FULL-TIME!!! Cameroon 4-1 Tunisia!! Huge celebrations begin. Cameroon have joined Nigeria and Ivory Coast in the World Cup!
90' +1
The fourth official has indicated there will be four minutes of additional time.
90'
Akaichi comes close to scoring for Tunisia, but it would have been little more than a consolation goal.
88'
This has been a magnicient performance from Cameroon. Some superb attacking play and they have dominated apart from a 15-minute spell after half-time. They deserve to qualify.
87'
Makoun has been everywhere today and he applies the superbly composed finish after Choupo-Moting's strike had been tipped onto the post.
86'
J. Makoun has scored a goal for Cameroon!
4-1!!! An emphatic victory for Cameroon is sealed! Makoun scores his second goal of the afternoon and seals a World Cup place!
83'
L. N'Guémo enters the game and replaces B. Moukandjo.
A wise move from Cameroon, who use their final substitution to replace Moukandjo, who had picked up a knock. On comes Nguemo!
Almost four as Makoun breaks clear and unselfishly tries to lay the ball back, only for a last-gasp clearance to deny Cameroon.
81'
Moukandjo looks to have picked up a knock, unclear at this stage whether his involvement in the game is over. Tunisia force a corner but it comes to nothing.
80'
Choupo-Moting is making a lively cameo. Alex Song leads a Cameroon counter-attack and plays in the substitute, who forces Ben Cherifa to save.
77'
Tunisia are trying to make things happen but time is against them now - they still need two goals with just over 10 minutes remaining.
Minute
Description
74'
Last roll of the dice for Tunisia. Allagui comes on to replace Ben Yahia and all three substitutions have now been used for the away side.
73'
S. Allagui enters the game and replaces W. Ben Yahia.
72'
That should be game over!! Moukandjo, who has had such an excellent day, misses a glorious opportunity. A presentable opening sees him shoot straight at Ben Cherifa and then strike the rebound wide! Will he live to reget that? Probably not but it should be 4-1!
70'
69'
Another change for Cameroon. M'Bia is off and on comes Nounkeu.
68'
Assou-Ekotto's corner is met by an unmarked Makoun - who has been excellent today - and he powers home the header. That should be enough to end Tunisia's fightback!
67'
D. Nounkeu enters the game and replaces S. M'Bia.
66'
J. Makoun has scored a goal for Cameroon!
GOAL FOR CAMEROON!! Makoun scores!! 3-1 now and that should be good enough for the home team to book their ticket to Brazil!
64'
Good pressure from the home side now as they look to re-assert their authority on proceedings.
63'
Substitution for Cameroon as Webo comes off to be replaced by Choupo-Moting and the hosts almost score as Tunisia clear a corner onto their own woodwork!
62'
Buoyed by their goal, Tunisia are enjoying more of the play in the second half compared to before the break. Goals really do change games - Webo's early strike gave Cameroon the momentum but now the visitors are expressing themselves, but the hosts are still threatening too. Crucial period of the game now.
61'
E. Choupo-Moting enters the game and replaces P. Webó.
It was Assou-Ekotto's challenge on Fakhreddine Ben Youssef as the two players chased the ball. Definite contact but was it enough to warrant a penalty? The referee says no and that, at this stage, is all that matters. Still 2-1.
60'
WOW! Big penalty appeal for Tunisia, but the hosts survive the scare as the referee does not point to the spot.
56'
A period of relative calm follows that Tunisia goal - how badly will Cameroon be affected? They face a tough dilemma now - sit back and hold your lead or go for a decisive third?
52'
It is some finish from Akaichi too. He hits a first-time volley past Itandje and the visitors are now just one goal away from Brazil! This is great drama and no one saw that coming at half-time!
51'
A. Akaïchi has scored a goal for Tunisia!
GOAL TUNISIA!! What an impact!! Akaichi scores!!! It's 2-1 and all of a sudden this tie is back in the balance. Great half-time substitution from Ruud Krol.
47'
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Tunisia have made two substitutions at the break. Midfielder Fabien Camus is on, as is striker Ahmed Akaichi.
46'
F. Camus enters the game and replaces A. Chermiti.
A. Akaïchi enters the game and replaces Y. Chikhaoui.
The second half kicks off! With extra-time now impossible, we will know who has qualified for the World Cup in the next 45 minutes!
45' +1
That's half-time! Cameroon 2-0 Tunisia!
45'
Cameroon in possession as we approach half-time - there will be just one added minute.
43'
That opportunity could have changed the complexion of the match but as it happens the home support are still absolutely loving it. That chance aside, it's been all Cameroon. Still 2-0!
41'
WHAT A CHANCE FOR TUNISIA! Having barely threatened all game, they waste a golden opportunity to get back into the tie. Syam Ben Youssef is completely unmarked but somehow heads over from Ben Yahia's delivery.
39'
And now Eto'o gets involved!! He shoots over the bar with a left-footed effort.
36'
Tunisia finally look to respond but the hosts do well to clear a threatening cross into the box.
35'
Moukandjo is booked for his celebration but he really will not care! What a moment to score just your second international goal - Cameroon have one foot in Brazil now!
31'
B. Moukandjo gets yellow.
Moukandjo, who turned 25 this week, surged down the left again past at least two defenders, cut inside onto his right foot and beat Ben Cherifa comfortably!
30'
B. Moukandjo has scored a goal for Cameroon!
GOAL CAMEROON! It's 2-0 - Moukandjo has scored! What a decision to bring the Nancy forward into the line-up for this game.
27'
Cameroon's corner comes to nothing. Still 1-0 and one-way traffic, but as long as there remains a one goal deficit Tunisia know they just need to strike once to make it to Brazil.
25'
Incisive play by Moukandjo down the left and he wins a corner after getting to the bye-line.
23'
Penalty appeal for Cameroon! Not given! Makoun's pass is cleared away by Syam Ben Youssef but the home side wanted a spot-kick as he partly controlled the ball with his arm. Would have been harsh.
18'
Cameroon enjoying most of the play at the moment, with Tunisia struggling to get a foothold in the game. So far, so good for the hosts.
14'
Cameroon come close to doubling their lead!! Assou-Ekotto strikes from distance and his effort takes an awkward bounce and Ben Cherifa gets down to save well, pushing the ball to safety.
10'
The game is being played in blazing sunshine, possession of the ball is going to be an important factor.
7'
The goal came after some disastrous defending from Tunisia, who allowed Webo the opportunity to shoot and he did with a clinical finish across the goalkeeper.
6'
Webo, the 31-year-old Fenerbahce striker, finds the net with his 17th international goal and that is surely one of his most important strikes.
4'
P. Webó has scored a goal for Cameroon!
GOAL FOR CAMEROON!! What a start for the home side, it's Webo who strikes in the fourth minute.
3'
It's a lively home crowd in the early stages in Yaounde - Tunisia will be keen to take the home support out of the game.

We are under way!
Good afternoon everyone and welcome to Goal's live commentary of Cameroon v Tunisia. My name is Chris Myson (@thechrismyson) and I will be taking you through the action today.
The two teams drew 0-0 in the first leg of this World Cup qualifying final play-off round, so it is all to play for today. Nigeria and Ivory Coast have already made it through to Brazil - who will join them here?
Now for the team news! Cameroon make three changes from the first leg, with Assou-Ekotto, M'Bia and Moukandjo coming into the line-up in place of Nyom, Nounkeu and Matip. Star duo Alex Song and Samuel Eto'o both start.
For the visitors Tunisia, there are two changes from the first leg. In come Haggui and Fakhreddine Ben Youssef at the expense of Allagui and Yahia.
Cameroon are rated as favourites coming into the tie and certainly have a stronger team on paper, but Tunisia only need a score draw to progress on away goals. Who are you backing to come out on top?
Well that first half could not have gone better for Cameroon! From Webo scoring right at the start of the game, they have dominated and played some superb football. Tunisia have struggled but their late first-half chance is a warning to the hosts. Ruud Krol has a huge task on his hands at half-time - the visitors need two goals to make it to Brazil.
Cameroon's performance was certainly the best of the African qualifiers so far. They get four of the five goals in an entertaining second leg and earn their place in Brazil next summer! Stay with Goal for all the fallout, including the match report, player ratings and reaction from the key figures involved! I've been Chris Myson - thank you for joining me today.
