Into the second of three added minutes and Augsburg aren't looking like equalizing. Lewandowski makes another penetrating run and he's taken down atop the area. With just a minute to go, that should do it.
90' +1
T. Matavž enters the game and replaces D. Kohr.
Juan Bernat enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
90'
Penalty goal scored by T. Müller for Bayern Munich!
MULLER SURELY WINS IT FOR BAYERN! He rifles a shot into the top corner and Die Roten lead for the first time today - and it couldn't have arrived in a more timely manner!
89'
88'
P. Verhaegh gets yellow.
Augsburg players are furious, swarming the referee's assistant on the end line! Werner has to be restrained and they have a reason to feel hard done by!
87'
PENALTY TO BAYERN! Costa enters the area and changes direction, knocking the ball past Feulner. He looks to charge forward but the left-back stands his ground. Costa runs into him and goes to ground, with the referee pointing to the spot - but the defender didn't even move! That's incredibly harsh!
85'
SHOULD BE TWO! Sensational ball over the top from Boateng to play Lewandowski through on goal. The striker controls with a wonderful first touch, but Hitz is off his line and gets just enough of the shot to knock it behind for a corner!
83'
WONDERFUL DEFENDING! Muller is picked out at the far post as he makes a late run into the area. Feulner does well to spot it, however, diving in and heading it clear at the vital moment. The referee awards a goal kick, however, which is clearly the wrong call in this instance.
81'
Relentless pressure from Bayern as they try and negotiate a winning goal. Pep is shouting instructions from his technical area while Augsburg are throwing the ball up the pitch every chance they get to buy themselves a bit of a breather.

Description
79'
You have to wonder what sort of effect this will have on Augsburg. They've battled admirably, and they still have something to show for it - but it just got a whole lot tougher for them to try and return home with at least a point.
77'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich!
FINALLY AN EQUALIZER FOR BAYERN! This was all about the run of Lewandowski who uses skill to beat one defender and then strength to shrug off another before laying a pass off to Muller. The German sees his shot from the left saved by Hitz, but the Polish striker continued his run and managed to tuck home the rebound!
76'
Ji Dong-Won enters the game and replaces R. Bobadilla.
Ji Dong-wong makes his season debut, replacing Bobadilla as a substitute. The Paraguayan striker had a thankless task in attack today but performed admirably in the role.
75'
Great skill from Coman who makes the most of a tight area of space inside the area near the end-line. He twists and turns, but from a tight angle is unable to really test Hitz - that was crying out for a cross, not a shot.
73'
STAT ATTACK: Augsburg have won two of their last three matches against Bayern (L1) after losing each of their first seven meetings. Markus Weinzierl is the only coach to have recorded two victories in the Bundesliga against Pep Guardiola.
71'
The experienced Halil Altintop comes on to try and help see this one out. He's a very smart player and should be able to lend Bobadilla a hand in keeping the ball and providing much-needed respite for their back line.
70'
Halil Altıntop enters the game and replaces A. Esswein.
69'
Another half-chance for Bayern as the ball is flicked on following a throw, into the path of Lewandowski. The striker tries to bounce a volley at goal, but there's little sting behind the shot making for an easy save for Hitz.
67'
Augsburg have had little success keeping the ball in this half. When they do win it back, they boot it up the pitch and give it straight back to the hosts. Bobadilla has done well to hold it up to this point, but they're asking an awful lot of him as fatigue start to set in.
65'
SPECTACULAR! Costa runs over it, allowing Alonso to take. The Spaniard powers an effort through on goal but Hitz dives across with strong hands to punch clear!
64'
Koo commits a clear foul atop the area and Bayern have a real chance from the ensuing free kick. Half their team runs across to try and claim it. They have some sorting out to do before this one's taken.
62'
STAT ATTACK: The last eight meetings between the two sides have not produced a single draw, with the winners keeping a clean sheet in each of those contests. Bayern won six, Augsburg two.
60'
WASTED OPPORTUNITY! Lahm somehow sneaks behind the Augsburg defence and he's onside when Muller's pass is played into him. He turns atop the area and has a clear path to goal, but hesitates on getting a shot off and the chance is finally broken up as Klavan arrives!
58'
There's a lengthy delay now as Kohr is down and being attended to after a collision with Muller. The midfielder went over the back of the striker and landed hard on the ground. Augsburg's medical staff are taking no chances here.
56'
K. Coman enters the game and replaces A. Vidal.
Teenager Kingsley Coman comes on for his Bayern debut, replacing Arturo Vidal. The Frenchman arrived at the club on deadline day on a two-year loan deal from Juventus and has a chance to win the hearts of his new fans here today.
54'
STRAIGHT AT THE KEEPER! Incredible first touch from Lewandowski to flick a pass forward and turn past Klavan. He runs onto the end of his own setup, clean through on goal, but sends his effort right at Hitz! Either side and Bayern are level. The ensuing corner falls kindly for Thiago, but he skies his half-volley!
52'
STAT ATTACK: Bayern are currently unbeaten in 45 Bundesliga matches before the winter break (W37, D8). Their last loss in the first half of the league season came in October 2012 against Leverkusen.
50'
Speculative from Alaba who latches onto a pass in midfield, skips forward a few yards and has a go from range. He pleads his case for a corner, but he won't win this argument as his shot lifted miles over the bar without any deflection.
48'
Encouraging start from Bayern as they forage forward in search of a breakthrough. Alonso commits a foul atop the area, however, and their latest attack comes to an end. Today marks just the first time Die Roten failed to score in the first half of a league match this season.
46'
Back underway in Munich and Bayern have their work cut out for them!
45'
It's a stunning turn of events as we enter the break at the Allianz Arena. The whistle sounds and it's Augsburg who hold a shock lead at the interval!
43'
A. Esswein has scored a goal for Augsburg! Assist by Koo Ja-Cheol.
AUGSBURG DRAW FIRST BLOOD! Well that certainly wasn't in the script! Bobadilla does well to find a pocket of space on the right and tries a searching cutback pass into the centre. Koo runs on and gets a great touch to direct it into the path of Esswein who unloads a venomous strike into the top corner!
41'
Augsburg's inability to keep possession could prove to be very troubling as the match wears on. They will undoubtedly have some tired legs creep in down the road with all the time they've had to spend in defence. It takes a lot out of you, both physically and mentally, to stay this focused and concentrated on defending - they desperately need some relief.
39'
STAT ATTACK: Bayern have won each of their first three matches while boasting a plus-nine goal differential, good enough for the fifth best start to a season in Bundesliga history. Die Roten have started better twice in the last 10 years, however, in 2007/08 and 2012/13.
37'
ALMOST AN OG! Absolutely fantastic control from Lewandowski to control a pass inside the area and turn in such a tight space. Just before he can get a shot off, Verhaegh intervenes, but the right-back nearly sweeps the ball into his own net! Hitz gets across to keep it out and save the defender's blushes.
35'
Bayern have enjoyed 68 per cent possession thus far, and surprisingly it seems like a lot more than that. They haven't made the most of it though, with Augsburg doing just enough to keep them out. They do seem to be missing the influence of Robben down the right.
33'
Great run from Lahm! The wide man works a clever one-two with Muller to send him through into the area via the right channel. He tries to roll a short pass into the path of Alaba in the centre, but his delivery is off the mark, allowing Baier to clear.
31'
All that seems to be working for Bayern in attack is their wide play. Their only chances thus far have come on crosses in from wide areas, as the likes of Lewandowski and Muller are doing well to ensure they are first to every ball. It simply isn't enough, however.
29'
STAT ATTACK: Augsburg are unbeaten in their last three away matches in the Bundesliga (W2, D1), including victories over Bayern and Monchengladbach. This follows a run that saw them lose five consecutive on their travels.
27'
Splendid delivery! Esswein has been superb for the visitors, covering every inch of ground on the right flank. His latest contribution comes on the counter and sees his curl a teasing delivery in behind the defence, but it just eludes the run of Koo at the far post.
25'
Die Roten are gifted a real opportunity from a set piece after a foul just outside the area. Three players stand over the ensuing free kick, but it's Costa who takes and smashes his strike straight into the wall before Augsburg clear their lines.
23'
Bayern are starting to come up with answers for this Augsburg defence and it's thanks to a bit of a tactical change. Costa has switched over to the right flank where he's able to navigate a bit more space, while Alaba has been playing almost as a winger on the left.
21'
SUPERB STOP! Alaba makes a well-timed run down the left flank as he gets behind the defence and plays an inviting cross in to pick out the run of Thiago. The Spaniard gets a strong head to it, but Hitz sprawls out on the line to make the save!
19'
STAT ATTACK: Augsburg shocked Die Roten last season with Raul Bobadilla’s second-half strike earning them a 1-0 victory at the Allianz Arena.
17'
Werner makes a good interception in midfield and sprays a lovely ball out wide for Bobadilla. The striker keeps play alive and looks to square for Koo, but good tracking from Alonso sees the Spaniard cut out the chance.
15'
Douglas Costa has been shut down on the flank, with the exception of one early run to win a corner. Esswein is providing excellent support for Verhaegh and it's done plenty to limit the Brazilian's time on the ball. Thiago arrives as an outlet and runs through into the area, but his low cross runs behind for a goal kick.
13'
Bayern are growing a bit frustrated with their inability to find an opening. They're starting to try and force the issue in midfield but it's only helping Augsburg cut out attacks and win back possession.
11'
It has been a relatively sluggish start from Bayern as they've yet to really carve out a chance. Augsburg are keeping their shape well and committing men to defence in numbers, while hitting back capably on the counter - the latest of which sees Koo head a cross wide of the far post.
9'
STAT ATTACK: Thomas Muller has five goals through the first three Bundesliga matches, his best-ever start to a season. The last players to achieve this feat in the German top flight were Kaiserslautern’s Halil Altintop (now with Augsburg) and Bayern’s Roy Makaay in 2005/06 (each scoring six in three matches).
7'
INCHES WIDE! Great run by Lewandowski to meet Alonso's corner at the near post. He flicks it on for Muller, but a slight deflection en route takes it just too far ahead of the striker who is unable to turn it in at the far stick.
5'
Augsburg muster the first attack of the afternoon, as Alexander Esswein finds a good pocket of space down the right. He sends an early cross in, but there's too much pace behind the delivery as it eludes the run of Raul Bobadilla in the centre.
3'
Bayern have yet to concede possession, but their defenders have seen more of the ball than anyone else. Rafinha to Jerome Boateng has been their most utilized combination thus far, as they have yet to adopt any urgency to their play.

And we're underway at the Allianz Arena!
Good day, Bundesliga fans! The Allianz Arena is our venue for today’s clash as Bayern Munich aim to continue their perfect start to the season against a struggling Augsburg side hoping to right the ship. I am Alex Moretto and I will be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
Augsburg have hardly had a desirable start to the campaign, unable to carry with them the momentum garnered by last season’s fifth-place finish – a club record. Their involvement in the Europa League – a first for the Fuggerstader – will make it harder on them in the league to replicate their efforts from last season and they haven’t instilled much confidence in fans hoping for a repeat performance, with just one point and one goal from their opening three fixtures. Getting anything from today's match would be a big momentum boost ahead of their European debut on Thursday against Athletic Bilbao in Spain.
It’s still early, but it already looks as though Bayern will have more competition in their pursuit of the league title. Despite a magnificent start to the season, they still sit in just second place in the league with Borussia Dortmund holding the edge on goal differential. Again, the table is hardly a valid reference point this early in the campaign, and Bayern’s 3-0 trouncing of Leverkusen before the international break shows just how far they have come in a few months after struggling against the Bundesliga’s top teams a year ago.
Pep Guardiola will have to make do without Arjen Robben for the next month, after the winger suffered an injury while away on international duty with the Netherlands. He's not replaced in attack, with the coach instead opting to push everyone forward and add Rafinha in defence. Jerome Boateng is also back from suspension, at the expense of Juan Bernat. Meanwhile, Javi Martinez returns to the bench after a lengthy absence and he's joined by deadline day signing Kingsley Coman from Juventus.
Three changes for the visitors following their defeat to newcomers Ingolstadt. Philipp Max is replaced at right-back by Markus Feulner, while Raul Bobadilla pushes up from the flank to striker in what promises to be a more defensive setup. Alexander Esswein takes his place on the wing, while Koo Ja-cheol replaces Halil Altintop in midfield.
It's worth noting that this is just the second time since Halil Altintop arrived at the club in 2013 that he starts on the bench in a league match.
HALF TIME: BAYERN 0-1 AUGSBURG. Alexander Esswein rewards the visitors for a sound first half performance with the opening goal just before the break. Die Roten have dominated possession but find themselves behind, again, against Augsburg on their home turf!
SUBS: Manninger, Stafylidis, Altintop, Janker, Ji, Matavz.
FULL TIME: BAYERN 2-1 AUGSBURG. Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller spark a late comeback for Bayern, aided by a controversial penalty decision in the final minutes. It certainly didn't appear to be a penalty and you have to feel for Feulner. Augsburg battled and led for a large portion of the match, but they walk away empty handed.
I am Alex Moretto and I would like to thank you all for joining me here today. Good bye!
