FULL-TIME: Hull hit a stunned Fulham for six as they increase the Cottager's relegation fears while strengthening their position in mid table. All the goals came in the second period as Elmohamady, two from Koren, Boyd, Huddlestone and Fryatt secured a momentous win for Hull, while the visitors face an extremely long trip home after this humbling.
90' +1
Huddlestone trots off the pitch despite Hull having no subs left and earns a standing ovation from each corner of the KC Stadium. He has been superb today.
89'
Huddlestone sends in a corner from the left but Davies is adjudged to have fouled his marker and a free-kick is awarded to the visitors.
86'
Huddlestone's lofted ball is exquisite and finds Boyd over the top of the abject Fulham defence but his low shot is wide of the target. Hull fans want more here.
84'
R. Koren has scored a goal for Hull City!
GOAL! Hull have a sixth and it's Robert Koren who has his second after another lovely move. Rosenior is free on the right and locates Graham with a low cross. The striker's effort is parried by Stockdale quite poorly in truth and Koren is only too happy to roll the ball home into the other corner.
81'
Fulham look content with damage limitation, stroking the ball around the back four with little harm on a rampant Hull side. The visitors cannot wait for the final whistle.
79'
Fulham briefly rally as Rodallega tries to get off a shot but it cannons back to Zverotic, whose effort is high and wide.
77'
P. McShane enters the game and replaces Ahmed El Mohamady.
Hull send on Paul McShane for the brilliant Elmohamady before Huddlestone once again elects to shoot from range at a dead ball situation and gets the ball on target from another 40-yard effort.
75'
Hull fans jubilant, and so they ought to be with their side's efforts and are 'oohing' and 'ahhing' each pass the home side makes. Make no mistake about it, the home side have fully deserved their resounding advantage.
74'
M. Fryatt has scored a goal for Hull City!
K. Richardson enters the game and replaces G. Karagounis.
Minute
Description
73'
D. Graham enters the game and replaces J. Livermore.
GOAL! Unbelievably Hull have a fifth. Huddlestone is the architect once again, this time firing in a free-kick from fully 40 yards which Stockdale can only parry straight into the path of substitute Fryatt, who is on hand to slam home the rebound.
71'
Figueroa's cross is cut out after some lovely work down the left from the Honduran and Boyd.
69'
Hull bring on Matty Fryatt amidst the celebrations of their fourth goal but Fulham respond when Zverotic's low strike has to be turned behind by McGregor in the Tigers stopper's first real save of the match.
68'
M. Fryatt enters the game and replaces Y. Sagbo.
67'
T. Huddlestone has scored a goal for Hull City!
GOAL! It's a fourth for Hull as Fulham allow Huddlestone - who has been outstanding today - the freedom of the edge of the area to collect, turn his marker and unleash a stinging effort low into the bottom corner past the stranded Stockdale. What a second half this has been for Hull.
65'
Riise crosses low in from the left but substitute Bent is unable to get a telling touch ahead of Curtis Davies.
64'
D. Bent enters the game and replaces A. Dejagah.
63'
G. Boyd has scored a goal for Hull City! Assist by J. Livermore.
GOAL! It's a quickfire double for the hosts as Boyd makes it 3-0 to Hull! The winger collects Livermore's pass on the turn before slotting the ball unerringly into the far corner. Fulham respond by bringing on Darren Bent for Dejagah, but it's too little too late for the visitors now.
60'
A. Kačaniklić enters the game and replaces B. Ruiz.
R. Koren has scored a goal for Hull City! Assist by Y. Sagbo.
GOAL! And that should be that for Hull, who have a second through Koren. Sagbo does exceptionally once more and unselfishly sends in the perfect cross for the Slovenian to slot home into the top corner. Lovely finish to match a super cross.
57'
Livermore escapes down the right but his cross is over-hit and sails over Koren, who had tried to make a run in towards the near post.
55'
McGregor and Stockdale are able to claim two rather simple long balls downfield in quick succession before Rosenior fails to produce a testing enough cross for the Fulham backline.
53'
Ruiz nods on a long goal kick from Stockdale but it goes straight through to opposite number McGregor in the Hull goal before Zverotic and Kasami fail to engineer an opportunity after working some space.
51'
Hughes has to recover in the nick of time to deny Boyd from escaping in the left-hand side of the penalty area. Fulham completely all at sea at the back at the start of this second half.
49'
Ahmed El Mohamady has scored a goal for Hull City!
GOAL! Elmohamady gives Hull the lead after some slack Fulham defending. Huddlestone's corner finally wreaks havoc in the away side's backline and, when the ball falls to the Egyptian, he slammed the ball into the top right-hand corner with the outside of his right foot. Game on.
48'
Huddlestone is at the heart of things once more, freeing Sagbo, whose shot is parried by Stockdale but the keeper is up quick to block Koren's follow-up effort.
47'
The ball falls to Huddlestone around 25 yards out and his technique is exquisite, zipping the ball towards goal but his effort flew inches wide of Stockdale's right-hand post. Close, but no cigar just yet for the birthday boy.
46'
Both teams are out once more and Fulham get us back underway here.
43'
Huddlestone lines one up from range but his shot possesses neither the power nor the accuracy to give Stockdale something to think about. The half is beginning to peter out somewhat.
41'
Elmohamady tests his luck from out on the right with a couple of crosses but his first is easily blocked and the other is clutched by the commanding Stockdale.
39'
It's gone a bit quiet from a Hull perspective in the last 10 minutes after the three key chances for Huddlestone, Boyd and Sagbo. Nonetheless, Steve Bruce will be happy with his side's efforts in this first half.
37'
Both teams in need of some attacking inspiration as the two defences continue to hold firm. Rodallega and Dejagah link up nicely but the latter's speculative volley is way off target.
35'
Replays suggest the officials were correct in not awarding a penalty as the ball hit Ruiz on the thigh. Huddlestone's latest attempt from a corner is a poor one and is flicked out of play for a goal kick.
33'
Huddlestone's corner in prompts numerous handball shouts amongst the Hull faithful after the ball jumped up amidst a group of Fulham defenders. The visitors are dicing with death just now.
31'
So, so close to the opener. Figueroa darts down the left and slips in the onrushing Sagbo, who claims possession and drills the ball goalwards. His shot beats Stockdale but also the post as the opener becomes more and more elusive.
29'
Stockdale is called upon once more as he denies Elmohamady's low strike after Koren's own shot was blocked before the keeper claims a looping cross from the left courtesy of Boyd.
27'
Fulham launch a rare counter attack but Ruiz is stopped when Boyd recovers well and tracks back to deny him after he had skipped clear of Figueroa.
25'
A nice move involving Boyd and Livermore results in Sagbo getting away from the defence but the pass is too heavy and rolls too far in front of the lone frontman.
23'
Hull are pegging their visitors back here and on this occasion Huddlestone's delivery is not quite up to scratch. Fulham are offering little going forward but Hull must press home their current dominance.
21'
Fulham are struggling to get out at the moment. From the latest set piece, Huddlestone drills the ball under the wall and almost picks out Sagbo but the ball is ultimately cleared to safety. Karagounis then trips Boyd to offer the hosts another opportunity to get a good ball into the box.
19'
Hull go close twice in quick succession as Huddlestone's free-kick crashes back off the post before Stockdale does extremely well to reach Boyd's downward effort and paw it aside.
17'
Both sides are cancelling each other out at the moment, with plenty of long balls amounting to nothing.
15'
Both sides are culpable of giving away possession in the early stages and dictate the play, with Robert Koren the latest guilty party after a heavy touch.
13'
Huddlestone's devilish delivery from the left tests David Stockdale and his defence but Fulham were able to just about deal with the threat as Hull begin to find their stride in this clash.
11'
Ashkan Dejagah is felled by Tom Huddlestone in midfield and wins a free-kick but Fulham do nothing with it. Hull seize the initiative and break upfield but Aaron Hughes does well to deal with the attentions of Boyd at the back post.
9'
Boyd is in hard once again, this time on Elsad Zverotic, who is sent sprawling on the turf. Moments earlier Hugo Rodallega had been crowded out after being found on the edge of the area.
7'
A lovely flowing move for the visitors produces the first meaningful chance of the contest as John Arne Riise fires in low at goal but is thwarted by a good save from Allan McGregor.
5'
Hull have been physical in the opening exchanges, with George Boyd and Jake Livermore both going in hard. Giorgos Karagounis wins a free-kick midway inside their half for an over-zealous challenge.
3'
Ahmed Elmohamady advances down the right and supplies a clever cross into Yannick Sagbo but the ball is just too high and the ball sails out for a throw in to Fulham on the opposite flank.
1'
Hull kick us off and we are underway here at the KC Stadium.
Good afternoon and welcome to this LIVE commentary of Hull City v Fulham.
The teams are in and both managers have made changes - three and six apiece to be precise - as they look to keep their squads fresh. Steve Bruce drafts in Liam Rosenior, Robert Koren and George Boyd as Alex Bruce, David Meyler and Danny Graham all make way.
Fulham manager Rene Meulensteen makes wholesale changes to his side, with over half of the side that won 2-1 at Norwich on Boxing Day dropping to the bench or the squad altogether.
Out go Sascha Riether, Kieran Richardson, Scott Parker, Damien Duff, Adel Taarabt and Alexander Kacaniklic and in come Elsad Zverotic, John Arne Riise, Giorgos Karagounis, Bryan Ruiz, Hugo Rodallega and Ashkan Dejagah.
So then, the teams in full for you, starting with today's hosts Hull. McGregor; Rosenior, Davies, Chester, Figueroa; Huddlestone, Livermore; Elmohamady, Koren, Boyd; Sagbo. Substitutes: Harper, Bruce, Faye, McShane, Meyler, Fryatt, Graham.
Hull have won three of the four top-flight meetings between these two sides. The Tigers, however, have won none of their last five in the league (D3, L2).
A defence which had conceded just three times in the previous eight league games at the KC Stadium this season was undone, however, by Manchester United on Boxing Day, who notched three of their own in the 3-2 success.
Although that did not impact on Hull's record of having one of the best home defences; the six goals in total is matched only by Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Stoke City.
Despite Fulham's recent recovery, the west London outfit have actually lost eight of their last 10 league outings. Remarkably, they have performed better on the road than at home, with nine points from nine games on their travels and just seven from the same amount of home matches.
The 35 league goals conceded by the Cottagers ranks as the worst in the top flight.
HALF-TIME: We reach the interval all square at the KC Stadium, with neither side looking particularly willing to commit numbers going forwards. Hull have looked the most threatening, with Huddlestone's free-kick, which hit the post, the closest they have come while Boyd's effort had to be turned away by Stockdale - Fulham's most impressive individual.
