It looks like Salah's goal may have secured victory over the Foxes today, but there is still plenty of time left on the clock for a Leicester comeback.
78'
It will be interesting to see how Leicester respond to going a goal down now. They haven't created an awful lot og chances since Vardy's opener, perhaps opting to go more direct with Slimani and Okazaki now on the pitch.

Mohamed Salah has scored a goal for Liverpool! Assist by J. Milner.
GOOOAAALLL LIVERPOOL LEAD! Salah with the goal to hand the Reds the lead and on course to secure all three points. The Egyptian did superbly to turn Maguire on the edge of the box, evade the tackle and he then only had Schmeichel to beat, which he did with ease, straight into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance.
Milner picked out Salah on the edge of the box, but it was then brilliant from Salah to get past Maguire so easily and then fire the ball into the back of the net.

ANOTHER GOAL DISALLOWED! Liverpool have the ball in the back of the net again, but it is ruled out for offside, once again Mane the man to stray just offside. Salah played a good through ball to Mane, who produced a fine finish but he made his run slightly too early and he it is rightly ruled out.

GOOOAAALLL! LIVERPOOL EQUALISE! Salah fires the Reds back into the game with another goal. It was an excellent back-heel by Mane straight into his path, he rounded two Leicester defenders and then fired the ball underneath Schmeichel and into the back of the net.
Mané back-heel pass into Salah was superb, completely catching the Leicester defence off guard. However, Salah still had plenty to do, getting past a couple of Foxes defenders and then producing a fine finish to score.
50'
PENALTY SHOUT! Liverpool feel they should've been awarded a penalty as Salah and Fuchs collide inside the penalty area, the Liverpool man was trying to reach a chip over the top, but he thought he was blocked off by Fuchs. Nothing given by the referee, despite a few appeals.

Liverpool have started the second half in a similar to fashion to how they finished the first half, on top and dominating possession, looking to carve out goalscoring chances, and not allowing Leicester any time or space on the ball themselves. There isn't long left on the clock until half-time now, can Liverpool find an equaliser before the break? It's just not happening for them at the moment, they need to pick up the pace of the game and get their superb attacking quartet on the ball more often in the Foxes final third.
38'
One of Leicesters downfalls this season has been their defending at set pieces, they have conceded a Premier League-high of 13 goals from set pieces this season, out of a total of 30 goals conceded.
36'
The Foxes look to have tweaked their formation slightly with Gray helping out Mahrez on the right side, so it is more of a 4-5-1 shape as Liverpool pile on the pressure. Leicester have barely been able to string a couple of passes together and Vardy is starting to cut an isolated figure up front.
33'

27'
Robertson is causing Leicester a lot of problems down the left-flank, he is constantly getting forward from the left-back position and supporting the attacking players but offering an option down that wing. His delivery has been very good so far this afternoon as well, with the prime example being the cross to Mane for the disallowed goal.
25'

19'
GOAL DISALLOWED! Liverpool have the ball in the back of the net, through Mane but he is rightly flagged offside by the linesman. It was a great cross into the box by Robertson from the left-wing, Mane got into a great position, but he didn’t time his run and was well offside in the end, before firing his effort past Schmeichel in the Leicester goal. A big left-off for the Foxes.
16'
CLOSE! Almost a lucky break for Liverpool as Firmino's pass cannons off a Leicester defender and goes through for Milner, he races through but Kasper Schmeichel is out of his goal quickly to smother at his feet. Liverpool putting a lot of pressure on this Foxes defence at the moment, just lacking the clinical final ball.

The Leicester supporters loving that from their centre-back.

James Milner is shown the first yellow card of the game early on here, after his blatant foul on Mahrez as the winger looked to break forward with pace.
7'
CHANCE LIVERPOOL! Mo Salah with the best opportunity of the game for Liverpool, he was so close to an equalising goal there. Sadio Mane's cross is excellent and Salah looks certain set to finish at the near post from 10 yards out, but he places his shot just wide.

Iborra did very well to win the ball back deep inside the Liverpool, he then fed the ball to Mahrez, he looked up and spotted Vardy making the run and his pass was straight into the path of Vardy, who made no mistakes with the finish.
GOOOAAALLL! LEICESTER LEAD! What a start to the game for the Foxes, they have taken the lead at Anfield. The lethal combination of Riyad Mahrez and Vardy working its magic once again in front of goal. Mahrez got behind Andy Robertson, just beating the offside trap after a good ball by Vicente Iborra and Mahrez then played a first-time ball across the six-yard box to Vardy who fired it into the back of the net from close range.
2'
Decent start here by Leicester, they get themselves into a good position deep in the Liverpool box straight away, with Jamie Vardy and Demarai Gray exchanging passes on the edge of the box. Gray then tried to work space for a shot but he finds himself crowded out by Liverpool players.

Who will end 2017 on a positive note? Liverpool are unbeaten in two months and have not lost at home this season, they have scored 75 goals in their 29 games in all competitions so far this season which is their highest-ever total at this stage of a campaign as a top-flight club.

Whilst Leicester make four changes from their defeat at Watford as Fuchs, Gray, Iborra and Amartey come in for Chilwell, King, Dragovic and Okazaki.
