N'Koudou has remained down for an awfully long time here, and there's still the matter of the free-kick to be taken, but it should matter little.
90' +3
A. Begović gets yellow.
G. Nkoudou enters the game and replaces D. Alli.
Georges-Kevin N'Koudou Mbida replaces Alli with the final switch of the match.
Begovic goes into the book and Spurs have a free-kick on the very edge of the penalty area after breaking four against one, but failing to put the game to bed! Still, that should do it, as N'Koudou has stayed down here as we move beyond the three added minutes.
90' +2
Sanchez boots the ball into touch to halt a Bournemouth attack, but he had eyes on Spurs' final change. Alli will take his sweet time leaving the pitch here in advance of a long throw forthcoming from Bournemouth.
90'
There will be three minutes added on at the end of this match, the board going up just as Alli heads wide on the end of a cross from Sissoko...
88'
Great stuff from Cook to fling himself in the shooting lane as he deflects Dier's effort over the bar from in close! Bournemouth are running out of time, and fast, as they search for an equaliser. They have to throw caution to the wind now...
86'
Defoe is offside, only barely, as he is played through on goal. Vertonghen did a terrific job of getting around the back with cover, however, as that would have been snuffed out even if the flag had stayed down.
85'
Fernando Llorente enters the game and replaces H. Kane.
Still no Wembley goal for Harry Kane as his afternoon comes to an early end here, replaced by Fernando Llorente.
84'
J. Vertonghen gets yellow.
Vertonghen puts in a late challenge, but an important one, to prevent Bournemouth from breaking, and he goes into the book as a result.
83'
L. Mousset enters the game and replaces L. Cook.
A final change of the match for the visitors sees Bournemouth bring on Lys Mousset with Lewis Cook the one to give way.

Description
82'
MASSIVE FROM BEGOVIC! That's a crucial stop from the keeper, who shows some excellent reactions to deny Eriksen from picking out the top corner to keep the game within reach for Bournemouth.
80'
Certainly some encouraging signs for Bournemouth as we enter the final 10 minutes. Spurs look tense. They have seen this story play out before. What a big win it would be for them if they can hold on though, to finally get the win they crave at Wembley.
78'
SO CLOSE! It's the two substitutes who link up here, with Ibe slipping a delightful ball through for Defoe, who sees his stabbed effort turned onto the post and behind by Lloris!
77'
Bournemouth are certainly going for it now as they desperately look to avoid a sixth league defeat in eight matches to start the season. They have the artillery in attack, now it's a matter of finding a way through - they're certainly trending in the right direction.
75'
M. Sissoko enters the game and replaces Son Heung-Min.
J. Defoe enters the game and replaces J. Stanislas.
J. Ibe enters the game and replaces A. Smith.
Spurs' first change of the match sees Moussa Sissoko replace Son.
Bournemouth make their first change as well, switching from a back five to a back four as Smith gives way for attacker Jordon Ibe.
Jermain Defoe also comes on here to face his former side, with Stanislas the one replaced.
73'
Bournemouth continue to grow in the ascendency, looking more incisive on the break. Stanislas and King link up nicely, but the former forgoes a shooting chance to instead try and play a return pass through for the striker, but it lacks the quality to get through.
71'
STAT: Since the start of the 2015-16 campaign, Spurs (170) have won more points than any other Premier League team (P83 W49 D23 L11).
69'
Great defending from Vertonghen to snuff out Stanislas' encouraging run into the area! That's a vital challenge from him to deny Bournemouth their best opening of the half, but it's a bit of encouragement for the visitors at the very least, who now have a corner to work with.
67'
Bournemouth are short on ideas when they do win the ball back. All their efforts are being used to try and keep the ball, that their attacking influence has suffered dearly as a result. Perhaps it's time to introduce a second striker?
65'
For all the effort being put in by Tottenham to try and double their their lead and put the game to bed, Bournemouth are matching it in defence. Still, the visitors have yet to pose an attacking threat in this second half and need to start doing so if they are to leave with something.
63'
Spurs piling the pressure on again with Kane the new focal point. He hasn't had the best of chances tonight, and his Wembley curse is continuing here as he just can't seem to get the ball to fall kindly for him.
61'
STAT: Entering today, Harry Kane has had 22 shots (with seven on target) in home Premier League games this season without finding the net. By contrast, in away games Kane has also had 22 shots with nine on target and found the net six times.
59'
A slip from Vertonghen, with Smith applying the pressure, awards Bournemouth a needless corner. The Belgian's blushes are spared, however, as his teammates deal with the resulting set-piece. Still, a bit of a warning issued their by the visitors that this game is far from over.
57'
OFFSIDE! Celebrations cut short as Kane heads Trippier's cross into the back of the net, but the offside flag is raised - and it's lucky for Begovic that it was, because he approached that horribly.
55'
A second goal would go a long, long way for Tottenham, and they know it. They had the 1-0 advantage over Burnley at Wembley, but a late equaliser pegged them back, something they will be wary of here today.
53'
Spurs in complete control since opening the scoring, refusing to relenquish possession. Bournemouth don't need to make any changes yet, but they will have to alter their shape a bit going forward to try and push on for an equaliser.
51'
STAT: Bournemouth’s only previous trip to Wembley was in April 1998 in the Football League Trophy final against Grimsby – they lost 2-1 in extra-time, with Eddie Howe playing the full 120 minutes for the Cherries.
49'
That's a crushing blow to Bournemouth after how well they played in the first half, and a huge goal for Spurs to give them some confidence. The visitors will have to collect themselves quickly so as not to concede again here. My oh my, how quickly things change.
47'
C. Eriksen has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur!
THAT DIDN'T TAKE LONG! Tottenham's frustrations are alleviated as Eriksen stabs home to give Spurs the lead! It was some lethargic defending from Bournemouth to allow Eriksen through, aided by a poor challenge from Francis, and Eriksen makes no mistake to pick out the far corner!
46'
Here we go again!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 0-0 BOURNEMOUTH.
45'
There will be just one minute added on at the end of this first half.
44'
Pochettino will have his team talk planned out by now, but he will be sounding like a broken record. Barring some late drama, they will have failed to score in the first half of all four of their Premier League matches at Wembley this season.
42'
In limited opportunities, King has done well to trouble the Spurs defence. He has his back turned to goal here, but shields the ball nicely as he threatens to turn up the pitch, before being halted by a blatant shove in the back from Sanchez, who concedes a foul and is lucky not to be booked.
40'
Bournemouth are enjoying a decent spell in possession here, taking the game to Spurs as they park themselves in the attacking half. The visitors are being held to the wider areas, but they're keeping the ball admirably here. They would certainly like to take a 0-0 result into the break.
38'
A. Smith gets yellow.
Smith becomes the second Bournemouth player booked on the afternoon, for an unnecessary challenge that catches Vertonghen near the halfway line.
36'
STAT: If Spurs fail to win this match then they'll become the first team in Football League history to win each of their opening four away games in a league season but fail to win any of their opening four home matches.
34'
Time between chances has shrunk significantly since the oening 15 minutes, but Spurs still await their first clear-cut opportunity of the match. They would love to push on and get the opener before the break, to ease what is sure to be some growing tension in the ground the longer this stays goalless.
32'
Successive chances for the hosts, with Kane latching onto his first of the afternoon, but the striker struggles to pluck the ball out of his feet accordingly and can only produce a simple save for Begovic. The ensuing corner is met by the head of Alderweireld, but he lifts his effort over the bar.
30'
Considering the gulf between the two sides in the table, it's been a surprisingly even contest as we hit the half-hour mark at Wembley. Spurs' performance thus far will have done little to inspire confidence in their supporters of being able to break this trend of dropping points at Wembley.
28'
Eriksen takes the ensuing free-kick and lashes an inviting delivery across the face of goal that Alli meets and flicks on towards the far post, but his touch takes the pace off the delivery and Bournemouth can clear.
27'
S. Cook gets yellow.
Steve Cook is shown yellow as he concedes a free-kick in an advanced position on the left flank.
25'
Spurs produce a necessary response after twice coming close to falling behind. Trippier finds space on the right to whip in a cross, but Francis is on hand, marking Kane well as he heads behind for a corner. The ensuing set-piece is also cleared with ease.
23'
STAT: Spurs have failed to win their opening three home league games of the season for the first time since 2008-09 (they failed to win their first four at home in 2008-09).
21'
CHAOS! Bournemouth go close in quick succession! A corner is touched towards goal, but Lloris reacts stunningly to parry it off the line! The ensuing clearance is poor, but Lewis Cook lifts his effort over the bar!
19'
INCHES WIDE! The best chance we have seen in this first half, bar none, and it's generated by Bournemouth! King starts a break and does well to switch it out wide for Smith, who pulls it back brilliantly for Stanislas atop the area. The striker hits it first time, and it takes a deflection that wrong-foots Lloris, but drifts just beyond the near post! There were appeals for handball as well there...
17'
FLICKED OVER! Alli had to leave that! A corner is played deep for Eriksen just outside the penalty area, and he floats a low cross back in to the far post. Sanchez was waiting there in all sorts of space, but Alli doesn't spot him and instead attempts an audcious back-heel that lifts over the bar!
15'
Slowly but surely, Spurs are growing in stature. They've yet to ask anything of Begovic, but they are getting more bodies forward and looking an increasing threat, which has brought this crowd to life again.
13'
Bournemouth have been completely untroubled at the back. Their first signs of worry come as Eriksen is played in by Alli, but the Dane's first touch is uncharacteristically poor as the visitors are able to see away the threat.
11'
The sluggish start from Spurs will come as a bit of a worry from these home fans, who have already seen more points dropped at Wembley by Tottenham than they would have liked this season. It's still early, but it's been far from ideal for them thus far.
9'
This has been a nice job of settling into the match from Bournemouth, who appear very comfortable with the system change, playing with three central defenders. Joshua King appears eager to put the work in up top, as well, and they have just made things a bit uncomfortable on Spurs from the off here.
7'
STAT: Tottenham have yet to lose to Bournemouth in league competition, winning three and drawing one of their four Premier League meetings to date, while netting 12 goals in the process (six by Harry Kane).
5'
Bournemouth are enjoying a bit of possession now as they knock it around near the halfway line. It has been a leisurely start from both sides, with neither pushing on yet in attack. We continue to await the first chance of the afternoon.
3'
Spurs look to be playing a 4-3-2-1, not a 3-4-3, with Jan Vertonghen moving over to left-back. Son and Alli are playing right behind Kane, with Eriksen in an attacking-midfield role, and the hosts have dominated possession in the opening few minutes.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Bournemouth in red and black as they get the match underway, attacking right to left.
Hello and welcome to live coverage from Wembley Stadium as Tottenham look for their first Premier League home match of the season when they host Bournemouth!
Spurs are in the Premier League top three, they have two wins from two in the Champions League and Harry Kane is on fire. Almost everything is going right for them at the moment, except for the fact that they can’t seem to win a league match at Wembley.
They have the perfect opportunity to buck this troublesome trend today against struggling Bournemouth, after squandering a similar chance in a goalless draw with Swansea in their last PL match at Wembley, nearly a month ago. Time heals all wounds, they say.
Bournemouth will be hoping to keep Tottenham’s Wembley struggles going today as they are in desperate need of points in any and all forms, sitting second from the bottom in the top flight – and it would probably be worse if not for miserable Crystal Palace.
Eddie Howe’s side are without a point on their travels this season, but entered the international break in the ascendency with four points from three matches – a late Everton turnaround at Goodison Park all that kept them from going unbeaten.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
SUBS: Vorm, N'Koudou, Sissoko, Llorente, Foyth, Aurier, Walker-Peters.
Mauricio Pochettino makes just one change from their victory at Huddersfield Town before the international break, and it's an attacking switch, as Heung-Min Son replaces Ben Davies on the left. Surging Harry Kane leads the line again, flanked by Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli - no surprises there.
Eddie Howe makes two changes from the draw against Leicester. Centre-half Steve Cook comes in to accomodate the switch to a five-man defence, replacing ex-Spurs striker Jermain Defoe, while Dan Gosling gets the start ahead of Marc Pugh in midfield.
Bournemouth have done a masterful job of keeping out underwhelming Spurs through 45 minutes at Wembley, producing the two best scoring chances of the first half, with Davinson Sanchez producing a vital block and Hugo Lloris a stunning save on the line. Mauricio Pochettino will be searching hard for a solution to Tottenham's Wembley woes.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Christian Eriksen's goal just after the restart hands Spurs a first Premier League victory of the season at Wembley, relegating Bournemouth to a sixth defeat from their opening eight matches. It certainly didn't come easy for Tottenham, but three points is three points, and this will be a massive weight lifted off their shoulders.
