to it but he cannot direct his effort on target under pressure from a couple of players.
35'
Leno is given a warning by the referee over the amount of time he is taking with his goal-kicks. When the German keeper does eventually boot the ball up the field, Ramsey concedes a free-kick for a blatant shove on Trippier.
33'
Son is the latest Tottenham player to get in behind, taking advantage of some poor defensive play from Guendouzi down the left, but Sokratis - not for the first time today - gets across to cut out the danger.
31'
JUST WIDE! Rose feeds the ball through Guendouzi 's legs and Eriksen has a chance to shoot. The angle works in his favour, but instead of going across Leno he looks for the near post, rather dragging his shot wide of the target.
29'
Ramsey's goal came from the game's only on-target attempt so far. Tottenham have been the better side since then but Leno has not had anything to do yet, as was the case for Willy Caballero in the Chelsea game a few days ago.
27'
Tottenham have finally stepped things up over the past five minutes or so. Sissoko gets away from a couple of players down the right but Mustafi is equal to the cross.
26'
BRILLIANT FOOTWORK! Kane carries the ball past a couple of Arsenal players and tees up Eriksen, but the chance to shoot passes him by and Trippier gives away possession. It is soon won back and Son waltzes past three men, only to lose his footing before he can test Leno.
24'
That really was a terrific header from Kane, but he was one of three Tottenham players stood marginally offside when Trippier sent the ball into the box. Mustafi catches Rose late but avoids a caution - the referee is being very lenient today.
20'
Tottenham have not offered a great deal in response to falling behind. Son is flagged for offside when attempting to chase down a pass from Eriksen. Spurs already look down and out, despite there still being three-quarters of the match to play.
18'
Arsenal's travelling supporters are making plenty of noise now after seeing their side open the scoring. It can be argued that it is a deserved lead, too, as they also created an early chance for Lacazette, which the Frenchman got horribly wrong. He more than made amends with his assist for Ramsey's goal, though!
16'
A. Ramsey has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by A. Lacazette.
Lacazette made the right decision by slotting the ball through for Ramsey, who should never have been given that much time and space. Moments earlier, Kane turned down the chance to shoot at goal and that ultimately proved costly.
GOOOOAAALLL!!! TOTTENHAM 0-1 ARSENAL! Arsenal take the lead in the North London derby, and it is Ramsey - the man who loves playing at this ground - who opens the scoring. Spurs commit too many bodies forward and are caught out on the counter. Lacazette releases Ramsey following a poor defensive header from Sanchez and the Juventus-bound midfielder keeps his cool by holding off Wanyama, rounding Lloris and rolling the ball over the line.
15'
Kane, who has barely featured so far, bursts clear of a couple of men and is caught from behind by Xhaka. The referee Anthony Taylor waves play on but that was as clear a foul as you will see all day and was worthy of a yellow.
11'
Bad decision-making from Mkhitaryan, as he has two chances to pull the trigger 25 yards from goal but instead tries to thread an eye-of-the-needle pass into the feet of Lacazette. The ball is cut out and Tottenham clear their lines.
9'
The game is just about starting to settle down now after a pretty frenetic start. Arsenal are continuing to push their opponents high up the pitch, refusing to let them play out from the back. Possession is turned by the visitors over but Guendouzi's cross hits the leg of Sanchez.
7'
Son is nearly played in behind the Arsenal defence, but Sokratis gets across well to cut the ball out, before turning to the travelling Arsenal supporters and urging them to make some more noise. The experienced defender is well up for this one.
5'
Play resumes after a brief stoppage, with Lacazette able to continue. It has been a high-energy start to the contest, especially from the visitors.
2'
Ramsey and Lacazette are pressing very high in these early stages and nearly force Alderweireld into an error. Iwobi tries to pounce on the loose ball but it is just out of his reach.
1'
Arsenal, looking to make a bad week for Tottenham even worse, get this North London derby underway!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League meeting between Tottenham and Arsenal at Wembley.
Not since November 2012 have Tottenham lost three Premier League games in a row, with the third defeat in that run coming against Arsenal. Mauricio Pochettino's side, despite their recent wobble, are four points better off than their bitter rivals and can take a huge step towards another top-four finish with victory on home soil today. Arsenal, meanwhile, know that they risk dropping as far as sixth place come the end of the weekend should they suffer defeat. This really is a massive game for both sides.

Back-to-back losses for Tottenham over the past week, to Burnley last Saturday and Chelsea on Wednesday, have derailed their title hopes and left them looking over their shoulder at the chasing pack. Among the three sides aiming to chase down third-place Spurs are North London rivals Arsenal, who are enjoying a good run of form thanks to five wins from their last six top-flight outings - as many as they had managed in their previous 13 in the competition.
The two teams are now out on the field at Wembley and we are moments away from kick-off.
Thanks for joining our coverage today. Until next time, goodbye!
Tottenham remain four points ahead of Arsenal following this thrilling encounter, though Manchester United and Chelsea can further close the gap should they pick up victories over the next 24 hours or so. Next up for Spurs, who are winless in three matches, is a trip to Borussia Dortmund for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie on Tuesday, followed by a trip to Southampton in the top flight four days later. Arsenal have a huge clash with Man United to prepare for next weekend, meanwhile, but first they travel to Rennes in the Europa League.
Pochettino will no doubt feel encouraged by the way his side ended the first half, coming close through those Eriksen and Sissoko chances, but Tottenham have been nowhere near their best so far. Emery, meanwhile, will be delighted with Arsenal's overall performance and will likely ask for more of the same in the remaining 45 minutes.
