The cross from the corner pinballs around the Spain penalty area and eventually falls to Harush, who manages to get a shot away but can't quite enter the record books with his low strike. Instead, his effort is deflected away from danger and over to the right flank.
90' +2
Ben Haim II makes a nuisance of himself once again as he muscles his way into the right-hand side of the Spain box and looks to get a shot away, but he's closed down by white shirts and has to settle for a corner that quickly results in another. Can the home side find a late, late equaliser.
90'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be three minutes of added time.
89'
The corner is sent short to Ben Haim II, who once again causes problems for the Spain back line with a low cross that Busquets is just about able to poke behind for another corner. This time the set-piece is curled in high, but again the visitors are equal to it.
88'
Israel are able to enjoy a decent spell of possession deep down the left flank as they try to get back into the game. Ben Haim II twists and turns and is eventually able to get a shot away, but it's deflected behind for a corner before it can find a team-mate.
86'
Cohen goes close! The Israel midfielder is presented with a really good opportunity to fire the home side back into the game after getting the better of his marker on the edge of the box, but he can't quite hit the target with his curling effort and it sails a few yards wide of the far post.
84'
Spain have reverted to comfortably bossing possession as they patiently work their way towards the Israel penalty area. A second goal will surely wrap up the win, but they look to be in a commanding position at the moment thanks to Illarramendi's brilliant strike.
82'
Monreal clumsily fouls Keltjens and gives away a free-kick to Israel over on the right wing. It's swung into a good area by Natcho, but Isco is easily able to deal with the danger before the ball can find anyone in a blue shirt.
80'
There's initially concern for Asensio after the youngster goes down in the middle of the pitch with what looks to be a nasty injury, but he's quickly able to make a recovery after receiving medical treatment for a moment or two.
78'
Israel quickly push forward from the restart as they try to find a way back into the game, and they do well to win themselves a corner over on the left flank. It's whipped into a dangerous position inside the Spain penalty area, but the visitors' defence are equal to it.

Description
76'
José Callejón enters the game and replaces Pedro.
Illarramendi has scored a goal for Spain!
GOAL! Spain have finally taken the lead! A curling cross from a corner fails to find a white shirt inside the hosts' penalty area but is only cleared as far as Illarramendi, who unleashes an absolute rocket of a half-volley that flies straight into the top right-hand corner of the net.
75'
Y. Benayoun enters the game and replaces E. Atar.
Meanwhile, Pedro has made way for Jose Callejon for Spain.
A huge roar greets Yossi Benayoun as he comes on to take the place of Atar, who was one of Israel's best players in the first half but faded after the break.
74'
This time it's Asensio who is able to find a bit of space for himself over on the left flank before firing a cross into the heart of the Israel box, but it's sent slightly behind Aspas and is comfortably cleared by Ben Haim I.
72'
After dealing with the danger, the home side try to quickly counter-attack through Ben Haim II. The substitute darts down the right wing and cuts inside before crossing, but Nacho is there to beat Hemed to the ball inside the penalty area.
71'
A clumsy challenge from Natcho deep inside the Israel half of the pitch results in a free-kick for Spain in a very dangerous position. Isco steps up and shoots, but his thumping strike is underhit and fails to beat the wall of blue shirts camped in front of him.
69'
Acrobatic effort by Aspas! A lovely chipped pass from Illarramendi flies over the Israel back line and manages to pick out Aspas all alone in front of goal, but he can't quite pull off an audacious overhead kick and scuffs the ball comfortably wide of the near post.
67'
N. Bitton enters the game and replaces M. Kabha.
Meanwhile, Israel have replaced Kabha with Nir Bitton.
66'
Isco enters the game and replaces Aduriz.
Spain have made their second alteration of the night, with Isco coming on to replace Aduriz.
65'
And now Asensio goes close! The Real Madrid picks up the ball in a pocket of space 25 yards away from goal and quickly shoots, but his curling strike is slightly misplaced and sails a few yards wide of the far post.
64'
Big chance for Aduriz to open the scoring! The ball somehow manages to find its way to the Spain striker on the edge of the six-yard box after he carves the Israel defence into, but he can't quite get the better of Harush and ends up completely missing the ball.
63'
Asensio makes another determined run into the left-hand side of the Israel penalty area and towards Keltjens, who again does enough to stop the youngster and poke the ball behind for a corner that fails to result in a chance on goal for Spain.
61'
The switch to a back three doesn't seem to have done much for Spain, who are still struggling creatively inside the final third of the pitch. They're continuing to see plenty of the ball but can't quite seem to break through the hosts' stubborn back line.
59'
Viera makes a clever run into the left-hand side of the hosts' box and latches onto a decent pass forward from Asensio, but once again Keltjens is there to knock the ball behind for a corner. Asensio's cross into the penalty area is a better one this time, but it's still comfortably dealt with by the Israel defence.
57'
Once again, Pedro does well to carve out a pocket of space for himself out wide before sending a cross into the Israel penalty area, but it's well cut out by Keltjens and the visitors have to settle for a poorly hit corner that fails to beat the Israel number seven at the near post.
55'
T. Ben Haim enters the game and replaces M. Melikson.
Israel have made their first change of the night, with Maor Melikson making way for Tal Ben Haim II.
53'
The resulting free-kick is swung into the heart of the Israel box by Asensio and looks set to pick out a team-mate, but, not for the first time tonight, the home side do really well to clear the danger without too many problems.
52'
O. Davidzada gets yellow.
Davidzada loses possession midway inside the Israel half of the pitch and allows Aspas to counter quickly, but the full-back immediately stops the substitute in his tracks with a mistimed sliding challenge that earns him the first yellow card of the game.
50'
Pedro gets himself into a good position deep down the right flank and cuts onto his left foot before swinging a cross over to the far post. It's well hit by the Chelsea man, but there's nobody there to meet it and the ball bounces behind for a goal-kick.
48'
Great chance for Hemed! Quick play by Israel sets up Kabha to cut a clever pass back to Hemed at the near post, but the striker can't quite hit the target with his first-time poked shot after doing well to reach the ball ahead of Nacho.
46'
Iago Aspas enters the game and replaces Sergio Ramos.
Spain have decided to make one substitution during the half-time break, with Ramos making way for Iago Aspas. It looks as if they're going to switch to a back three.
We're underway once again!
45'
Almost another opportunity for Hemed! This time it's David Keltjens who causes problems for Spain out wide before sending a delightful ball into the penalty area, where Hemed sticks out a foot but can't quite latch onto the cross at the near post.
43'
Huge save by Harush! Israel's back line are torn apart on the counter-attack, allowing Pedro to dart into the penalty area unopposed. He only has Harush to beat, but he can't get the better of the goalkeeper and sees his low strike saved by an outstretched leg.
42'
Davidzada makes a great run down the left wing that sees him easily skip past Azpilicueta. He then fires a low cross into the heart of the box and towards Hemed, who tries to pull off a quick flicked shot but misses the ball by the narrowest of margins.
41'
Half a chance for Bibras Natcho! Israel keep putting pressure on the Spain back line before Natcho manages to unleash a curling shot from the edge of the penalty area, but it's slightly overhit and sails a few yards over the top of the crossbar.
40'
Israel are able to enjoy a decent spell of possession after Spain drop off ever so slightly, allowing Hemed to put Ramos under pressure just outside of the visitors' box and force the defender into poking the ball out for a throw-in deep down the right flank.
38'
A quick throw-in is launched up to the edge of the Spain penalty area and manages to find Cohen, who immediately spins and shoots but can't beat Pepe Reina with his slightly underhit strike towards the middle of the goal.
36'
A clever lofted pass from Viera flies over to the left wing and manages to pick out Pedro in a pocket of space. The Chelsea man then unleashes a thumping first-time volleyed cross into the box, where Aduriz tries his hardest to meet it but can't quite get to the ball.
34'
Atar breaks forward again as he dances his way through a sea of white shirts in the middle of the pitch. This time he's able to pick out a team-mate on the edge of the Spain penalty area in Hemed, but the striker can't quite control the ball and quickly loses possession.
32'
What a strike by Ramos! The defender, who has spent most of the game camped deep inside Israel's half of the pitch, unleashes an absolutely wonderful shot from 25 yards out that forces Harush into making an acrobatic diving save to tip it over the top of the crossbar. That's easily Spain's best chance so far.
30'
Poor play by Spain gifts possession to Atar, who quickly bursts forward on an excellent counter-attack. He weaves his way through the middle of the pitch on a great run before trying to move the ball on to Cohen, but he lets himself down at the last moment with a misplaced pass that rolls straight to Nacho.
28'
Atar is presented with a good opportunity to pick out a team-mate inside the penalty area after a cross in from the right wing is deflected out to the winger, but there's nobody there to meet the ball and it rolls behind for a goal-kick.
26'
A deflected shot from Asensio bounces off an outstretched leg and manages to pick out Aduriz in front of goal, but he can't quite keep his first-time headed effort down and ends up sending it sailing high over the top of the crossbar.
24'
More patient play from Spain sets up Asensio to chip a deft cross into the middle of the hosts' box and towards Aduriz, but the striker can't quite reach the ball and, once again, it's comfortably dealt with by Harush.
22'
Asensio twists and turns over on the left-hand side of the Israel penalty area as he tries to get a cross away, but he has to settle for a corner. It's swung in by the forward and deflects out to Jonathan Viera, who launches a cross back into the box that's punched away by Harush before it can find a white shirt.
20'
A few groans ring around the stadium after a cross-cum-shot from Almog Cohen sails high and wide of the Spain goal after being unleashed by the midfielder midway inside the visitors' half of the pitch. Israel are yet to find much joy in front of goal.
18'
Once again, Asensio is involved in another determined Spain attacking move, and this time it almost results in a chance on goal. The Real Madrid man bursts towards the left-hand side of the Israel box and squares a pass over to Aduriz, who tries to tee up Ramos to shoot on the edge of the penalty area but knocks the ball slightly behind the centre-back.
17'
Asensio makes a clever run into the left-hand side of the hosts' penalty area and heads towards the byline as he tries to latch onto a lofted pass into the box, but, despite his best efforts, he can't quite bring the ball down and it sails behind for a goal-kick.
15'
Asensio gets himself into a good position just outside of the Israel box over on the left wing and quickly sends a looping cross towards the far post, but, once again, it's well dealt with by the home side, who haven't been troubled too much so far.
13'
Another Spain attacking move breaks down, allowing the hosts to counter-attack. This time they do so through the middle of the pitch, but Eliran Atar's chipped pass into the penalty area is slightly overhit and fails to tee up Tomer Hemed in front of goal.
11'
Slightly sloppy play from the visitors gifts possession back to Israel midway inside their half of the pitch. Marwan Kabha tries to counter-attack quickly over on the right flank, but Asier Illarramendi is there to make sure he can't.
9'
Vital interception by Tal Ben Haim! A clever chipped pass from Sergio Busquets floats over to the right-hand side of the home side's penalty area and picks out Azpilicueta. The Chelsea defender brings the ball down well and easily gets the better of his marker before squaring a pass across the face of goal, where Ben Haim is just about able to reach the ball ahead of the on-rushing Aritz Aduriz.
7'
Space opens up for Ofir Davidzada over on the left wing, allowing the full-back to dart down the flank and whip a cross into the middle of the Spain box. It's well hit by the Maccabi Tel Aviv man, but Sergio Ramos is just about able to nod the ball behind for a corner that fails to result in a chance on goal for the hosts.
5'
A dangerous cross from Cesar Azpilicueta loops into the heart of the Israel penalty area and looks set to pick out one of three Spain players camped in front of goal, but Eitan Tibi is just about able to get a foot to the ball to make sure it doesn't.
3'
After a patient, commanding start to the game by Spain, it's the visitors who are able to enjoy the first chance on goal. Marco Asensio is left in a pocket of space 20 yards away from goal and quickly shoots, and his swerving effort causes a few problems for Ariel Harush before it's pushed away from danger.

We're off! Spain get us underway, attacking from right to left.
Good evening and welcome to our live text commentary of today’s World Cup 2018 qualifier between Israel and Spain at the Teddy Stadium.
Qualifying couldn’t have gone much better for Spain, who comfortably managed to book their place in next year’s World Cup with an easy 3-0 win at home to Albania on Friday. All three goals were scored within the opening 26 minutes, allowing La Roja to sit back and relax as they managed to pick up their eighth win of the qualifying campaign.
Friday evening’s victory means that Spain head into tonight’s game with the opportunity to finish qualifying unbeaten and potentially as much as eight points clear of nearest challengers Italy. Heading into the campaign, it looked as if the battle between the two top sides was going to go right to the wire, but an impressive win for Spain against the Azzurri at the start of September all but ended the latter’s hopes of finishing first.
With both Spain and Italy featuring in the group, finishing in either of the two top spots was always going to be a difficult task for the other four sides. A tough campaign in which they’ve lost as many games as they’ve won has left Israel in fourth place heading into today’s clash, but a win here coupled with an Albania defeat would send them up to third.
Israel haven’t been in the best form of late, and they only just managed to squeeze past minnows Liechtenstein in what proved to be a nervy affair in Vaduz on Friday. Before that, they suffered four consecutive defeats, and another loss today - which looks to be the most likely outcome - would leave the Blue and Whites with their joint-lowest qualifying points tally since 1994.
There’s just under 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this evening…
Israel XI (4-3-3): Harush; Keltjens, Tibi, Ben Haim I, Davidzada; Natcho, Cohen, Kabha; Atar, Hemed, Melikson.
Spain XI (4-2-3-1): Reina; Azpilicueta, Nacho, Ramos, Monreal; Illarramendi, Busquets; Asensio, Viera, Pedro; Aduriz.
Israel substitutes: Elhamed, Bitton, Rafaelov, Shechter, Ben Haim II, Vered, Benayoun, Elo, Amos, Einbinder, Ben Harush, Kleyman.
Elisha Levy has decided to make just one change to the Israel side that started the win against Liechtenstein, with Almog Cohen coming into the starting line-up to replace Lior Refaelov.
Meanwhile, Spain boss Julen Lopetegui has made 10 alterations to the team that featured in their last outing, with only Sergio Ramos retaining his place in a heavily altered line-up that sees Las Palmas’ Jonathan Viera make his senior international debut.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: ISRAEL 0-0 SPAIN
It's all been a bit lacklustre from Spain so far, and it means they head into the half-time break without a lead for the first time in a World Cup qualifier in exactly a year. They haven't quite been at their best, which is somewhat understandable due to the amount of changes made by Julen Lopetegui after they confirmed their place at next year's tournament on Friday. Nonetheless, the manager will be looking for an improved performance after the break as they try to end the campaign on a high with a ninth victory.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half.
FULL-TIME: ISRAEL 0-1 SPAIN
It wasn't the best of performances from Spain, but they nonetheless just about did enough to leave with a ninth victory in 10 qualifying games to end the campaign on a high. They improved slightly after the half-time break as they continued to put Israel under plenty of pressure, and Harush was never going to get anywhere near Illarramendi's absolutely excellent 25-yard strike.
