FULL TIME! No added time at the end of this game as it finishes 2-0 to Bayern!
88'
CHANCE! That's the best opportunity of the game for Hertha as a ball is played long into the box towards Kalou, who cuts back at the far-post, only to lift his effort just over the bar.
86'
Bayern win a free-kick in the attacking half as Alonso steps over the ball to swing in a delivery, yet his cross is too short and cleared by the first defender.
84'
H. Badstuber enters the game and replaces A. Vidal.
SUBSTUTITION! Vidal makes way for Badstuber in the second Bayern change.
81'
That effort from Haraguchi has been about the best from Hertha in this game, but even that was fairly comfortable for Neuer. The hosts have the best defensive record in the Bundesliga this season with just five goals conceded. Another clean sheet looks likely here.
79'
A rare effort on target for Hertha comes from Haraguchi. He makes a searching run from the right and cuts inside for the shot, unleashing a fierce drive on goal that forces Neuer into a strong save.
77'
The visitors win a free-kick in their own half now with the game slowing down in place. Bayern seem happy with their two-goal lead and haven't kept the intensity up in this second period - although, of course, they do not need to with the job already done at half-time.
75'
Hertha just start to play the ball around nicely with some freedom for the first time in the game, but a pass into the final third is wasted as the Bayern defence catch them offside on the left-hand side.
73'
That third goal just will not come! Coman does ever so well to bring the ball forward inside the area and cut a cross back to Vidal on the edge of the box. It is a perfect shooting position but he cannot keep his effort down as he slices his shot over the bar.
72'
V. Stocker enters the game and replaces V. Darida.
SUBSTITUTION! A third and final change for Hertha as Darida comes off for Stocker.
Minute
Description
70'
A speculative shot from distance is hit from Vidal and it forces Jarstein into a fairly routine save, yet he has to palm the ball away for a corner as it is hit with some power.
68'
CHANCE! A ball is swung into the box by Muller and Roder, just on from the bench, is a surprising target in the middle as he gets forward to meet the ball with his head. His effort is over the bar.
66'
S. Rode enters the game and replaces J. Boateng.
SUBSTITUTION! And that is the end of the game for Boateng as he is replaced by Rode in the first change for Bayern.
64'
Martinez wins a throw-in on the left as Bayern regain posession. Boateng appears to be moving rather gingerly aswell as he looks over the bench.
62'
Dardai's side are keeping the ball a little better since the substitutions but are not going anywhere at the minute and seem happy to play it around the back. It may just be what they need to slow this game down, as they have seen very little of the ball thus far.
60'
Cigerci, with his first contribution since making his way onto the pitch, wins a free-kick in his own half after Vidal is a little too robust in the challenge.
58'
Little change from the visitor's perspective since the restart. They have lost their last eight games against Bayern - a run that stretches back to February 2009. Dardai was part of the Hertha side that won 2-1 against six years ago, but it will take a miracle to get back into this one, you feel. Guardiola's side are in cruise control at the minute.
56'
A. Baumjohann enters the game and replaces V. Ibišević.
T. Ciğerci enters the game and replaces P. Skjelbred.
SUBSTITUTION! Skjelbred comes off for Cigerci for Hertha. Cigerci was the only player to be left out of the side from victory over Hoffenheim.
SUBSTITUTION! Ibisevic comes off for Baumjohann in a change for Hertha. He hasn't had the best of games and started this second half poorly after picking up a caution.
55'
ANOTHER CHANCE FOR LEWANDOWSKI! He just cannot score in this game! He has the opportunity inside the area to lift the ball over the keeper but Jarstein is quick off his line to block. Muller picks up the loose ball but cannot get his shot away after some strong defending.
54'
SHOULD HAVE BEEN THREE! A deep ball from midfield is played towards the back-post by Martinez. Lewandowski is the target and, with his form this year, he is just the man you would want. But he drags his shot wide of the post!
52'
Bayern are starting this half as they ended the first and are in complete control of the ball. They had 71 per cent possession in the first half and are continuing their patient passing game in the second with Hertha standing off them.
50'
Hertha have it all to do in this second half, of course. If the two-goal deficit isn't enough, their last win over Bayern away from home came all the way back in 1977 – 38 years ago.
48'
V. Ibišević gets yellow.
YELLOW! And there is the caution for Ibisevic after he makes another rash challenge on the half-way line just seconds after he was spoken to over his actions. Not the wisest of moves there from the midfielder, as Hertha now have three players in the book.
47'
A lively start to this second half bursts into action with a confrontation between the two sides after Ibisevic lunges in on Vidal. No contact was made but the Bayern players are not happy with his intent. No card is given, however.
46'
SECOND HALF! We're underway for the final 45 minutes of football.
45'
HALF TIME! That's the whistle for the interval as Bayern take a two-goal lead into the break.
43'
Hertha secured a 1-0 victory over Hoffenheim last Sunday, despite having a single shot on target thanks to Eugen Polanski's first-half own goal. It looks like they won't be getting such luck today as this Bayern side are electric. A second goal is deserved here. The visitors haven't tested with a shot on target Neuer once and are already 2-0 down before the break.
41'
K. Coman has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by Javi Martínez.
A great assist from Martínez for that second Bayern goal. A ball was played forward inside the box and he flicked it around the corner, leaving the Hertha defence with no chance to react, and with Coman an easy tap-in.
GOAAAAAL! A second! And what a goal it is! Bayern have doubled their lead through Coman! He is played a brilliant ball on the turn from Martinez inside the penalty area and knocks the ball past the keeper. Lovely play from Guardiola's side!
38'
GREAT SAVE! Jarstein has begun to look a little shaky in these last 10 minutes but has pulled off a superb save from Vidal. It is Muller who sweeps a cross along the box for Vidal to prod home at the back-post, but he claws the ball away from goal.
36'
With that goal, Muller has his 13th of the campaign and has now equalled his record haul for a season - 13 goals, also achieved in 2014/15.
34'
T. Müller has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by M. Benatia.
GOAAAAAL! It has been coming! Muller has given the hosts the lead with a cushioned header from a corner! Benatia rises to meet the initial attempt, having been left unmarked. His effort may have just been going wide of the post to the keeper's right but Muller is in the right position to steer it in to give his side the lead.
Benatia is the man with the assist, although he didn't mean it. He was left in too much space in the area from the corner as he picked his spot with a header. His effort was going wide but Muller was the right man in the right place to steer it in for the opening goal.
33'
A nervous looking Jarstein flaps at the corner as he attempts to come off his line to punch away, yet he concedes another corner from the other side.
31'
Ibisevic draws a foul from Benatia on the half-way line after the Bayern centre-half closes in on the midfielder, alongside a pressing Vidal, only to lunge for the ball and knock the Hertha man off balance.
29'
ONE-ON-ONE! A great piece of control from Lewandowski from a through-ball from Bayern's own half enables him to break free of the defensive line with just Jarstein to beat in the Hertha goal. But he is pulled back for offside! That is tight, but looks to be the correct decision. Hertha were playing a very high line there.
27'
Darida does well to win a foul on the edge of his own box after beating Alonso to a loose ball and luring the former Real Madrid man into a rash challenge that is a little too late for the referee's liking. A moment of respite for the visitors perhaps.
25'
Lewandowski is there again causing danger for Hertha! Rafinha picks up the ball on the left and tries another in-swinging cross. Lewandowski is at the back-post to meet it but cannot keep his header down as it rises high over the bar.
24'
P. Skjelbred gets yellow.
YELLOW! Another card now for Hertha as Skjelbred brings down Alonso in his own half. They must be careful now with two bookings already in the opening 25 minutes.
22'
GREAT DEFENDING! An excellent delivery from Plattenhardt on the left finds Haraguchi at the back-post and he has the chance to poke the ball into the net. But Rafinha does well to put the midfielder off as he fails to guide his effort on target. It drops to the right of Neuer's post.
20'
Lewandowski does well to hold the ball up with his back to goal, returning a pass into the middle, but Bayern give possession away with a sloppy pass that is cut out by Hertha's defence on the right. Dardai's side are not giving Bayern much space to work in.
19'
The Allianz-Arena is in full voice at the moment as the hosts look to cheer their side onto another home victory - and what impressive form they have here this season. Can they make this eight home league wins out of eight today?
17'
Bayern have the chance to capitalise on some early first-half dominance here as Muller wins a corner on the right after his delivery is blocked. A ball is swung in but Hertha clear at the second attempt.
15'
S. Langkamp gets yellow.
YELLOW! A first card of the game falls to Langkamp after he bundles Coman off the ball around the halfway line. A little too physical there and an unnecessary challenge to make. He picks up his fifth card of the season and will now face a one-match suspension.
13'
A LET OFF! Bayern had got behind the Hertha defence yet again although, thankfully for the visitors, the offside flag has gone up. Alonso wins a free-kick midway through the visitors' half and the delivery is lifted in towards the back-post. Vidal rises high to meet it and knocks it across goal which could have caused panic, but the offside flag is raised.
11'
Rafinha attempts to drive his side forward again once more from the left, carrying the ball through the middle with a shot on goal his target, only to be crowded out by a compact Hertha defence on the edge of the area, who regain possession.
9'
OFF THE POST! That could have been the opener! Bayern build from the left and Lahm picks out a superb pass for Lewandowski, racing into the area. He beats the offside trap to latch onto the ball and he beats the keeper only to see his shot roll onto the post!
8'
A chance goes missing for Hertha as a free-kick in a strong crossing position is played short, despite having number sin the box to attack. Plattenhardt is the man who plays it to the left of him, as Hertha try and work the ball into the area, but Bayern clear.
6'
Guardiola's side are pushing the ball across the midfield area with ease at the minute, although are coming unstuck whenever they approach the penalty box. Rafinha attempts to spring an attack into action with a left-wing cross but there is not enough elevation on his delivery and Hertha head the ball away.
4'
A first chance of the game falls to the visitors as Plattenhardt attempts a speculative strike from distance. He finds a bit of space on the left as he pushes forward from the full-back position, midway into Bayern Munich's half, but his shot from 25-yards out drags harmlessly wide of the post.
3'
Hertha are keeping a very deep defensive line in these early stages, restricting Bayern to little space in the final third. Alonso looks to bring the ball out from the back but his pass is cut out.
1'
KICK OFF! And we're underway at the Allianz-Arena!
RISKY! That could have been a risky call from Jarstein as he rushes out to punch Boateng's cross away from danger but, with Lewandowski lurking behind him, he gets the faintest of touches to push behind for a corner.
Hello and welcome to LIVE commentary from the Bundesliga as Bayern Munich host Hertha Berlin at the Allianz-Arena.
Pal Dardai brings his Hertha Berlin side looking to end the club’s 38-year wait for a win at Bayern Munich today. Yet the Bundesliga leaders are as tough a test now than they have ever been. Pep Guardiola's team have dropped just two points this season, winning all seven of their home league matches and scoring 28 goals in the process. Their tally of 37 points is a record total from 13 games.
Bayern make three changes from the side that beat Olympiakos 4-0 in the Champions League during midweek. Mehdi Benatia replaces Holger Badstuber at the back, while Javi Martinez and Xabi Alonso come in for Douglas Costa and Arjen Robben – the latter of whom misses out of the squad completely after picking up a knock in Europe.
Hertha make just the one alteration from a 1-0 victory over Hoffenheim last weekend as Tolga Cigerci drops out for Vedad Ibisevic. Right-back Mitchell Weiser is not fit enough to feature in the squad to face his former club.
Substitutes: Baumjohann, Hegeler, Stocker, Cigerci, Van Den Bergh, Beerens, Korber.
Guardiola's side have been impressive in this game and look on track to record their eighth win at home in the league this season and their 13th win in the Bundesliga. Goals from Muller and Coman were well-worked - the first coming from a corner after piling on the pressure on a nervous looking Jarstein in goal, and the second with a deft flick from Martinez into the path of Coman.
Another victory for Guardiola's side then as they continue their superb form in the Bundesliga and extent their lead at the top to 11 points. Hertha's 38-year wait for a victory at the home of the hosts never looked like it was going to end today.
Dardai has guided Hertha to the club's best start to a Bundesliga campaign in seven years after picking up 23 points from 13 games but they didn't get anywhere near the league leaders today. A lack of pressing from midfield and attacking threat up front meant they struggled from the off.
