Aubameyang has not stopped running today. This time he pops up on the right and fires a cross into the box. It takes a small deflection which guides it away from Ramos and into the arms of Redl.
90'
There will be three minutes of added time now.
89'
A. Ramos has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by P. Aubameyang.
GOOOOOOOAL!! RAMOS WRAPS IT UP! A good finish from the Colombian, who slides a lovely finish past Redl after Aubameyang's first-time through-ball!
87'
No, Muller won't be coming on! A patched-up Redl makes his way back onto the pitch and takes his side's free kick.
86'
Redl is accompanied off the field by the medical staff so he may need some stitches. Muller is stripped off on the touchline and it looks like he will come on for the final five minutes.
84'
A. Ramos gets yellow.
Ramos races onto a pass in behind and manages to poke it away from Redl, who comes of his line to meet him. He catches the keeper with his high foot, though, and the referee shows him a yellow card. It looks like the keeper may have taken a stud to the face and earned himself a cut!
83'
K. Großkreutz enters the game and replaces H. Mkhitaryan.
Another free kick for Kickers here, which is taken by Marchese. This time the Italian goes for goal but he blazes his effort well over the top of the bar.
81'
L. Badiane enters the game and replaces G. Müller.
Muller, who was quite impressive today with his quick feet and intricate passes, makes way for Badiane. Some fresh legs up front for Kickers.
80'
That goal will be a blow to the hosts, but they did not manage to test Langerak despite having the momentum gained from their goal. BVB's experience enabled them to be resilient at the back and continue to threaten at the other end.
Minute
Description
78'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by Ł. Piszczek.
GOOOOOOOAL!! AUBAMEYANG AT THE DOUBLE! A tidy move from BVB as Kirch passes out to Piszczek on the right and the full-back rolls an inviting ball across the face of goal which Aubameyang converts at the back post!
77'
Dortmund have done a good job of stemming any potential for a Kickers comeback since the previous goal. Langerak has not been threatened since conceding!
75'
H. Mkhitaryan gets yellow.
Mkhitaryan responds badly to not being awarded a free kick, getting back to his feet and cynically clipping the ankle of Marchese as the Italian looked to carry the ball up the field. The referee was not impressed by that in the slightest!
73'
Aubameyang races away down the left and then sends the ball into the middle. It eventually comes to Mkhitaryan who attempts to float a cross to the back post but no one makes a run to get on the end of it and it bounces out for a goal kick.
71'
Kickers are being refused possession now, and that will make it extremely difficult for them to find an equaliser. We still have just under 20 minutes left to play, though!
69'
Dortmund are holding the ball among their defenders now, attempting to slow the tempo of the game. They are being closed quickly by the Kickers forwards, though, who are unwilling to stop and watch.
67'
M. Calamita enters the game and replaces E. Soriano.
JUST WIDE! Dortmund flight a corner in from the right and Ramos manages to find space between two defenders. He leaps up and gets his head on the ball but fails to direct it on target and subsequently covers his face in disappointment.
65'
Durm pushes up on the left and knocks the ball past Leutenecker. However, he puts too much power behind his touch and ends up sending it straight out of play for a goal kick.
63'
GREAT SAVE FROM REDL! Mkhitaryan looks to bend an effort into the bottom corner from the top of the box but the keeper does brilliantly to dive down to his left and push the ball around the post.
62'
Well, that sets up an exciting final 30 minutes! Will BVB go for a third or try and protect what they've got? Kickers will surely give it everything now, so this game really could go either way!
60'
R. Edwini-Bonsu has scored a goal for Stuttgarter Kickers!
GOOOOOOOAAAL!! EDWINI-BONSU PULLS ONE BACK! The free kick is drilled into the box and eventually falls to a blue shirt. Soriano then sends the ball across the face of goal where the Canadian, from a clearly offside position, taps into the net from close range.
59'
Kickers win a free kick inside the BVB half now. They've not used these well enough as of yet.
57'
S. Kehl enters the game and replaces M. Reus.
Reus' return is cut short as Kehl replaces him for the final 30 minutes or so. He will need more time to get back to match fitness and sharpness, but that was a good shift from the Germany international.
56'
GOOOOOOOOAAL!! BVB GO TWO UP! What a mistake from Fennell! The centre-back sold his goalkeeper short with a weak pass. Aubameyang pounced, beating Redl to the ball and then slotting into an empty net!
55'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund!
54'
Halimi sends the resultant corner in low for Stein at the near post and the defender catches it on the volley. His shot is on target, but once more there is a BVB shirt in the way and it gets deflected behind again.
53'
Kickers are refusing to go down without a fight here! Halimi is the next player to have an effort on goal but it is deflected off a yellow shirt and out for a corner.
51'
Edwini-Bonsu again provides the threat down the right and this time he does manage to get a cross into the box. He sends it in low and Soriano meets it at the near post. He is tracked by Piszczek who puts in a risky challenge from behind which sends the Italian tumbling. Again, the referee refuses to award a penalty.
50'
EDWINI-BONSU! Kickers respond brilliantly, forging a chance of their own as Subotic fails to deal with a cross and it falls to the Canadian at the back post. It comes unexpectedly and he struggles to readjust his feet in order to get a powerful effort on goal, meaning Langerak has a relatively routine save to make.
48'
OFF THE POST! Marchese goes down in the box but the referee does not blow for a penalty so BVB break. Aubameyang races through one-on-one seconds later and rounds the keeper. He plays the ball casually towards the goal and the chasing Fennell puts in an important block, diverting the ball onto the post and keeping the score at 1-0!
46'
We are back underway in Stuttgart!
45'
No stoppage time is played as the half-time whistle is sounded!
44'
Edwini-Bonsu shows his pace again, burning down the right wing. However, as he gets into a crossing area and has to decelerate Sokratis uses his superior strength to ease him off the ball and win a goal kick for his side. Strong defending from the Greek once more.
42'
HOW HAS HE NOT SCORED?! That was a nice move from the hosts, and it should have resulted in a goal! Braun squares the ball to Muller, continues his run into the box and is put through one-on-one with a sublime backheel on the return pass. He begins stumbling as he strikes it, though, and can only stab a poor effort straight at Langerak.
41'
Indeed, Mkhitaryan re-enters the fray with Kickers in possession deep in the BVB half. The visitors' defence needed to collect themselves and concentrate in the closing stages of the half.
40'
Mkhitaryan appears to have picked up a slight knock and goes off the field to receive some treatment behind the goal. He starts trotting up to the half-way line and should be fine to continue.
39'
The ball falls to Piszczek in a central position 25 yards out from goal and the Poland international decides to have a crack. He does not catch the ball well enough and screws his shot harmlessly wide of the far post.
37'
WHAT A CHANCE TO LEVEL IT! BVB give the ball away cheaply at the back and Muller looks to pounce. He is challenged by Subotic but the ball falls to Soriano who immediately returns it to his team-mate and continues his run. Muller slides a pass into the Italian who shows great feet to get into a shooting position but drags his shot wide of the far post. A real let off for the visitors.
36'
Halimi wins a free kick for his team 30 yards out from goal after a quick change of direction draws a foul. Marchese attempts to flight it in but he fails to pick anyone out!
34'
Klopp will certainly be relieved to have got a goal before the break, as being level at the break would have been a huge confidence boost for the hosts. Of course, the first period isn't over and we still have 10 minutes of it to play.
32'
Mkhitaryan almost gets another! The Armenian almost doubles his tally within a matter of minutes, but his shot from the top of the box is parried over by Redl in a rather unorthodox manner. As long as you keep it out it does not matter!
30'
H. Mkhitaryan has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by Ł. Piszczek.
GOOOOOOOAAAL! BVB TAKE THE LEAD! Durm plays a sublime diagonal pass from the half-way line which Piszczek controls exquisitely at the byline. He rolls the ball back towards the penalty spot where Mkhitaryan meets it and provides a cool finish! Finally we have our breakthrough!
29'
Marchese tries to forge something for the hosts but he ends up being swarmed upon and loses possession.
27'
Soriano, who has barely been involved in the game so far, attempts to latch onto Marchese's flick over the top but is adjudged offside. It was a close call, and could well have been the wrong one from the assistant referee.
25'
Reus dances his way down the left flank and attempts to cut the ball back into the centre. Fennell positions himself perfectly to intercept the cross and once more Dortmund are repelled.
24'
Considering they are a third-tier outfit, the hosts have given a good account of themselves so far today. Chances for Dortmund have been limited, despite enjoying the greater share of territory and possession. The longer it remains this way their confidence will continue to grow, too.
22'
Edwini-Bonsu again tries to use his pace to force a way through the BVB defence but he is crowded out on the right flank and ends up falling to ground. The referee does not believe he was challenged unfairly and allows for play to continue.
20'
Piszczek attempts to spark an attack down the right but it quickly breaks down and Kickers look to exploit the space he has left. Subotic reads their intentions and steps across to firmly stop them from advancing upon Langerak's goal.
19'
The hosts just cannot get the ball out of their own half at the moment. BVB are improving too and are beginning to play more slick, fast passes in the final third with some quality movement on show.
17'
FACT: Kickers do have some history in this tournament as they went all the way to the final in 1987, only to be beaten 3-1 by Hamburg.
15'
Baumgartel fails to make the most of an opportunity for Kickers to break as his pass into the box only finds Subotic. Dortmund immediately counter, with Reus gliding forward in possession from the left. He attempts to thread a pass through for Ramos but there is just too much power on it and the Colombian cannot receive it.
13'
CLOSE!! Aubameyang plays a give-and-go with Mkhitaryan and tears down to the byline on the far side. He manages to send in a low cross which Ramos fails to connect with at the near post. It rolls through to Jojic, though, but the midfielder's attempt to place a shot into the bottom corner ends up bouncing wide of the target. That was a great chance.
11'
Muller manages to worm his way into the box onto a flick-on and does well to force himself across Piszczek. Unwilling to make the challenge, the right-back stumbles to ground but breathes a sigh of relief as he sees the Kickers forward roll an exceptionally weak effort into the hands of Langerak.
9'
Dortmund are beginning to settle now and are enjoying an increasing amount of possession. So far the y have been unable to really worry Redl in the Kickers goal, though.
7'
Mkhitaryan drops deep to pick up the ball and upon receiving it from Piszczek he instantly spins inside. Halimi is straight on him though and stops the Armenian in his tracks but he fails to avoid conceding a free kick.
5'
Kickers are showing plenty of adventure in these opening stages, showing no fear as they attempt to get multiple bodies into the BVB box. Ahead of the fixture Jurgen Klopp had suggested they could have been higher up the 3. Liga if they converted more chances. He will hope they do not heed his advice today, though!
3'
Reus sends a teasing ball into the centre of the box from the near side, attempting to find the corridor between the keeper and his defence. He almost perfects it, but Redl dives down and smothers the ball before Ramos can get on the end of it.
2'
Edwini-Bonsu is sent away down the right and he shows good pace to burn past Sokratis towards the byline. The Greek eventually shows himself to be now slouch and slides in to dispossess the Canadian and clear away the danger.

We are underway at the Mercedes-Benz-Arena!
Hello and welcome to this afternoon's live text commentary on the DFB-Pokal first round meeting between Stuttgarter Kickers and Borussia Dortmund. Today's game will take place in the stadium of the hosts' cross-town rivals Stuttgart - the Mercedes-Benz-Arena. My name is Tom Webber and I will be guiding you through all the action today.
Dortmund were runners-up in this competition last season, suffering defeat to Bayern Munich after extra time in the final. Some revenge was reaped on Wednesday as they defeated die Roten to lift the Super Cup, and they will hope to build from that with progression in the DFB-Pokal today.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrik Mkhitaryan were the goal scorers in the 2-0 victory over Pep Guardiola's men in midweek, and both feature from the start today. However, World Cup winners Mats Hummels and Roman Weidenfeller are not present in the matchday squad, while Erik Durm starts at left-back as Marcel Schmelzer is out through injury.
Horst Steffen makes two changes to the team which beat Mainz II last weekend. Mark Redl replaces Korbinian Muller between the sticks and Randy Edwini-Bonsu joins the front three as Lhadji Badiane drops to the bench.
Over 33000 tickets have been sold for the game at the Mercedes-Benz-Arena, which will be a record crowd for the third-tier side. We should be in store for a great atmosphere with more than 10000 BVB fans also expected to attend.
Of course, the big news for the Schwarzgelben faithful today is the return of Marco Reus. The forward missed the World Cup through injury but after almost three months on the sidelines he is back in the team today having made his recovery.
BVB will be hoping to avoid a result similar to that of the previous encounter between these two sides. In the third round of the DFB-Pokal of the 1999-2000 season Kickers secured a shock 3-1 win on their own turf to eliminate the Schwarzgelben. However, that remains their only victory over this opposition from all five of their previous meetings.
The teams are out on the pitch and shaking hands just a few moments ahead of kick off.
HALF TIME - Stuttgarter Kickers 0-1 Borussia Dortmund: The hosts were solid from the start but the superior quality of BVB eventually showed when Mkhitaryan slotted them ahead on the half hour mark. There have still been chances for Kickers, though, who could have levelled through Soriano or Braun before the break.
This match is by no means over, and if Steffen can assure his team of the impressive nature of the performance in the first half and encourage them to continue then there could still be a way back into this. They will need to be wary of over-exposing themselves, though. Join me in 15 minutes for the second half.
The teams are back out on the pitch and the second half will be underway momentarily.
FULL TIME - Stuttgarter Kickers 1-4 Borussia Dortmund: BVB advance from the first round of the DFB-Pokal which was eventually a comfortable win. Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang put them two goals to the good, but Edwini-Bonsu set up a tense ending by pulling one up. However, the Aubameyang netted his second before supplying Ramos for the fourth of the afternoon.
That is it from me, Tom Webber, for today. Thank you very much for joining me.
