Llorente is also booked for his part in the coming together.
After the incident finally comes to an end, Reid is eventually shown a yellow card for raising a hand at Llorente.
It seems Dier has had a bit too much to say for himself, and he becomes the latest player to receive a yellow card.
And Carroll is also booked after arguing with the referee.
90' +5
It's kicking off again! The ball pinballs around the Tottenham half of the pitch as West Ham try to carve out one final chance on goal. They're unable to do so, and an almightly fracas then erupts after Llorente and Reid come together in an off the ball spat.
90' +3
A. Ayew gets yellow.
Ouch! A slightly underhit pass fails to find Davies, who is then clattered into by a late sliding challenge from Ayew. It wasn't particularly well-timed by the Ghanaian, who earns himself a late booking as a result.
90' +2
A deflected shot from Carroll isn't kept in play by Lloris, resulting in yet another corner for the home side. It's whipped into an excellent position and right onto the head of Carroll, but the striker can't make decent contact with the ball and, under pressure from Sanchez, fails to test Lloris.
90' +1
Alli almost all but wraps up the win! Llorente does really well to hold up the ball deep down the left flank before cutting into the penalty area. He then tries to tee up Alli in an excellent position, but his pass across the edge of the box is poor and can't find the midfielder.
90'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be four minutes of added time.
89'
Fernando Llorente enters the game and replaces H. Kane.
Tottenham have made their third and final substitution, with Kane making way for Fernando Llorente.
Vital touch by Lloris! Another dangerous cross sails into the Tottenham penalty area and almost finds Carroll over at the far post, but Lloris is just about able to get his fingertips to the ball. Reid then unleashes a follow-up shot, but it's far too powerful and sails high over the crossbar.
87'
C. Kouyaté has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by A. Masuaku.
Masuaku has really impressed since coming off the substitutes' bench. He's offered much-needed width over on the left flank and has been excellent with his crossing.
GOAL! West Ham have pulled back another! Masuaku comfortably gets the better of Winks after linking up well with Cresswell, and he then whips a beautiful cross into the heart of the Tottenham box. Kouyate rises high above Davies and meets the ball brilliantly, and he then beats Lloris with a bullet header. Can the home side complete a comeback?
85'
Ayew is clumsily fouled by Davies, resulting in a free-kick for the hosts 25 yards away from goal. Noble floats a cross over to the far post and manages to pick out Carroll, who tries to tee up Reid but can't quite poke the ball back to the defender.
83'
It's all West Ham at the moment as they pile plenty of bodies forward in search of a second goal. Tottenham are doing well to keep them at bay, however, and it looks as if the home side are starting to run out of ideas inside the final third of the pitch.

81'
J. Hernández gets yellow.
Hernandez stretches and catches Dier with a slightly mistimed sliding tackle on the halfway line, resulting in a free-kick for Tottenham and a yellow card for the Mexican, who looks incredibly bemused at the referee's decision.
80'
And now Alli goes close! Another attempted West Ham attack fails to result in a second goal, and it allows Tottenham to counter-attack swiftly The midfielder bursts forward and does well to penetrate the box, but he doesn't shoot quickly enough and eventually loses his footing under pressure from Reid.
79'
Huge opportunity for Hernandez! The Mexican, who has come to life over the last 20 minutes or so, cuts onto his right foot inside the penalty area and quickly shoots, but his strike is fired straight to Lloris in the middle of the goal.
78'
K. Trippier enters the game and replaces M. Sissoko.
Tottenham have made another defence-minded switch, with Sissoko making way for Kieran Trippier over on the right flank.
77'
Ball after ball is desperately flung into the Tottenham box as the home side try to find a second goal, but all are comfortably dealt with by the visitors. Carroll then tries to hit the target from the edge of the penalty area, but his low shot flies several yards wide of the near post.
75'
Masuaku immediately gets involved in the thick of the action as he weaves his way in from the left flank on a clever run. He beats two players and then tries to penetrate the penalty area, but he eventually has the ball blasted away from him before he can shoot.
74'
A. Masuaku enters the game and replaces José Fonte.
Meanwhile, Arthur Masuaku has come on to take the place of Fonte. It looks as if West Ham are going to switch to a back four.
73'
H. Winks enters the game and replaces C. Eriksen.
Tottenham have replaced Eriksen with Harry Winks in a defensive switch.
72'
West Ham quickly go on the offensive as they try to make their numerical advantage count, but Ayew's cross in from the left flank is completely mishit by the Ghanaian and sails high over the top of the crossbar.
70'
S. Aurier gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD! Tottenham have been reduced to 10 men! Aurier, who only received a yellow card six minutes ago, flies into Carroll from behind and fails to get anywhere near the ball, leaving the referee with no choice but to show him his marching orders. Mauricio Pochettino looks absolutely furious!
68'
Another good chance for Hernandez! The striker rises high once again as he latches onto a dangerous cross into the heart of the Tottenham penalty area, but this time Lloris is able to comfortably save the effort in the middle of the goal.
66'
A. Ayew enters the game and replaces M. Arnautović.
West Ham have made a change as they try to find a second goal, with the ineffective Arnautovic making way for Andre Ayew.
65'
J. Hernández has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by José Fonte.
Fonte did well to reach the ball ahead of his marker, but Tottenham's defenders arguably should have done better. They were beaten in the air twice and didn't do enough to deal with the big centre-back.
GOAL! West Ham have pulled one back! The home side win themselves a corner that's whipped into a dangerous area at the near post. It manages to pick out Fonte, who rises high and glances a header over to Hernandez, easily setting up the Mexican to convert from just a few yards out. Game on?
64'
S. Aurier gets yellow.
With 64 minutes on the clock, the referee has reached for his yellow card for the first time. Unsurprisingly, it's Aurier whose name is now in the book after committing a series of fouls.
63'
Kane hits the post again! The striker muscles his way into the left-hand side of the West Ham box and does well to hold off Reid. He then unleashes a fierce low strike, and it's one that Hart is just about able to tip onto the near post.
62'
West Ham quickly try to catch out Tottenham from the restart with a lofted pass forward from Arnautovic, but Lloris reads the danger well and rushes out to deal with it before Hernandez to latch onto the ball.
60'
C. Eriksen has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur!
GOAL! It's 3-0! Tottenham keep the danger alive after Kane's free-kick narrowly fails to find the back of the net. Aurier quickly whips in a cross from the right flank that deflects over to Eriksen, who, all alone on the edge of the penalty area, fires a great strike into the bottom right-hand corner of the net. He's now the highest-scoring Dane in Premier League history.
59'
Kane hits the post! Fonte charges into Alli and brings the midfielder crashing to the ground, leaving the referee with no choice but to award Tottenham a free-kick in a very dangerous position just outside of the penalty area. Kane decides to shoot, but his thumping effort smashes the woodwork after easily beating Hart.
58'
Davies links up well with Kane before whipping in a well-placed cross from deep down the left wing. It manages to pick out the striker, who tries to glance a header over to a team-mate but can't pick out a white shirt in front of goal.
57'
Eric Dier is left all alone in the middle of the pitch as he bursts forward completely unopposed. He manages to reach the box and then lifts a clever pass over the hosts' defence and into the path of Kane, but, once again, the striker is flagged offside before he can shoot.
55'
Alli goes down inside the penalty area, but nothing is given! A clever poked pass from Sissoko rolls into the West Ham box and manages to find Alli in a good position, but he doesn't shoot quickly enough and ends up going down under a tackle for Reid. He immediately appeals for a penalty, but the referee isn't at all interested and waves play on.
53'
Fonte embarks on a marauding run as he charges down the right wing and into a good position. He then does well to set up Zabaleta to continue working down the flank, but the Argentine's final touch is slightly too heavy and sends the ball behind for a goal-kick.
51'
Clever play by Eriksen and Alli in the middle of the pitch sets up the latter to chip a lovely ball into the box, where it finds Kane. The striker's run forward is slightly mistimed, however, and the linesman's flag is quickly raised.
50'
Poor play by Alli! The set-piece isn't executed well by West Ham, allowing their visitors to counter quickly. Alli bursts into space and only has Ogbonna to get past, but he's unable to beat the defender and wastes a great opportunity to increase Tottenham's lead.
49'
Noble twists and turns over on the right flank as he tries to beat Eriksen. He manages to spin round the Dane before firing a low cross into the box, and he then wins a free-kick for the hosts in a very dangerous position for having his shirt pulled.
48'
A hopeful ball deep into the Tottenham half of the pitch manages to pick out Arnautovic, who lets himself down with a heavy first touch. He rushes onto the ball and tries to get the better of Aurier, but it's the Ivorian who comes out on top with a well-timed sliding tackle.
46'
We're underway once again!
45' +2
West Ham try to push forward on one last attack before the half-time break and manages to win themselves a free-kick over on the right wing, but they don't take it quickly enough and the referee ends up bringing an end to the first period.
45' +1
Arnautovic, who has been quiet since the opening stages of the game, is presented with a great opportunity to tee up a team-mate after cutting into the left-hand side of the box. He's unable to do so, though, as he holds onto the ball for far too long and is eventually dispossessed by Aurier.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time.
44'
Arnautovic and Cresswell link up well deep down the left flank as they try to carve out a chance on goal for the home side, but Alli is there to confidently dispossess the latter before Alderweireld blasts the ball back up the pitch.
42'
Vertonghen embarks on a marauding run over on the left wing as he weaves his way through a sea of West Ham players. He then works the ball over to Aurier, who sends a cross into the middle of the box that's easily dealt with by Ogbonna.
41'
Kane picks up the ball over on the left-hand side of the West Ham box after being sent slightly wide by Eriksen. The striker then cuts onto his right foot and shoots, but his curling effort bounces a few yards wide of the far post.
40'
Hernandez is bundled over by Vertonghen as he tries to carve out a pocket of space over on the right wing. The resulting free-kick initially fails to result in a chance on goal before the ball flies towards Kouyate, who tries to get a shot away from inside the penalty area but is flagged offside before he can do so.
38'
H. Kane has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur!
GOAL! It's another for Tottenham! The West Ham defence are caught out as Alli bursts into the penalty area over on the left flank. His first-time shot is saved by Hart but rolls out to Kane, who is then easily able to tap the ball into the back of an empty net from close range.
36'
Tottenham immediately go on the front foot as they try to take advantage of West Ham once again, but this time Alli's run in from the right wing is halted by Ogbonna, who does well to hold off the midfielder.
34'
H. Kane has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by D. Alli.
It's been a tough first half for Alli, who has struggled to get into the game, but did really well to set up Kane. He timed his forward run to perfection and easily beat his marker as he sprinted towards the box.
GOAL! Tottenham have taken the lead! Sloppy play by West Ham gifts possession to Tottenham in the middle of the pitch, allowing the visitors to counter quickly. Eriksen immediately sets up Alli with a great pass, and the young midfielder bursts down the right channel before teeing up Kane with an excellent cross into the heart of the penalty area. The striker is all alone and easily manages to beat Hart with a glancing header into the bottom corner of the net.
33'
It's kicking off! Tempers have been relatively well checked so far, but things are starting to get slightly heated after a crunching challenge from Noble sends Sissoko crashing to the ground. A fracas then erupts between the two, but the referee quickly brings it to an end with a stern talking to for both players.
32'
Big block by Jose Fonte! Space opens up over on the left flank, allowing Eriksen to burst forward unopposed. He then cuts a clever pass back towards the edge of the penalty area and into the feet of Kane, who shoots but can't get the better of Fonte.
31'
Sanchez and Carroll come together once again, and this time the Colombian ends up fouling the striker. The resulting set-piece is sent short and worked over to Arnautovic, who quickly fires a low cross into the middle of the penalty area that's well dealt with by the Tottenham back line.
29'
Carroll immediately gets involved in the thick of the action as he brushes aside Sanchez with ease. He then spins and tries to pick out Arnautovic, but his long pass down the left wing is slightly overhit and fails to find the Austrian.
28'
A. Carroll enters the game and replaces M. Antonio.
Carroll comes on to take the place of the injured Antonio in a frustrating blow for West Ham. It looks as if Hernandez is going to move out to the right to accommodate the big striker.
27'
Antonio's game has been brought to a premature end, and he's been forced off to receive further medical treatment. It looks as if Andy Carroll is going to come on to replace him.
26'
Things don't look good for Antonio, who has gone down off the ball and is in need of medical attention. He seemed to pull up slightly after rushing onto a lofted pass forward a few minutes ago, and it looks as if he's really struggling with some sort of muscle strain.
24'
Huge chance for Kane! Really good play by Tottenham on the edge of the hosts' penalty area sets up Aurier to burst into the box and fire a dangerous pass across the face of goal. It finds Kane over at the far post, but the striker can't sort his feet out in time and pokes his first-time shot wide of the goal before the linesman's flag is correctly raised for offside.
23'
The visitors push forward once again as they enjoy a decent spell of possession in the centre of the pitch. After being frustrated by the West Ham midfielders, Alderweireld eventually decides to shoot from 30 yards out, but his audacious effort fails to trouble Hart and sails well wide of the goal.
21'
Tottenham patiently pass the ball around over on the right wing as they try to find an opening. Eriksen is eventually able to swing in a cross that heads towards Kane, but Reid easily manages to get the better of the striker with a well-timed headed clearance.
19'
Aurier is caught out of position out wide, allowing Arnautovic to break forward once again. He heads towards the edge of the penalty area before firing a cross over to the far post, but it's poorly hit by the Austrian and sails harmlessly behind for a goal-kick.
18'
A sloppy pass from Toby Alderweireld can only find Kouyate, who picks up the ball on the halfway line and quickly bursts forward. He's almost immediately clattered into by Aurier, who receives a stern talking to from the referee for a series of poor fouls he's committed already.
16'
Vital tackle by Aurier! After dealing with the corner, West Ham immediately break forward on a quick counter-attack. An initial mistake by Aurier allows Arnautovic to charge into the penalty area and set himself up to shoot, but just as he's about to pull the trigger, the Ivorian wing-back pulls off a brilliant sliding tackle to deny him.
15'
An early cross from Sissoko can only find Ogbonna, who quickly pokes the ball behind for another corner over on the right flank. This time the set-piece manages to find Ben Davies on the edge of the box, but the Welshman's first-time shot isn't hit well enough to find its way through the sea of bodies camped in front of him.
14'
The corner fails to result in a chance on goal for Tottenham, as Sanchez is penalised for a block on Winston Reid as the West Ham centre-back tried to track the run of Kane.
13'
Good play by Moussa Sissoko and Christian Eriksen sets up the Dane to shoot from just outside of the West Ham penalty area, but a wicked deflection sends the effort looping up into the air and towards Joe Hart, who tips the ball onto the roof of the net for a corner.
11'
Mark Noble wins the ball back on the halfway line and quickly fires a clever pass straight through the middle of the Tottenham defence. It looks set to find Arnautovic on the edge of the visitors' box, but Hugo Lloris rushes out and deals with the danger at the vital moment.
9'
Decent strike by Javier Hernandez! A marauding run through the middle of the pitch from Cheikhou Kouyate sets up Hernandez to play a quick one-two with Michail Antonio 25 yards away from goal. The Mexican then unleashes a quick, curling shot, and it's one that flies just a yard or two over the top of the crossbar.
7'
A heavy touch from Serge Aurier sees the Ivorian lose the ball and foul Aaron Cresswell, resulting in a free-kick for West Ham on the halfway line. It's sent short and eventually worked over to Pablo Zabaleta, who tries to control the ball deep down the right wing but is quickly dispossessed.
5'
Marko Arnautovic makes a clever run down the left flank before cutting into the box and taking on Jan Vertonghen. He's then able to fizz a dangerous pass across the face of goal, but Davinson Sanchez is there to successfully deal with the low cross.
3'
After an even start to the game from both sides, Harry Kane tries to set up Dele Alli on the break. The striker pokes a deft pass up towards the penalty area and into the path of the midfielder, who tries his hardest to latch onto the ball but can't get the better of Angelo Ogbonna.

We're off! Tottenham get us underway, attacking from right to left.
Good afternoon and welcome to our live text commentary of today’s Premier League game between West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium.
It looked as if Slaven Bilic was just moments away from being sacked when West Ham faced Huddersfield Town little under two weeks ago, but an impressive, and much-needed, 2-0 victory means that the Croatian remains in a job - for now, at least. Last weekend’s hard-earned goalless draw with West Bromwich Albion has kept his side just outside of the relegation zone, but today’s clash represents a huge ask for the Hammers.
The return of Andy Carroll and a switch to a three-man defence certainly seems to have helped West Ham, who have managed to pick up three consecutive clean sheets thanks to Tuesday’s comfortable EFL Cup victory at home to Bolton Wanderers. Their defence will certainly have to be at its best this afternoon, as Tottenham have already managed to score five league goals without reply away from home this season.
East London hasn’t been a particularly happy hunting ground for Tottenham in recent years, as it was here where their hopes of winning last season’s title were ended by a solitary Manuel Lanzini strike. They’ve only won once in their last five visitors to this part of the capital, and they only just managed to get the better of the Hammers at White Hart Lane last November thanks to two very late goals from Harry Kane.
It took him three games to warm up but Kane is back in goalscoring form, and he’ll be looking to add to his tally as Tottenham go in search of a third league win of the campaign. A slightly lacklustre start to the new season has left them five points behind the two Manchester clubs, and it’s a gap they can’t afford to let get any bigger, even at this very early stage.
There’s just under 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this afternoon…
West Ham United XI (3-4-3): Hart; Fonte, Reid, Ogbonna; Zabaleta, Kouyate, Noble, Cresswell; Antonio, Hernandez, Arnautovic.
Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Vorm, Walker-Peters, Trippier, Winks, N’Koudou, Son, Llorente.
Tottenham Hotspur XI (3-4-3): Lloris; Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen; Aurier, Sissoko, Dier, Davies; Eriksen, Kane, Alli.
West Ham United substitutes: Adrian, Masuaku, Byram, Rice, Ayew, Sakho, Carroll.
Slaven Bilic has decided to make three changes to the West Ham side that started the draw against West Brom last weekend, with Angelo Ogbonna, Mark Noble and Marko Arnautovic coming into the starting line-up to replace James Collins, Pedro Obiang and Andy Carroll, respectively.
Meanwhile, Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has made two alterations to the team that featured in their last league outing, with Kieran Trippier and Heung-Min Son making way for Serge Aurier and Ben Davies on either flank.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: WEST HAM UNITED 0-2 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
It was a decent opening 30 minutes for West Ham, who looked in control and on the front foot against a slightly sluggish Tottenham side. It all changed after that, however, as poor defending on two occasions allowed Kane to fire the visitors into a 2-0 lead, and it's one that has put Spurs into a very commanding position at the break.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half. Neither side have made any substitutions during the half-time break.
FULL-TIME: WEST HAM UNITED 2-3 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
Four minutes after the allotted time has come to an end, the referee finally blows his whistle for the last time to bring an end to a nervy Tottenham victory. They looked to be comfortably on course for an easy win when Eriksen made it 3-0, but a needless red card for Aurier handed West Ham a way back into the game, and it's one that almost resulted in them earning a much-needed point.
In the end it wasn't to be, as Tottenham were just about able to hold on to the narrowest of wins. It's one that temporarily moves them up to third place in the table, while the defeat leaves West Ham just outside of the relegation zone, equal on points with 18th-place Everton.
