Having lost their last three matches, West Ham will be looking to bounce back and return to winning ways here tonight. The Hammers will be seeking redemption following their recent 1-0 home loss to Spurs thanks to Lamela’s first-half goal. Tottenham, however, will be looking to progress beyond the fourth round of the competition for the first time since the 2015-16 season.

West Ham will be a little disappointed to be going in at the break a goal down after sloppily conceding early on. The Hammers have had the better of the opportunities but have so far struggled to convert them. Tottenham will be delighted to be ahead following a fine goal from Son after 16 minutes.
The Hammers will largely look to continue playing as they are in the second half. Antonio, Anderson and Diangana have all caused problems as a result of their pace. Tottenham will look to tighten up their defence in order to stop the constant overlapping runs of the West Ham wingers, whilst also seeking to get Eriksen, Alli and Son on the ball more often.
