This will be a significant three points for West Ham, as it should be enough to keep them above the fight at the bottom. It's still very, very tight but the margin they'll boast puts them in a decent position.
90' +1
THREE minutes of added time!
90'
S. Prödl gets yellow.
Adrian hasn't kept a clean sheet for West Ham in his last eight appearances but he's minutes away from ending that streak here.
Very late booking for Prodl for a clumsy challenge.
88'
J. Hugill enters the game and replaces J. Hernández.
Final change for West Ham, and indeed the game, as January signing Hugill replaces Hernandez.
86'
West Ham's defensive performance today is certainly encouraging, as they've frustrated Watford despite seeing a much smaller share of the ball in the second half.
84'
D. Rice enters the game and replaces M. Arnautović.
You have to look at Watford's front three again here, they've struggled to get involved properly and the Hornets have spent the majority of the time trying to build attacks from out wide. That's worked in West Ham's favour, as Collins and Ogbonna have been solid in the air.
Standing ovation for Arnautovic, who's marked his return to the side with a goal. Young defender Rice is his replacement as Moyes looks to shore-up his defence for the final few minutes.
82'
A. Gray enters the game and replaces Richarlison.
West Ham will be level on points with Watford with 30 if they hold onto this advantage, which would give their survival hopes a massive boost. It won't quite be enough just yet but they'll be on their way.
Final change for Watford, with Richarlison replaced by Gray. The Brazilian youngster has struggled once again today and Gray gets another chance to make an impact for the Hornets.
80'
Seven goals in the last nine Premier League appearances for Arnautovic. I said earlier he'll be crucial for the Hammers' survival hopes and he's proving so with a decisive goal.
78'
M. Arnautović has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by A. Cresswell.
GOOOOOOOAL! West Ham look to have sealed it! The Hammers go short from a corner, Antonio goes to ground but gets nothing. Watford fail to clear it and Cresswell fires a low ball into the area which Karnezis palms away, it ricochets into the path of Arnautovic who has probably the easiest finish of his career.
Cresswell gets an assist for his determination and his ball in caused all sorts of problems for Watford's defence.
77'
S. Byram enters the game and replaces João Mário.
West Ham now making their first change of the game and it's a defensive-minded on, bringing on Byram to replace Mario.
Minute
Description
76'
CHANCE! The latest Watford corner finds Prodl inside the six-yard box but his header is a long way over the bar.
75'
D. Lukébakio enters the game and replaces Deulofeu.
Second change for Watford brings the end of Deulofeu's afternoon, as he's replaced by Lukebakio. He signed in January and earns his Premier League debut here.
73'
Really good end-to-end clash here at the London Stadium, you can't take your eyes of it!
72'
WHAT A WASTE! Hernandez beats the offside trap and charges through with the goal on his mercy. The Mexican striker looks undecisive as he cuts back inside, allowing Adrian to pounce upon the loose ball, and moments later the Hammers striker is in again but the chance escapes him once more.
70'
West Ham continue to man the barricades and tired legs are starting to show. Antonio in particular looks off the pace, which isn't too surprising given his lack of football due to injuries recently.
68'
Decisive challenge from Ogbonna to prevent Watford on the counter, where Deulofeu looked set to cause real problems. The Hammers remain under pressure though.
67'
It's very congested in the middle of the park, which is limiting West Ham's attempts to change the flow of the game, but Watford do face the same issues.
65'
Not surprising to see Watford have dominated possession since the break but West Ham, and Arnautovic in particular, are still a danger.
63'
A potential worry for West Ham is they don't really have the attacking players on the bench who could provide an impact, as only Hugill and Cullen are options- and they have just two Premier League appearances between them.
61'
Watford have started the second half very well, keeping West Ham pinned in and already looking more threatening since Pereyra's introduction.
59'
Deulofeu increasingly getting more involved for Watford, which is a good sign, but the same cannot be said of Richarlison, who I genuinely can't remember having a significant touch since the break.
57'
SAVE! Watford have another free-kick in a decent area and Deulofeu strikes for goal, with his dipping effort forcing Adrian into a diving save. A decent strike but a fairly comfortable height for his compatriot.
56'
R. Pereyra enters the game and replaces M. Zeegelaar.
Watford make the game's first change, replacing Zeegelaar with Pereyra. It's an attacking change and the Argentine provided an impact against Chelsea, coming off the bench to score.
54'
CHANCE! The corner is whipped to the far post, where Kouyate heads down into the middle of the six-yard box and it's then put behind for another corner. Watford eventually force the hosts all the way back to Adrian.
53'
Arnautovic continues to look electric for West Ham and another great charge forward sees him win a corner following some direct play, with his last touch perhaps being a tad too heavy.
51'
Watford have started the second period with plenty of intensity, which they definitely needed after a fairly lacklustre opening half.
49'
Free-kick in a decent area for Watford, which Holebas and Deulofeu hover over. It's the latter who tries to clip a ball into the box but it went about four yards, then cleared away. Probably best to leave that routine on the training ground.
47'
Daunting stat from Opta for West Ham fans, with the Hammers not winning any of the last five games in which Hernandez has scored. Will that trend end today?
45' +1
Just the one minute added-on.
45'
KICK OFF! Watford get us back underway at the London Stadium, ahead of a crucial second half.
44'
P. Zabaleta gets yellow.
I've covered Watford a fair amount this season, especially when they've been away from home, and their attacking players consistently struggle to make an impact on their travels. Deulofeu has only seen flashes of the ball, with Deeney feeding on scraps and Richarlison looking like he needs a rest.
First booking of the game is issued to Zabaleta, who lunges in with a poor challenge on Richarlison to earn a deserved booking.
42'
Crucial for West Ham to now ensue they take this advantage into the break with them, as a late equaliser for Watford would significantly change the mood inside the London Stadium.
40'
The game always looked like the first goal could be decisive and Gracia's men now have a real task on their hands. They've had opportunities but have often been second-best so far, with their attacking trio not getting involved as much as they should.
38'
J. Hernández has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by M. Antonio.
GOAL! West Ham finally get the lead! Antonio bursts down the left, easily beating Janmaat, and he loops a perfect cross into the middle where Hernandez is lurking. It's an easy finish and the Mexican scores his third goal in three games.
Hernandez, one of the dying breed of fox in the box strikers, needs opportunities to thrive and Antonio put the ball on a plate for the forward.
37'
WHAT A SAVE! Mario pumps a long ball into the box from a free-kick, where Collins heads the ball into the path of Arnautovic. The Hammers' club-record signing has acres of room but his first-time shot is straight at Karnezis.
36'
Watford now entering a good passage of play and the home fans, notoriously vocal and difficult to please, are starting to grow agitated.
34'
SAVE! Watford immediately hit at the other end! A pumped ball into the box towards Deeney sees the Hornets skipper fall to ground holding his head but play continues. It then comes to Capoue, who strikes a low effort from distance that Adrian fumbles but then pounces on.
32'
DISALLOWED! West Ham take the lead but the offside flag is raised! Mario's corner on the near side is inviting and Hernandez wins the header in the middle, directing it past Karnezis. It's a very, very close call but the Mexican striker was just an inch ahead of play.
30'
Deulofeu tumbles under pressure from Cresswell, which leads to a head-to-head clash between the pair, but there's definitely not enough contact there for a foul to be awarded.
28'
Kouyate is playing in a deeper role than he did last week against Brighton and it's certainly proven to be beneficial for West Ham. His presence is making it difficult for Watford to create chances and his determination is putting the Hornets under a lot of pressure.
26'
Tempo of the game seems to be shifting in the favour of West Ham again, as Mario curls in a free-kick that is headed away by Prodl, but the Hammers continue to try and carve out opportunities.
24'
Hernandez ended his run of games without a goal with a brilliant effort in the defeat against Brighton last time out and the Mexican international needs to get involved more in this game, as he's largely been a passenger so far.
22'
Fairly even as we enter the midway point of the first half, with both sides forcing their opposing keepers into action and looking to be a threat in attack.
20'
Watford beginning to get involved again but West Ham remain a threat in the final third, with Mario moving around a lot to try and create chances. That Hammers front four is playing very fluidly, which could be key.
18'
It comes to nothing though, as Holebas' initial delivery is headed away and his cross shortly after results is a mis-cued attempt for Richarlison.
17'
Deulofeu wins Watford a corner, with the Hornets starting to push forward for the first time since Mariappa saw a header saved by Adrian.
15'
Certainly the way West Ham fans will have hoped the game would start, with the Hammers showing plenty of intent in the final third. Kouyate and Arnautovic both look threatening, being key in the firm start that the hosts have made.
13'
In a battle to avoid the drop, you need a player capable of dragging you out of the muck and Arnautovic certainly looks like that man for West Ham. He seems to be playing a free role this afternoon, not afraid to push forward to support Hernandez, and he's already causing Watford plenty of issues.
11'
SAVE! Sensational from Arnautovic, who gets the better of three Watford players, continues his charge into the box and then goes to ground under a challenge from Prodl. He appeals for a penalty, which isn't given, but Karnezis is forced into a big stop to keep Mario's strike out.
9'
Antonio's return for West Ham will provide a huge boost and he's keeping Janmaat on his toes already, getting the better of the full-back there but failing to find a team-mate with a driven cross into the middle of the box.
8'
SAVE! Watford come close to taking the lead! Mariappa is found by the corner and his header is strong, though Adrian is equal to the attempt as he palms the ball away.
7'
The Hornets being over patient in the final third, with Deulofeu and Richarlison both reluctant to try an effort at goal. In the end it's played to Capoue, who strikes from distance but sees his effort blocked by Ogbonna and behind for a corner.
5'
Watford's front three were superb last time out against Chelsea but they'll need to be at their best today if they're to end a poor run for the Hornets away from home, who have failed to win any of their last six games away from Vicarage Road.
3'
West Ham have started on the front foot, with Zabaleta flying into challenges and Arnautovic marking his return to the side by causing issues for Watford's defence.
1'
KICK OFF! We're underway at the London Stadium, where the Hammers get us started and attack to the right.
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League clash between West Ham and Watford, where both sides are searching for crucial points in their quest to experience better form.
Watford, meanwhile, have struggled for stability after enjoying a thrilling start to the season. A plummet has since occured, sucking the Hornets into the mid-table position, but a huge boost was provided on Monday with a 4-1 victory over defending champions Chelsea. They sit six points above the relegation zone and could remove themselves from the equation with a win today.
Both sides have plenty to play for then and strong sides have been selected by each manager. Team news follows!
West Ham XI: Adrian; Pablo Zabaleta, James Collins, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell; Mark Noble, Cheikhou Kouyate; Marko Arnautovic, Joao Mario, Michail Antonio; Javier Hernandez.
Watford XI: Oscar Karnezis; Adrian Mariappa, Sebastian Prodl, Jose Holebas; Daryl Janmaat, Etienne Capoue, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Marvin Zeegelaar; Gerard Deulofeu, Richarlison; Troy Deeney.
West Ham subs: Joe Hart, Sam Byram, Declan Rice, Jordan Hugill, Josh Cullen, Patrice Evra, Jose Fonte.
Watford subs: Daniel Bachmann, Joy Mukena, Didier Ndong, Dodi Lukebakio, Andre Gray, Roberto Pereyra, Andre Carrillo.
David Moyes makes two changes to the side beaten by Brighton, as Byram and Rice drop to the bench- where they're joined by recent signing Evra. Their spots are taken by Antonio and Arnautovic, injecting some much needed quality in the final third, and a change in tactical shape sees Zabaleta return to his favoured position on the right.
After a memorable victory against Chelsea, Javier Gracia unsurprisingly names an unchanged side. Doucoure, who was sensational in the win against the Blues, starts in midfield whilst Barcelona loanee Deulofeu continues in an attacking trio alongside Deeney and Richarlison.
West Ham sit just three points above the relegation zone heading into today's game after a crushing defeat at the hands of fellow strugglers Brighton last time out, which has raised the significance of today's match at the London Stadium. David Moyes has a stern test ahead of him but a victory here would provide a huge boost.
Side point for this match is Moyes, who's future at West Ham was called into question this week. The Hammers moved swiftly to deny those claims but it wouldn't be surprising if another managerial change occured in east London- and the speculation will increase tenfold if there's another poor result today.
HALF TIME! An entertaining first 45 minutes at the London Stadium, where West Ham have the advantage courtesy of Javier Hernandez's header. Michail Antonio deserves plenty of credit for his assist, putting the ball on a plate for his team-mate, but it could, and probably should, be a larger advantage for the hosts.
Hernandez had already seen a headed effort disallowed for offside, a very tight call, and Marko Arnautovic should have scored after James Collins headed the ball across to him. Instead, he could only strike straight at Oscar Karnezis and those missed opportunities could prove to be decisive.
For that to be the case though, Watford need to improve significantly in the final third. Adrian Mariappa forced a decent save from Adrian from a corner but the Hornets have struggled to get their attacking players involved in threatening areas, which has often been their problem on the road this season.
FULL TIME! A crucial three points for West Ham in the battle to retain their Premier League status and it's a fine defensive performance from David Moyes' side. Goals from Javier Hernandez and Marko Arnautovic have been decisive, though the performance at the other end of the field to frustrate Watford was superb.
The Hammers now rise level on points with Watford, both sides having 30, and they sit five points above the relegation zone. It's not quite enough for Moyes' side just yet but it does give them a massive boost ahead of their run-in, as they aim for the magic 40-point mark.
It's another away performance to forget for Watford though, as Javier Gracia endures his first defeat since taking charge. His side dominated possession of the ball for the majority of the game but never really put West Ham's defence under too much pressure, making it easy for the hosts.
