Both sides are searching for a winner late on! End-to-end football once more but no real chances as of yet...
Substitute Morgan Amalfitano shoots - but the ball goes straight into the stands!
90' +2
As things stand, West Brom are heading for their third consecutive draw, while West Ham will finish today bottom of the Premier League if Sunderland beat Cardiff City later.
90' +1
L. Ridgewell gets yellow.
Added time here...
We'll see four minutes of it!
90'
Mulumbu now has a shot for the visitors but Jaaskelainen is able to save comfortably. Anxious moments now as we head into injury time.
89'
GREAT DEFENDING! Demel sends a great cross into the area but Nolan's header is deflected wide by Gareth McAuley! Super invervention - the header was goalbound.
87'
And Sessegnon is involved straight away, nutmegging a defender. But his touch is too heavy, with Jaaskelainen able to collect the loose ball.
86'
Berahino now makes way for Stephane Sessegnon for West Brom.
85'
S. Sessègnon enters the game and replaces S. Berahino.
Could this match go down as one of the clashes of the season?
84'
Jack Collison comes on for Joe Cole for West Ham. Anyone's game with only a few minutes to go...
83'
J. Collison enters the game and replaces J. Cole.
POST!!! Berahino takes the ensuing free kick and curls it right into the post! What an effort and the England Under-21 striker is unlucky not to score.

Description
82'
YELLOW CARD! Mohamed Diame is booked for a late challenge on Brunt. The West Brom man is slow to get to his feet.
81'
M. Diamé gets yellow.
West Brom seem to hold the physical advantage, with the West Ham players looking too tired to close them down effectively.
80'
It is also hard to tell who has the upper hand at this stage. Both teams are fighting for every ball.
79'
The feeling in the stands is hard to gage, here. They will be pleased with the heart West Ham have shown but, at the same time, they are unhappy with their side's defending.
78'
C. Yacob enters the game and replaces J. Morrison.
77'
SHOT! Brunt has a go at goal for West Brom after Demel fell asleep at the back! It fell straight to Jaasekelainen, though. Still end-to-end here. And I suppose it will be right up until full-time...
75'
A draw will not do much for either side's ambitions this season, as their position won't change at all with a point.
74'
West Brom attack. They lose the ball. West Ham attack. And repeat.
72'
It's anyone's game now, with both sides' strengths and failings cancelling each other out. Will we see a winner - or possibly more than one goal - before full-time?
70'
So off we go again...
69'
S. Berahino has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion! Assist by C. Brunt.
BERAHINO!!! WHAT A GOAL!!! IT'S 3-3!!! I give up. What a game. This is the Premier League at its very best! Young Berahino receives the ball in the West Ham half and beats Demel with real ease, before curling home a superb shot to restore parity once again. Who knows what'll happen from here...
68'
M. Amalfitano enters the game and replaces D. Lugano.
What a clash we have on our hands now...
67'
K. Nolan has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by M. Maïga.
GOALLLL! WEST HAM TAKE THE LEAD! What a turnaround here!! Maiga does brilliantly once again to head the ball down in the box and there is Nolan, who smashes the ball into the roof of the net. There may be life in this West Ham side yet!
65'
M. Maïga has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by K. Nolan.
GOAL! Maiga equalises! From hero to zero, Foster tries to palm Maiga's long-range shot away but this time makes a complete mess of it. The West Ham striker's effort is from further away but it creeps through for his first Premier League goal of the season. Game on?
[object Object]
64'
GREAT SAVE! The decibel levels have doubled here as Maiga has a go at goal for West Ham - but Ben Foster is there to produce a superb stop!
63'
Frustration is evident in the stands, at the moment.
62'
West Ham's initial resurgence this half has slowly ebbed away. Very worrying times for Allardyce.
61'
Anelka shoots! It's blocked by McCartney but the Frenchman is in the hunt for West Brom's third here. And his own.
59'
The calm before the storm, now. No real chances to speak of in the last few moments - which makes a change from the rest of the second half so far.
57'
K. Nolan gets yellow.
56'
JUST WIDE! Joe Cole is the one to take the second West Ham free kick and, after some commotion about how far away the wall was, the shot flew just wide of the top corner. The Hammers are desperate to edge back into this here!
55'
It's a good delivery but West Brom just about survive. The Hammers win yet another free kick, though! Great second half here, Allardyce has clearly motivated his side.
54'
Free kick to West Ham now, though. Diego Lugano is the culprit.
53'
WIDE! Berahino gets himself into a great position, switches onto his left foot and drives the ball at goal, low and hard. Jaaskelainen is at full stretch but the ball drifts narrowly wide of the post.
51'
Great period of pressure from the hosts now...
49'
West Ham win a free kick, which is whipped in by Jarvis, but an initial block by Olsson then ends up with the ball being knocked out for a goal kick by a Hammers player.
48'
Y. Mulumbu gets yellow.
47'
SAVE! Anelka almost gets himself a hat-trick! He tried to place his finish into the bottom corner but mishit his chance inside the box. Jaaskelainen gratefully collected.
46'
M. Maïga enters the game and replaces C. Cole.
We have restarted! West Ham have brought Modibo Maiga on for Carlton Cole at half-time.
45' +1
N. Anelka has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion!
GOAL!!! Anelka strikes again!!! West Ham failed to capitalise on their corner moments earlier and West Brom wasted no time in winning one of their own. As the ball was played in, Anelka found himself on the ball in the box - in the perfect position - and tapped home once again. The Baggies have turned this game on its head!
45'
They have won themselves a corner now, though, Jarvis surging down the left-hand side once again. He has been brilliant so far today.
44'
After taking the lead, West Ham have sat back far too much and, while they have looked comfortable, they have dropped deeper and deeper.
43'
C. Cole gets yellow.
Allardyce's half-time team talk will sound a little different now, I presume...
41'
That's what Anelka brings to the table. The pass from Brunt was also superb!
40'
N. Anelka has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion! Assist by C. Brunt.
GOALLL! Anelka scores!!! Well, it seems I spoke too soon, providing the commentator's kiss of death. Brunt was involved once again as he played the veteran striker in and Anelka went on one of his trademark runs. After entering the box, he tapped it past Jaaskelainen with the utmost ease. Suddenly, the game has turned on its head! Great goal.
38'
Ironically, Brunt looks to find Berahino when a shot on goal could have been better! The midfielder latches onto a great through ball but chooses to cut the ball back for the striker and West Brom could have had an equaliser there!
37'
The game has settled into a calm pace here - and that'll suit West Ham. West Brom look unable to impose themselves. Berahino needs to given better service.
35'
WIDE! Noble has a go from the free kick, which is symbolic of the increasing confidence of this West Ham side. The shot sails a yard or so wide of goal but the intent was there and the home side can sense an opportunity to double their lead.
34'
A foul on Kevin Nolan now. Perhaps a shooting position for the Hammers. They look comfortable at the minute - losing the ball in their own half aside.
33'
A mix-up involving George McCartney almost results in trouble at the back! The West Ham defenders are dispossessed in their own half but get enough men back in time to clear the danger they themselves created...
32'
Encouraging signs for the Hammers. This game might just go the way of the corresponding fixture last year.
31'
SIDE-NETTING!! A great chance for West Ham to double their lead! Jarvis was the architect after surging into the West Brom box. He crossed it into Carlton Cole, whose header was met by no one, although Demel then latched onto the loose ball after a delay but fired into the wrong side of the net!
30'
HE'S ALIVE! Anelka proves that he still exists, firing a shot away from 20 yards. It's blocked, though...
28'
A win for the home side here would do wonders. Three points would move them out of the relegation zone and into 16th, level on points with their opponents today.
27'
Jarvis now breaks but is stopped by Morrison. Mulumbu can't capitalise on having possession, though, with his pass going nowhere. Well, somewhere: off for a throw-in.
26'
Tomkins, who came off earlier, looks to have suffered a groin injury. West Ham fans will hope he isn't out for an extended period.
25'
OVER! Cole (Carlton) just manages to get himself on the end of the corner, though he is in a difficult position. As such, his header goes over the bar. A decent chance for the Hammers, nonetheless.
24'
Noble himself takes the free kick and it's cleared for a corner. Another set-piece now, Jarvis to take...
23'
West Ham clear and break up the pitch, with Mark Noble advancing and then being brought down by Mulumbu. Free kick to the hosts.
22'
Berahino and Brunt link up well now, although Jonas Olsson ruins the move when he receives the ball and tries a 30-yard shot.
20'
The visitors have imposed themselves well in certain areas. While West Ham perhaps look to provide the bigger goal threat (surprisingly) the Baggies do look like they can get back into this.
18'
West Brom push forward, however... with Anelka playing Morrison through in the area. The midfielder then tries to neatly play Berahino in, though the ball floats straight to Jaaskelainen.
16'
The hosts are becoming more and more comfortable in possession now. A game at home against fellow strugglers could be just the tonic Allardyce's side need.
14'
Danger dealt with swiftly, however. West Ham can now look to calm play down and hold on to this 1-0 lead.
12'
End-to-end football as West Ham break up the other end with Carlton Cole and Matthew Jarvis. The Hammers have no less than three chances on goal! They fail to capitalise and West Brom then take the ball back into the West Ham half. Saido Berahino's shot is then blocked for a corner.
11'
G. Demel enters the game and replaces J. Tomkins.
The Baggies look to capitalise on the disruption in rhythm to West Ham's defence. A swift move sees a cross into the box blocked by a sliding Razvan Rat. Corner to the visitors.
10'
Tomkins has indeed come off. Guy Demel is his replacement.
9'
There's uncertainty as to whether he can continue...
7'
Play has stopped here with a West Ham player down injured. There are worried faces on the bench. It's defender James Tomkins who is down.
5'
So how can West Brom respond?
4'
J. Cole has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by K. Nolan.
GOAL!! Joe Cole!! What a response. West Brom have controlled the opening four minutes here but it's the hosts who take the lead after a quick break upfield. Great build-up play sees Cole get the ball in a great position and he responds with a classy finish at his near post - he's still got it! West Ham lead 1-0.
3'
SIDE-NETTING! James Morrison gets a cross into Chris Brunt but he fires into the side-netting.
2'
Nicolas Anelka gets a few touches for West Brom early on. He's making his return after a few weeks out. Yet to score for the Baggies is Anelka...
1'
The West Ham faithful are in good voice, the bubbles are blowing in the air and we are off!
Good afternoon and welcome to live-text commentary of West Ham against West Brom, for what will be one of the final Premier League matches of 2013! I'm your host Tim Poole and I'll be guiding you through today's action. Let's get started!
We'll start with today's teams. West Ham Starting XI: Jaaskelainen; McCartney, O'Brien, Tomkins, Rat; Jarvis, Nolan, Noble, Diame, J. Cole; C. Cole.
West Ham Subs: Adrian, Collison, Maiga, Taylor, Diarra, Demel, Chambers.
West Brom Subs: Myhill, Vydra, Dawson, Sessegnon, Sinclair, Yacob, Amalfitano.
It's been well documented that West Ham's biggest problem this season has been scoring goals, especially in the absence of the injured Andy Carroll. Carlton Cole did score against Arsenal, though, and Hammers fans will hope for more of the same today.
As early as it is in the season, today's clash is huge for both sides. West Brom are without a win in eight (and recently sacked former manager Steve Clarke), lying 15th in the table. West Ham, however, are in even more trouble. Sam Allardyce's side are 19th in the Premier League and Big Sam himself faces increasing pressure should they fail to achieve a result today.
When these sides met at Upton Park last season, Allardyce's men left with a 3-1 win after goals from Carroll (twice) and Gary O'Neil. A late penalty served as consolation for West Brom, while Youssouf Mulumbu was sent off for picking the ball up and kicking it at another player!
Baggies' caretaker boss Keith Downing will be hoping for much better today. We're just minutes away from kick-off, stay with us for all the action!
HALF-TIME: West Ham 1-2 West Brom
The boos that rang out at the half-time whistle will be a worrying sign for Sam Allardyce...
That half was a tale of two halves. Or perhaps just one half and a ten-minute salvo from the visitors. Joe Cole put West Ham in front after just four minutes but the hosts fell deeper and deeper after taking the lead. By the end of the half, Nicolas Anelka had punished them twice - with his first goals for West Brom.
All three goals were scored by former Chelsea players - for those of you who are trivia fans. Second half to come, Allardyce may be fighting for his job...
FULL-TIME: West Ham 3-3 West Brom
What a game. What a result. Yet neither side will be delighted with the outcome...
Joe Cole opened the scoring for West Ham after just four minutes but West Brom hit back twice before half-time - both times through Nicolas Anelka. Modibo Maiga then scored his first Premier League goal of the season, before Kevn Nolan edged West Ham 3-2 in front. The Baggies had the last laugh, though, as Saido Berahino scored a fantastic equaliser.
That wraps up our coverage of yet another Premier League thriller. Keith Downing and his West Brom side may just be satisfied with a point, although Sam Allardyce and West Ham certainly won't. Until next time, take care everyone!
