WASTED OPPORTUNITY! Andreasen is the one to take, but his shot is always rising as it lifts well over the bar, safely behind for a goal kick.
90' +2
What was he thinking?! Joselu gets on the ball from about 25 yards out, but poses little threat with his back turned to goal. Subotic lunges in carelessly and Hannover have a free kick in a very threatening position here!
90'
A. Ramos enters the game and replaces M. Reus.
There will be four minutes of stoppage time as is indicated by the fourth official.
88'
NEARLY AN EQUALIZER! Albornoz maks a fine run down the right and whips an inviting ball across the face of goal. Joselu sprints to get on the end of it, but Weidenfeller dives in bravely to collect at the vital moment! You can't tell which team is down a man at the moment!
86'
HOW HAS HE MISSED THAT!? Dortmund win a free kick and Reus lofts a ball in towards the far post. Kehl is there to meet it and head it back into the centre where Sokratis has an empty net to turn it into, but ends up heading the ball straight into the air instead!
85'
L. Andreasen enters the game and replaces H. Sakai.
84'
STAT ATTACK: Hannover had only scored two goals from open play since the winter break. They have matched that total here today.
82'
L. Stindl has scored a goal for Hannover 96! Assist by H. Kiyotake.
ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL! STINDL PULLS ONE BACK WITH AN INCREDIBLE STRIKE! It's a lovely piece of individual brilliance from the skipper. He takes a harmless pass in the centre and with two defenders close by, he nudges the ball onto his right and unleashes a cannon into the top corner! Weidenfeller had no chance!
81'
HE CAN'T BUY A GOAL! Reus gets on the end of some more tremendous build-up play from the visitors and finds himself through on goal, but Zieler manages to get the slightest piece of his shot to turn it off the post!
Minute
Description
79'
The lengthy period of Dortmund pressure, sparked by Bittencourt's sending off, has finally slowed as we approach the final 10 minutes. The visitors are enjoying the bulk of possession, but have slowed the tempo significantly.
77'
STINGING SHOT! Sokratis tries his luck from 30 yards out and unleashes a thunderbolt at goal. Zieler dives across at his near post and manages to get in the way of it, but that was struck with real power from the make-shift right-back!
75'
WHAT A CHANCE! Reus has been exceptional, and wants a goal to commemorate this performance. Aubameyang and Blaszczykowski link-up well in the centre, and the latter plays it through to Reus in the area, but he can't get his footing right and the chance goes begging!
73'
There are a ton of Dortmund supporters inside the HDI Arena and they are in full voice as the Black and Yellows appear to be headed for three points. They continue to press and a fourth goal appears to be imminent.
72'
E. Prib enters the game and replaces J. Briand.
M. Albornoz enters the game and replaces C. Schulz.
S. Bender enters the game and replaces İ. Gündoğan.
71'
S. Sané gets yellow.
STAT ATTACK: Dortmund have lost just once in their last six trips to the HDI Arena (W2, D3), and defeated Hannover in this fixture last season by a resounding 3-0 scoreline.
69'
Hannover are trying to mount a bit of a comeback, taking chances now as they commit more men forward. They hardly have much of a choice and Joselu wins them a corner, but Sokratis is there to clear the ensuing cross.
67'
CLEARED BY MARCELO! Reus is hungry for a goal of his own and comes awfully close here as he is teed up in the centre by Dudziak, but his first-time shot is blocked fearlessly by the head of Marcelo.
65'
Dortmund keep coming, and this could get out of hand! Reus continues to make his presence felt in attack, skipping through behind the defence to get on the end of a long ball before cutting it back for Gundogan atop the area. The midfielder takes a shot first time, but it's deflected behind for a corner.
63'
It's not looking good for Hannover now. The hosts were looking the likelier team to break the deadlock after the break, but they have been terribly undone by the sending off of Bittencourt. It's a shame for Die Roten as well, with such a needless tackle costing them a chance at a victory.
61'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by S. Kagawa.
SENSATIONAL STUFF FROM DORTMUND WHO DOUBLE THEIR LEAD! Kagawa latches onto a pass and darts forward into the area. He then sends a sensational chipped cross to the far post with the outside of his boot and Aubameyang is there to meet it, diving in to head home.
59'
STAT ATTACK: Dortmund are unbeaten in their last six Bundesliga matches (W4 D2), having won just two of their last 16 league games before that span (D4, L12).
58'
J. Dudziak enters the game and replaces O. Kirch.
57'
S. Kagawa has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by M. Reus.
DORTMUND WASTE NO TIME TAKING THE LEAD! Less than two minutes after Hannover go down to 10 men, the visitors make them pay. Blaszczykowski makes a tremendous run down the right, skipping past defenders. He picks out the clever run of Reus through the centre, who then unselfishly squares it for Kagawa to tap into an empty net.
55'
L. Bittencourt gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
WOW! HANNOVER ARE DOWN TO 10-MEN! It's a needless tackle from Bittencourt who lunges into the back of Kehl in midfield, picking up his second booking in just over five minutes. There was no threat whatsoever, and no need for the attacker to make that challenge. He was having an exceptional match, but that has really put his side behind the eight ball now.
54'
SUPERB DEFENSIVE HEADER! Wonderful attacking play from Hannover! Sakai finds himself in acres of space on the right and sends a superb cross in towards the far post. Joselu meets it and heads it back into the centre, but Hummels is there to head it off the line and save his side from falling behind!
52'
He's back! Sane labours off the pitch and can hardly walk. Play resumes and just a minute later the ball goes out of play and the midfielder trots back on, good as new.
50'
Sane appears to be in some trouble following a Dortmund free kick. The midfielder dives to head the ball away and lands awkwardly on his knee. He is in quite some pain as he pounds the pitch in despair. The medical staff is out and his day appears to be done. That is a big blow for Hannover.
49'
L. Bittencourt gets yellow.
48'
The hosts start the second half where they left off in the first, moving the ball about well and threatening to create in attack. After a Subotic elbow on Bittencourt presents them with an opportunity from a set piece, Sane gets his head on the cross but can't trouble Weidenfeller with his effort.
46'
N. Subotić gets yellow.
Hannover get the second half underway! No changes to tell you about at the break.
45'
Stindl and Joselu work hard to win a corner just before the break, but the delivery from Kiyotake is punched clear by Weidenfeller as the referee blows for half-time at 45 minutes exactly.
43'
Bittencourt is looking very dangerous on the left! He's finding all sorts of space and running past defenders at will. This time Kiyotake picks him out with a clever ball to switch the field of play, but Kirch is up to the task defensively, forcing the ball behind for a corner, which is then cleared by Hummels.
41'
After a crazy period of end-to-end attacks, the pace has slowed as we approach the break. The ball is being contained largely in midfield now, though Hannover are still enjoying slightly more possession than their opponents.
39'
STAT ATTACK: Hannover are winless in their last nine Bundesliga matches, since before the winter break, and have just one victory from their previous 14 league games (D5, L8). It is their worst run of form since November 2009 to February 2010.
37'
The waves of Hannover pressure result in the side losing their shape at the back, and Dortmund nearly make them pay as Aubameyang uses his pace to run onto a long-ball forward. He gets through on goal and knocks the ball past Zieler, who rushes off his line, but his touch was a bit too strong as it takes him to the byline and eventually runs out of play for a goal kick.
35'
RELENTLESS PRESSURE! It's a wonderful display of attacking football from the hosts! Briand works a clever one-two with Kiyotake and gets through on the right. He whips a ball across the face of goal but Subotic clears just ahead of Joselu's impending arrival.
33'
NEARLY A SECOND! Calamity at the back from Dortmund! The ball is given away on the left and Joselu quickly takes advantage, picking out the run of Bittencourt in the centre. The winger is clean through behind the defence, but Weidenfeller comes well off his line to apply pressure and the German sends his shot wide!
31'
L. Stindl has scored a goal for Hannover 96! Assist by L. Bittencourt.
HANNOVER PULL IT BACK! GAME ON! Blaszczykowski is caught in possession and dispossessed around the halfway line. Joselu works a brilliant one-two with Bittencourt, who shows excellent pace to get behind the defence before teeing up his captain in the centre. Stindl takes the chance exquisitely, passing it in at the far post to pull Hannover level!
29'
Dortmund have seen very little of the ball since taking the lead. They are looking like a shell of themselves, sitting back and allowing Hannover to enjoy the bulk of possession. The hosts are not showing much intent, however, as they pass it around rather dangerously at the back.
27'
Hannover are having no problems transitioning into attack, moving quite well through the midfield third. Once they get there, however, they are lacking in numbers and as a result it is far too straightforward for the Dortmund defence.
25'
STAT ATTACK: If Dortmund keep a clean sheet today, it would be their fourth in their last five away matches in the Bundesliga – a feat they haven't previously accomplished since 1999.
23'
The hosts move the ball forward well and Joselu wins them a corner. Hummels rises high to clear and Dortmund push up with pace on the counter. Reus charges across the halfway line, but his ball for Aubameyang is poor and Marcelo is able to sniff out the attack.
21'
More misery for Hannover, who were looking rather comfortable before conceding. They were starting to grow into the game and enjoy a bit more possession, but it's a fine example of how quickly Dortmund can attack. They may not be doing so as much this season, but the quality is certainly there!
19'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by M. Reus.
DORTMUND GRAB THE LEAD THROUGH AUBAMEYANG! That is much more like the Jurgen Klopp side we are used to! It's scintillating build-up play from the visitors, with Subotic picking out Blaszczykowski, who sends a good pass to Reus in the centre, and the German international slides a wonderful ball through to Aubameyang. The striker makes no mistake one-on-one with the keeper, managing a tidy finish in at the far post.
17'
The light rain does appear to be having a bit of an effect on the match, as the wet pitch has made for less than ideal conditions to play the ball on the ground. The best chances so far have come via individual runs and long-balls forward.
15'
Has to be better there! Kirch sends a wonderful long-ball forward for Kagawa on the left. The attacking midfielder has plenty of options in the centre, including Blaszczykowski who is screaming for the ball in space atop the area. Instead he sends a poor cross into the middle and Zieler can make a simple catch.
13'
WONDERFUL RUN! Leonardo Bittencourt finds himself all alone on the left, but refuses to be dispossessed as he skips past two defenders before fending off the advance of Kirch and sending a teasing cross into the area. None of his teammates are waiting in the area, however, as the opportunity is wasted.
11'
The visitors are enjoying the bulk of possession as things begin to settle out on the pitch, and are looking dangerous as they push forward. Sokratis makes a good run down the left to give Reus an option for a pass, then sends a wonderful ball into the centre for Shinji Kagawa. The Japanese midfielder has a go from just inside the area, but Marcelo gets an important block in.
9'
STAT ATTACK: Hannover recorded a 1-0 victory at the Signal Iduna Park in this season's reverse fixture, ending a six-match winless run against Dortmund (D1, L5). Hiroshi Kiyotake was the lone goalscorer in that contest.
7'
Marco Reus is looking eager himself to avenge their midweek Champions League defeat, as he's proving to be dangerous as ever in possession. The attacker makes a darting run through midfield and is taken down cynically by Lars Stindl, who is very apologetic following the tackle, perhaps saving himself from a booking.
5'
Hannover are showing no signs of sitting back, as they pour men forward into attack. Jimmy Briand looks lively early on down the right flank, working hard to win the ball and advance it into the danger areas. For the time being, however, Dortmund are defending matters quite comfortably.
3'
SUPERB START! Dortmund waste no time getting forward, through Marco Reus on the left. The forward sends the ball into the centre and it falls kindly for Jakub Blaszczykowski, who unleashes a stinging left-footed drive towards goal. Ron-Robert Zieler reacts brilliantly, however, diving across to punch it away.

The visitors get us underway! Dortmund are attacking from left to right, sporting their mostly yellow kits, with Hannover in red and black. Here we go!
Hello football fans around the world and welcome to Germany! The HDI Arena is our venue today, as Hannover try and distance themselves from the relegation zone against a Borussia Dortmund team looking to avenge a midweek Champions League exit. I am Alex Moretto and I will be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
Borussia Dortmund are essentially playing for pride at this point in the season – and there is plenty of it to be restored at the Signal Iduna Park. Their Champions League run ended calamitously on Wednesday and the chances of them qualifying for Europe next season are slim. The Jurgen Klopp era could well be over with the Black and Yellows, but they will not want to go down without a fight. For a team that won back-to-back titles not too long ago, it has been a storied and unexpected fall from grace for Dortmund – but it shouldn’t be long before they find their way back to the top.
Hannover have their own problems to worry about at the moment. This dreadful run of form came completely out of left field and has seen them dragged them into the midst of a relegation battle. They currently sit four points ahead of Paderborn, but with the way they have been playing since the winter break, that is hardly a comfortable gap for Die Roten. A victory today would pull them level with Dortmund on points – which is nothing short of astounding based on their current form and the reputation of their opponents.
HANNOVER SUBS: Andreasen, Albornoz, Gulselam, Prib, Schmiedebach, Ya Konan, Almer.
Tayfun Korkut has made a whole slew of changes to Die Roten's starting XI, as he continues to try and find a winning formula amongst his players. Hiroki Sakai replaces Joao Pereira at right-back, while Felipe slots in at centre-half, pushing Christian Schulz to the left and Miiko Albornoz to the bench. In midfield, Lars Stindl and Leonardo Bittencourt get the start ahead of Manuel Schmiedebach and Edgar Prib.
Jurgen Klopp has named a team virtually identical to their last Bundesliga outing, with the solitary change being Jakub Blaszczykowski starting ahead of Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The Armenian, along with Marcel Schmelzer, Sven Bender and Kevin Kampl, are all pushed to the bench after featuring in Wednesday's Champions League victory, being replaced by the Polish midfielder, Oliver Kirch, Sebastian Kehl and Shinji Kagawa. Ciro Immobile continues to remain on the bench despite Pierre-Emerick Aubamayeng's struggles in front of goal.
The players are out and the pre-match formalities are behind us. The traveling fans are in full voice, but the home support is doing an admirable job to try and drown them out. It's making for a wondeful atmosphere and we are just moments away now from kick-off!
HALF TIME: HANNOVER 1-1 DORTMUND. The visitors started exceptionally well and were rewarded for their efforts with Aubameyang giving them the lead just before the 20-minute mark. It was all Hannover from that point on, however, as the hosts upped the tempo and took control of the match. They've managed some great attacking play and captain Lars Stindl pulled them level in his first game back from suspension. Everything is still to play for now in the second half!
FULL-TIME: HANNOVER 2-3 DORTMUND. The hosts are undone by Leonardo Bittencourt's red card in the end, as the Black and Yellow's take advantage thanks to a brace from Aubameyang and another from Kagawa. Two assists from the magnificent Marco Reus were vital as well, as an emphatic brace from skipper Lars Stindl is not enough for Hannover to leave with a result.
I am Alex Moretto and I would like to thank you all for joining me here today. Good bye!
